Ribeye only use traditional Irish bred cattle and sustainable stock from rare breed herds that are traceable from farm to fork and that are a minimum of 60% plus genetic thoroughbreds. All of the beef served in Ribeye has a minimum hanging time of 30 days on the carcass. Only then will the cattle be butchered and each cut is then hung in Dry Ageing temperature-controlled, well-circulated hanging chambers for up to 60 days (depending on the cut). At Ribeye, we insist on all our beef being moderate to highly marbled to ensure the juiciest most flavoursome meat possible. During the cooking process, the marbling renders down leaving the meat full of flavour incredibly tender and so, so succulent!

Wait staff were very pleasant but timespan for food to be served was very poor. We sat at 9 and our main was served at 10. Quality of the produce used was very average but prices are above average. We had 2 starters, 2 mains, one cocktail and a soft drink and it came to 90 euro before tip.
Was a disappointing meal, I won't be back.

One of steaks over cooked and desserts never arrived despite 30 min wait. 3rd time there and this was the 2nd time steak was overcooked. Time to take business elsewhere.

Great food. quiet small venue. staff very frinedly and helpful. Had a nice quiet spot in the corner away from all other tables. Thankfully for the rest of the patrons as the people at my table were a little giddy. really enjoyed.

Unfortunately the music was so uncomfortable that we had to make our apologies and leave. This was within 10 minutes of sitting down so we didn’t get to experience the food. However we went over to bi Appetit and had a very enjoyable very good value dinner which I believe is serviced by the same kitchen,

I booked it suddenly and it was surprisingly Amazing! Taste of steak was exceptional! A real steak from real grill! Delicious! Desserts were also really tasty! Will definitely come back and would definitely recommend it to everyone!

Good food but very inattentive staff. It felt like one person was trying to juggle all of the tables (though the place wasn't full), while the other staff just did whatever they felt like. We waited a long time to be served, to have our plates cleared, etc. Perhaps the biggest issue though was a table of women who were playing some kind of game and squealing and cheering loudly throughout the meal. I love games and am a generally loud person, but there is a time and place for everything and brunch is not it. Rather than the staff asking them to be respectful to other customers, the staff seemed to be giving them special attention. A diner from another table ultimately approached them and asked them to be quiet (thank you!).
They also ran out of rolls for our lobster rolls so they were served on brioche instead, which still tasted good but lacked the appeal of the iconic hot dog style roll.
I picked this restaurant for my mother in law's birthday and honestly I was pretty embarrassed. I will not be dining here again and would not recommend it.

The only one thing I could say is that we both asked for our fillet steak to be medium but they were more well done apart from that it would have been a 10 out of 10.
Nice spot in Malahide. If you're tired of all the other restaurants, this is a great option. Also, there are not that many other places with good steak offerings. This is a good pick. Wish hours were extended from 6-9pm
My wife and I both had the Rib Eye steak and it was absolutely perfectly cooked. Great tasting & the Three extras between us was great value too. Only downside was the Manager needed to up his game in terms of customer engagement. A little more interest in the customers views is required when managing a restaurant.
Celebrated our son's birthday in Beef and Lobster with his favourite "Lobster". He really enjoyed it. I had Rib eye steak which was done to perfection. However I do have an issue with prices that don't include sides. A bit pricey but for a special occasion its very nice.
Everything was fab but seemed short staffed so we waitied for an hour for mains and i cancelled my cocktail at end as we were waiting too long.. BUT the staff were working very hard and seemed busy so it was understandable. Maybe a staff member at bar at all-time would help
But over all was great and we will be back

The restaurant didn’t have our booking despite it being confirmed. It was so loud we couldn’t hear our server. I order fillet steak medium rare and when it arrived it was well done and really chewy.
You couldn’t have a conversation as you couldn’t hear over the noise of everyone else and the music.
Only relatively good point was that we were in and out in under an hour because we couldn’t stand the noise.
The meat that we ordered medium rare came in almost well done.
We got a new steak but it was just as cooked as the last one. We didn’t want the hassle of returning yet another steak so we didn’t.
But the service was excellent!
