Great meal and time had at Refuel - ordered from set menu - excellent fresh produce and Aperol Spritz included for the price - very nice atmosphere and service was brilliant - definitely will be returning
Good menu, just too many capers I. The steak tartare for me. Chicken superb.
Lovely vibrantly coloured room with very polite staff. Service was attentive and apologetic where things had been forgotten.
The afternoon tea was very nice and fairly good value for London. Four different small cakes, two scones with two different jams. One small pot of tea each with extra hot water. Loved the scotch egg. Four finger sandwiches were delicious and we'd have liked more. Having said that, impossible to eat the whole tea.
Very quiet. Not many people eating. Please put Sunday roast back on the menu!
Awful menu! Considering it’s attached to a 5 star hotel and doesn’t even have a fillet steak or at least a burger was poor! The Shepard’s pie I did have was very bad that I didn’t even finish it
It never used to be this bad but something has changed for the worst!
Very impressed with the service, particularly that I mentioned a nut allergy and their attentiveness.
Food was good, we had the 2 course set menu that was very good value, and cocktails very good too.
We liked the ambiance and decor.
second time we have had a meal at this hotel, the food was first class and our waitress was smiley, friendly, attentive without being annoying. the interior design is exceptional and I cannot wait for the day when I can afford to stay as well !
Great set meal- fabulous value, great quality. Not been to London for a while and just fabulous to get back here, thx to all lovely staff.
Aside from neither of us liking our starters of pate (had a slightly weird taste) the main courses were outstanding and the portions very generous. The set menu provides great value and the staff did offer to replace the starters. I wouldn't hesitate to go back, it's a great restaurant, lovely food and drinks choices. The tablets are spaced far apart so it's ideal if looking for something centrally located with good social distancing measures. I can't wait to return.
Excellent food and great service
Fab friendly service and food was excellent set amongst a vibrant atmosphere
Friendly and super-attentive staff. DELICIOUS food, and a fine English Prosecco (although a bit on the pricey side). No complaints whatsoever.
Booked. Travelled 30 mins. Arrived. Not open.
Staff were lovely! Very accommodating to my small dog (outside) which I very much appreciated
Very attentive staff who made the whole dining experience very relaxing and enjoyable. Festival menu great value
Great food and service. Good value on the deal. Recommended
It was a nice experience, having lunch on the terrace with friends. The service with a smile all the head waiter and his colleagues. Would recommend on their festival dining experience menu. Thanks guys 🙂
Great service and excellent food. Outdoor table was great. Will go again
My Grandson& I had lunch to
celebrate his 21st.
The Scallops were delicious but we both thought the Shepherds Pie was most unpleasant and not at all how it should be. We did not have deserts.
Service brilliant, splendid setting
A good evening spoilt by uncomfortable chairs and too small a table.
Tables too close together for my liking.
Wish we had booked a table inside.
Lovely food with very attentive service. Good ambience.
Just what we were asking for after a long week. Was a nice evening so they managed to accommodate our request to dine outside. The food was flavoursome and solid. Everyone was happy with this find and worth a return visit.
As always this is restaurant is my go to place for special occasions and again was not disappointed.. food excellent with special of sea bass really well cooked and enjoyed the whole evening celebrating a friends birthday
Such as shame the set menu wasn’t on - Saturday lunchtime - it would be helpful for us teachers.
Also, another vegetarian main course on the menu, so that there could be some choice, would be appreciated.
Great service, atmosphere and food. Staff were fantastic
Fabulous food, staff so attentive and kind, amazing decor. Will be our go to restaurant in future.
Lovely service, beautiful presentation of food and drinks and just can’t rave enough about the service
Staff were very attentive and polite and would really go the extra mile for us! Overall a great vibe!
Great Staff and delicious food! Would be good if they had some live music or acts.
Pleasant enough, but average food quality for the punchy prices.
Service was excellent. Ambience also perfect - there is a buzz, but you can still have a conversation.
Great food and service. The shepherds pie was excellent
We did the £25 for two courses and an aperol which is such a good deal! The food was yum and the service was outstanding. We sat outside which was great due to Soho being mostly pedestrianised at the moment so there was minimal road noise. Popped to the toilet and the inside decor is dreamy and was also a great atmosphere in there. Definitely recommend
lovely restaurant, staff very friendly and accommodating.
food was really nice and in comparison to other venues nearby was exceptionally good value for money by London prices.
was quite loud in there but it was at a peak time : )
Amazing service and food. Beautiful looking restaurant, lively but not to loud. Highly recommend.
I was expecting a beautiful terrace to sit on but instead tables were laid out in entrance of to the hotel - basically the parking lobby. It was cool - it was incredibly hot yesterday but it was also dark and our view was a building site and one very dirty white van. Nasty!
The service was attentive and the food ok but not worth what we paid for it. Three of us had an aperoll each, one starter to share between three of us, 2 x caesar salads and 1 salad with just chicken and lettuce. This was followed up by three coffees. Oh and two portions of chips. Value for money was poor the salads cost £25.00 each and the prawn salad £28.00 Honestly, in M&S I could have made the same salad for as little as £4.00. I did tackle the waiter and asked did he really think it was worth it - no answer.
In a nutshell - don t bother going there to sit in the car lobby with no view and pay that amount of money. The food was beautifully presented - especially the hummous but maybe it would be better to sit inside!
Great outside dining experience tucked away in the heart of Soho.
Delicious food, outstanding service.
First time out with friends in London since the easing of lockdown and we were made to feel very comfortable and safe in our surroundings.
Have visited the hotel a few times for drinks before but this was the first time for dinner. Exceptional service, really nice crowd you can have fun with.
Food was really good, I had the rib eye which was perfectly cooked and well marbled.
Great cocktails too, the only thing it misses is a few options for rose wine, there was only one option and it was a little pricey.
Take advantage of London being quieter now and grab a table outside while you can!
Such a treat after so long to be back at The Soho Hotel. Wonderful walking through the buzzy, bustling Soho streets and arriving in the calm hushed oasis of the hotel.
Attentive but not overbearing service, good bistro style food and as ever the wonderful backdrop of Kit Kemps superb interiors. What’s not to like ?
The staff were wonderful very welcoming & flexible with our request as one of our guests was late. Would definitely go again.
