   The waiters were very helpful but they were overworked and slow which meant that it was a long time before the drinks arrived. Three members from our group chose a salad and requested no anchovies but the salads all arrived with anchovies. My main meal was in a stack and various parts were cold and some were warm although all should have been hot. The starter was a block of cheese covered in breadcrumbs which was warm on the outside and cold in the middle... I guess a special from Lidl. A lovely setting but a poor meal and service which is such a shame.

   We took our dog so we're not in the main restaurant which would have been nicer. The food was of a high quality with plenty of good interesting options onThe menu

   Amazing setting,so cosy had it been winter we may not have left. The afternoon tea was fresh,well presented with the best scones we’ve had in many other afternoon tea locations. Service was attentive and discreet, we spent nearly three hours at our table and weren’t rushed at all. Highly recommend and we will definitely be returning

   Average compared to other options in Henley. Food was OK but nothing special. Check the bill to make sure anything you're offered is pulled through. Not all the drinks options on the menu are available so I had an alternative which they tried to charge at double the price (having agreed same price). Our side of greens didn't turn up despite questioning it. They were very amenable so all sorted and complimentary coffee was appreciated. It would have been more enjoyable without having to question what was agreed. Next time we'll stick to the places we know.

   Lovely afternoon tea. The chicken wrap was my favourite. So delicious. Very chilly sat by the window which made your tea cold quickly, which was a shame. Staff were lovely but not the most attentive and didn’t offer more tea or anything. I had to ask. When I asked for the billl, I was promptly given the bill but then the staff disappeared. After a long wait I had to go looking in the restaurant which was then closed for the evening. Luckily a lovely lady was in the shadows so we were able to pay and leave accordingly.

   We were pleasantly surprised. The food was absolutely delicious. So much care and detail had been plated up for us. Everything was calm, the staff were friendly but we were the only patrons as it was a hot, sunny day. At first I was hesitant but we were soon not bothered at all as the wine was great and the food was full of flavour! Really recommend visiting here. We will be back, perhaps for dinner.

   Food was very good as always. Lovely touch as it was my wife’s birthday to be given a special plate of chocolates thank you. Efficient waiting staff and friendly too.

   Beautifully cooked food. The chef deserves high praise indeed. Sam our waitress was exceptional. The four of us had a very special evening so thank you to all.

    Definitely try this restaurant if you are in Henley. Talent in the kitchen with friendly and helpful happy staff. A good atmosphere.
