Restaurant at The Wellington
An amazing meal in an art infused restaurant. It was amazing to be able to enjoy the incredible food sat next to an original Damien Hirst spray painted wall.
I went for the scallops to start which were one of the best I have tasted.
Then a ribeye steak cooked perfectly. The triple cooked chips where incredible .
Staff were great and very attentive.
What an amazing new place!!! We were sit at the bar, where the guys recommended us to try Sour Noir, a brandy based cocktail with edible charcoal - delicious! Then, we were escorted to our table and our server guided us through the menu. Ox cheeks are to die for and the Chef knows his meats, excellent rib eye on the bone, cooked to perfection. We left a bit of room for the dessert (and thanks we did that), we shared the chocolate ganache accompanied with The Wellington Express cocktail, the best way to finish our night, so good!! All of this, overseen by Damien Hirst shark! The experience was excellent and we can’t wait to go back soon!
