Located within Birmingham's Mailbox, Restaurant at The Woods is an immersive casual dining experience. Our unique setting offers standard, halal and vegan dishes, with a variety of wild and farmed ingredients. Our restaurant is designed to recreate the beauty of nature indoors. With changing seasons and scenery we have towering trees, forest foliage, waterfalls and all the sounds of nature.

Our menu: We have many dishes, Standard, Halal and Vegan. Each of which is compromised of - breakfast, lunch, dinner. In terms of drinks we serve barista quality coffee as well as a range of other hot and iced drinks. We also have a fully stocked bar, offering cocktails, spirits, wines draught and bottled beer and cider.

    Food had to be sent back, then it came back out for a second time but due to time constraints I couldn’t send it back again so asked for a refund. Very very poor. What a waste of time. Ended up having to go to the Nando’s next door better service and quality for a fraction of the price. DONT WASTE AN EVENING LIKE I HAVE BY VISITING THIS RESTAURANT. Shocking quality and will never go to this establishment again. Not impressed!!!

    Food was decent. On entry we had to wait as only 1 floor staff was on. Cocktail was 2-4-1 on selected drinks. The draught was not working. So resulting in having bottle beer costly. Was our anniversary which was stated on boking but nothing special offered. My opinion for here perfect for buisness meetings in the day can't comment on the night time ambiance. Very pricey

    Was ok. Just ok. Ordered food. Took 45 minutes to arrive. Chased it 3 times. Each time chased it. Told 2 minutes each time. Finally arrived. One meal correct. One incorrect. Asked for the missing items. They took another half an hour. Shame really. Staff were nice and they did comp the drinks and some food but we didn’t want that, we just wanted to eat together and when we ordered. Manager was nice about it but no real excuse. They weren’t even busy. Won’t be going back when there’s so much other choice in that area.

    Food was excellent but disappointed in the time of having to wait for it, one starter came wrong we had to frequently ask where our food was, the impression I had was they forgot to put our order through to the kitchen.
