Terrible service. We felt lika an intrusion- not a guest. Cold and ill-prepared food.
I liked the hostess, I think her name is Veronica. Very kind. The food was pretty good. Brussels were delicious. Tempura shrimp were good. The chicken parm was on-point. No major complaints, there. However, not a great value. I felt like I could get similar foods elsewhere for 25% cheaper. The ambience is kinda dated, and this is where the pricing becomes a question. And the clientele is very relaxed, not a fine dining vibe. Service was friendly but painfully slow.
Although the food was delicious, they are extremely over priced for most items. When you have to buy a potato or a salad separately from your main dish (they claimed everything was a-la-cart) it adds more of a ridiculous price. Steak even bought for $60 still at least comes with a salad. Their meal included 4-6 slivers of carrots. I ordered wild mushrooms as a side dish, and was given baby Bella mushrooms. I would have just brought my own from home. Service was iffy- maybe 15 other people in the restaurant max and waiters were running around, forgetting things ect. 20-25mins for our first drink order... no steak knife given with the steak ordered. My fiancé used a butter knife for almost 1/2 of his meal. I would never consider eating here again unless they seriously changed some things. But the food was delicious!
Open table did not mention that the restaurant was in a casino. Our server was incredible and friendly. Table next to us was cursing and being loud. Food was good but pricey for what you get.
It's in the Valley Forge Casino building. I had no idea it was part of the complex. It's was dark & dank & incredibly uncomfortable & unattractive. It was expensive for the actual food. Really a low class crowd. It's fine if ur hungry & u won at the table or just wanted something decent to eat.
Great food and service
Nice and clean very nice great service also. Very quiet
Nice restaurant for date night. Attentive waiters. Will return!
Food wasn’t as good as I expected. Best things were definitely the brussel sprouts. Everything else was average.
Good food, friendly atmosphere, prompt service. Food a little pricey. Ambience very good.
We enjoyed our evening. The food was good, it came to us fresh off the stove and there was more food than we could eat. It started with fresh bread and the most delicious cinnamon butter. My husband had the seafood pasta, he doesn't like scallops so they offered to substitute more shrimp. When the dish came there was so much shrimp he shared it with me. I ordered chicken parmesan, it was amazing. For dessert we each ordered the creme broule with fresh berries. Again it was delicious. Our server was very attentive and met all our needs. I would recommend this restaurant especially if you want to celebrate something special.
One of the best dinning restaurants and the servers and crew are great
Our meat was delicious n cooked perfect but the carrots that came with it were few n some were hard . We ordered asparagus which was tasty. When we left we felt we ate something very salty. Bread was warm n tasty . Onion soup was very good but maybe that was the afterthought of the salty feeling.
I was very pleased with our dinner at Revolution steakhouse. The food and service were both excellent. I also thought the price for our meal was very reasonable for a steak house. I would definitely go back again
I’ve had better at Outback Steakhouse! Not worth the money.
GOOD FOOD AND SERVICE. DINE HERE FREQUENTLY. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
COVID restrictions have impacted service levels but overall it's a good place to eat. It's located inside Valley Forge Casino Resort so if you want to enjoy the casino before or after dinner, it's a convenient location for that.
The food quality is very good. It's a steakhouse but the menu has other options that are prepared well and very tasty. The steaks are good quality and prepared properly to temperature preferences.
The ambiance is a bit energetic but not loud although on this visit a patron was very loud and unruly and really should have been kicked out. The manager was super professional much more than tolerant in trying to calm him but it did impact our dining experience. He finally left. He was literally screaming and yelling in a fine dining establishment.
Overall this is a great choice and I would eat there again. Good food, good service, and nice environment... Be prepared to walk a distance on busy days as parking isn't always conveniently close.
Always have a nice dinner right before heading downstairs to hit the casinos!!!
I really have no complaints besides having to wait an half hour for my table when I was there on time for a 7:30 reservation besides that everything else turned out very good!
Food was delicious as always and the staff was great
Excellent service. Good food and separations from other dinners was very good.
Kudos to the Chef! The food is always good.
Always love to come to this restaurant at the casino. People are wonderful that work here. We had probably one of the best meals we’ve ever had, see attached pictures.
We both had scampi. It was hot and delicious. But for $34 I think that a small side salad would round out this meal. If I didn't eat bread I would have left there hungry. Dinner portion was small
We always enjoy the food. This time, we both had the shrimp scampi. My husband had the French onion soup and I had the roasted beet salad.
Tina and my favorite server, Mohammed, were great as usual
The food and service have always been outstanding.
The food was perfect. It was hot and everything was correct. Our server was gracious and kind.
Reservations confirmed for 8 PM on Saturday night. Arrived only to find out we had to wait d/t how "slammed" they were. Advised it would be about a 20 minute wait; almost 40 minutes later (double what we were told, shocking), we finally were escorted to a section that just got another table right before us, so we had to be seated somewhere else. We were sat at a dirty table that wasn't even set. Only thing atop the table was crumbs from the prior party. Drinks and bread/butter were made/given to us in fairly decent amount of time but, after that, it was so sssssssssllllllllllloooooooooooooowwwwwwww. Since there were 4 of us, we requested more bread. About 35-40 minutes later, the waiter brought us a second serving; shocked he remembered. Another long lull and then dinners arrived just around 10 PM. The food was decent but I'm not sure it was worth the wait OR the price. I, myself, only had the wedge salad and a side of brussels sprouts ~ they never disappoint. I've dined there multiple times with my parents over the past few years so I've eaten most of the menu items. Nobody in our party ordered anything that was overly-extravagant. My son ordered seafood scampi and his g/f ordered scallops. Each had an "add-on" side as the menu is mostly a la carte. My other son had chicken parmesan sided by spaghetti. Somehow, the bill creeped to just under $250?? I feel the food quality was middle of the road, maybe a little better, but def not prime. We were one of the last tables to leave during the "cleanup." What I find funny is not one offer was made to improve our experience, not a round of drinks for having us wait or a dessert for the length of time dinners took, etc. I don't even recall an apology. If anything I mentioned is addressed, it should be the reason for reservations. Nobody wants to wait that long, nor should they, with a reservation confirmation in their hand...... sort of defeats the purpose.
The staff and food was amazing we will be going back tomorrow!
This has got to be the best food in the area. I’ve been to all the steakhouses and fine restaurants in in area and I feel Revolution Chop House is the best of the best.
My server was Ron, who was well informed of the menu offerings and made sure each course was delivered in a timely manner. He was courteous and attentive without being over bearing. Even the restaurant manager (Beth?) visited every table to assure diner satisfaction.
Don’t let the fact that Revolution is in a Casino (Valley) throw you if you’re not a player and just want an exceptional dining experience. It’s easily accessible without entering the playing area.
One recommendation: perhaps I’m a bit snobbish, but I firmly believe that for a restaurant of this caliber, white tablecloths are a must. The bare tables were the only drawback to an otherwise wonderful experience.
Treat yourself. I had the filet mignon but the menu has options to satisfy every appetite.
I normally report dining experiences with a couple words. However, this one deserves so much more.
I’m going back very soon.
Great food. A little pricey but worth it. Our waiter was awesome and management was good as well checking that everything met our expectations.
Good was fresh and taste was great. My only problem is the steak doesn't come with anyty. You have to purchase each sides. Separately. Overall everything was great .
The food was average, the service was great and the noise level was low. However, the price for the food was very expensive, overpriced.
Service was great food was delicious. Will be back.
Awesome service and excellent food!!
Great time out with my wife. It was extra busy so they gave us free cake and champagne.
Food prepared as ordered. Service was excellent. Waiter very personable.
Very nice place for dinner. Food was great as well as the service.
