   Our meal was a present from our daughter for our anniversary I had rib eye it was done really nice my veg however was broccoli and it needed a little longer cooked as it was to hard to eat and I understand broccoli is easily over done but overall enjoyed both my wife and I.

   Birthday table for 8. First visit. The location and restaurant is fab modern and warm. Staff attentive and knowledgeable and made us feel like we’ve been a hundred times. Food was excellent. Had a great time and can’t speak highly enough of our visit. Will definitely be back. Thank you

    Nice venue and very friendly staff however I didnt have luck on my side as I ordered the King Prawn cocktail starter from the specials board and when it arrived there were on 2 king prawns sitting on a bed of small shrimp size prawns and then I ordered the Ribeye steak (Rare) and when it arrived it was well done so sent it back and when the next steak came out it more like a medium to well done and the salad with the steak was a couple of plum tomatoes with some lettuce leaves soaked in olive oil. The other 3 members of of the party all had meals that were fine. Overall though for the price paid very disappointed and I wouldnt recommend it for a special event but its ok for just a meal out.

    The two ladies serving were lovely however it was spoiled by a gentleman who seemed very put out that he had to do his job of taking our order. Food was ok but not worth the cost. Drinks got mixed up (although there was just two of us) unfortunately, I wouldn’t go back.

    The food was delicious even though we were advised it would be a long wait as they were very busy. We enjoyed a bottle of wine with friends we had taken for a birthday celebration. We had almost finished the bottle with our main course and having the additional wait for tha main course so we ordered another bottle. This did not arrive and wexremibded the waitress. When asked by the waiter if everything was alright, I made the point about not receiving the wine. He said he would get another then but we had finished our meal by then so declined it. This, unfortunately, spoilt our celebrations.

    It was our wedding anniversary and we had not been to Regina’s for at least 10 years. We were not disappointed! We had a table for two on the terrace and were immediately greeted by a very friendly young lady. The drinks rapidly came shortly followed by prawn cocktail starters. For mains, I had chicken and my Wife fillet steak. Pudding was a raspberry and almond tart, shared. The staff were all lovely and we really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere.

    Disappointing experience, which is a shame Staff were friendly and the pizza was nice but unfortunately that is the only positive I can take away. We arrived for our meal and upon arrival were told the table was for 2 hours. Personally this wasn't a nice touch, I feel that if you're spending money at an establishment then you shouldn't feel rushed. We were then seated and there was zero privacy due to the tables being so close, you could not help but over hear your neighbouring tables conversation, which meant I felt I was unable to have a conversation without the world and his dog knowing my personal business. Drinks arrived and were fine, we ordered starters (carpaccio and calamari) the calamari was inedible, I have never sent food back in my life, however I had to send this back and ask for it to be removed from the bill, which felt embarrassing and even more so due to close neighbouring tables being able to hear, my partners arrived and for £12 he essentially received over priced wafer beef. Our mains were fine, pizza and veal, however the veg was quite hard and there was a lot of fat on the veal (for £25 you'd expect a decent amount of meat instead of fat) Unfortunately after such a sad state if affairs.we decided to leave before ordering dessert. Wad a definite shame as I came to Reginna's many moons ago and remember it being lovely, which is why we decided to return for an anniversary dinner. Can't fault the waiters and waitresses, as mentioned they were very friendly, which is why I've given 2* But personally wouldn't recommend and won't be returning unfortunately.

    The food was average at best. The pork belly had literally two small bits of pork and the rest was fat which was not edible. The bananas in the banofeee pie we’re rock hard. Then this was charged for on the final bill which we asked to have taken off. We also asked for the 10% service charge to be removed as well and the waiter had something of a ‘strop’ and walked off. It would have been better if he had asked what the issues were.

    A visit to this restaurant was so disappointing. It was very quiet with plenty of staff but the attention to detail and service was really lacking. The staff were more focused on chatting to each other - so missed a few things we had asked for. The main courses were also bland and lacked quality and flavour. Finally as a Customer you received a lot more care and attention if you are a ‘locally’ returning guest. We would definitely not recommend a visit to this restaurant. Such a shame as we had really been looking forward to lunch here.

    Have been going to this restaurant for many years both in the evening and at lunch time, but Fridays visit was so enjoyable and our first time on the terrace at the back, sitting there in the sunshine was just such a treat. The price of the lunch has increased over last few years but still very reasonable and the choice and quality has got so much better, the service and attention was good and even the waiter who in the past has been a bit miserable and abrupt welcomed us in ( another one served us and was very efficient and pleasant ), but most of all every dish was delicious , we all tried each others dish of all 3 courses, and left with that feeling of having had an excellent really tasty meal and can't wait for our next visit.

    Really don’t cater for anyone in a wheelchair. This should be “advertised” clearly before you go and find you won’t either get through the door or past the first table.

    We found the staff very friendly, polite and pleasant. The food was of a good standard and portion size which we enjoyed. Our only criticism was the desert lacked flavour. We will definitely return again in the future

    I had a full glass of wine tipped over me by an inexperienced waitress at the beginning of the evening so I spent the evening in a very wet dress. Very little apology and only complementary coffees for the 4 of us. Had to cheek to charge us a £18 service charge on the bill!!!!!

    Fabulous restaurant. We picked a busy night out with some larger parties, so quite a loud area. Fabulous food as always, service outstanding. A busy restaurant on a Tuesday evening is a sign of how great this place is! We will def return.

    I have loved coming here but haven’t been for a while and the food wasn’t great. We had pizzas and there was to much cheese so the seafood you couldn’t taste and the cheese was strong. The table next to us did the same, I.e left there pizza too. I’m not sure if it has changed hands but wasn’t impressed. It seemed very quite aswell but not sure if it was due to the high level of food going down. Shame
