   waited 30 mins for the table and they just said as we arrived that they’re just getting the table ready indicating it would only be a few mins - we then waited over half an hour without saying anything to us or any compensation

   We had one of the best meals, at a restaurant when traveling, here. The duck (which I use as my “test” meal) was probably the best I’ve ever had (& I have it everywhere). The olive oil poached tuna was also delicious. We will definitely come back next time we visit Liverpool. Shout out to Victoria; an excellent server.

   When we was sat down the table had no been cleaned before it had been set up salt and pepper granules left all over the table.

   Riva Blu was a great dining experience a lovely restaurant with lovely food and attentive staff. Victoria looked after us and did a great job.

   Lovely restaurant that I have visited with my family before. Food was lovely and fresh. Service was off this visit but spoke with a manager and he took on board the feedback. We will definitely return as normally it is some of the best service in Liverpool and this was defo just an off day. Thank you

   Love to eat here. However on this occasion food was not its usual standard. Only just warm enough and portions seemed smaller. Perhaps it was because it was busy?? But I’ve been on lots of occasions and food has always been excellent.
