The waitress with the pink hair was rude. She ignored us and whenever we asked her for something she would roll her eyes and not get it for us.
Delicious food, great service. Highly recommend! A great place for light bites and cocktails.
This is what I called good advertisement. The food was so average and I can understand that due to COVID there is a need to get things back to normal but the timing on the table and feeling you need to eat quickly for the sake of the next table I did not appreciate. It was uncomfortable and unnecessary. I won’t go back. Couldn’t even had my dessert and we stayed like 1h… you can see who they are desperate to sale… the needy feeling overcome the whole experience
Great food served by attentive staff
Amazing food.... even being outside due to covid the service was really fast and the food was delicious.
Great staff! Delicious food
The food was amazing! Will definitely come back soon :)
In the circumstances the meal was as perfect as possible. The squid was slightly disappointing in its originality but the kimchi which I had never had before was superb?
Their Vegan options could be better. Paid £12 for a ‘Broccoli Steak’ & pretty much just got 1/2 a steamed Broccoli. There also wasn’t much options for the side dishes. Steamed rice (which wasn’t even on the menu) or Kimchi Rice (which wasn’t vegan friendly). No other options. No noodles. Nothing. Only thing I proper enjoyed was the Mushroom Skewers.
A hidden gem in SoHo. A true good option for a good dinner
Food was amazing, so good to eat in Robata again.
Delicious food and fantastic variety. Great service - even sitting in a street. There is a cover so would work even in the rain!
Would highly recommend, from arriving to leaving the staff were all very friendly and professional. We had the brunch menu and food was delicious and Prosecco was topped up regularly , which is always a bonus. Will be returning.
Fantastic lunch at Robata yesterday, food was delicious and the sashimi tasted very fresh. Service was brilliant, very friendly and accommodating waitstaff. Drinks are slightly pricey but to be expected so central in London. Overall very good experience and will definitely return.
Good food and service!
Lovely staff, service and food was great
Best bottomless brunch I think I’ve ever done! Amazing food and the value for the price is incredible. Thanks guys!
Had a wonderful time at Robata, a great evening and will definitely be returning!
Delicious food, great service. Sushi and sashimi in particular was amazing. Under a tent outside which was warm and dry, had heaters on. They had 1 hour 30 minute policy on tables but they warned us when we arrived, and 15 minutes before the end very politely asked if we needed anything else.
Wonderful food, super sweet and helpful staff. Great experience overall.
We had an outdoor dining reservation for 1930hrs and the waiter sat us down right on time. We were told that our table was reserved for 1.5hrs which was totally fine. The courses were not served all together at the same time but rather whenever a dish was ready to go out. Our main course were on the table at 2020hrs, so we had at least 40 minutes left before we had to release the table. At 2030hrs, however, one of the waitress es came to see us and advised that we would have 15 minutes left. Despite a full plate in front of us, she kept repeating that we would have to clear the table earlier than what we expected. Without wanting to start an argument, the manager eventually came 5 minutes later informing us, that the bill was on its way for settlement. Needless to say, being told 3 times that our time was almost over was really disappointing (taking into account that we actually would have had 15 minutes longer). At 2050hrs we decided to settle the bill, however, no one really seemed to care and so we waited for at least another 20 minutes before a waiter would see us to take payment. Definitely not a place I will visit soon again.
Took my girlfriend out for a birthday dinner and could not fault the experience.
Food was exceptional and came in a timely manner.
Outdoor seating is well covered and heated - could maybe do with a few more lights for later in the evening but not a major issue.
Staff were attentive and accommodating throughout the evening.
This is evidenced by them being more than happy to bring out a small birthday dessert (a mochi ball) with a candle for my girlfriend at the end of our meal, which was a very nice touch!
We will definitely return in the near future.
The staff very good but very expensive compared to the quality.
My favourite restaurant in London. The food is always so delicious and never disappoints! Great cocktails too
Aesthetically pleasing food, food tasted generally nice though a little flat at times. But I would definitely go again.
One of the most underrated restaurants I’ve been to. There’s nothing less than 5 stars about it! It easily beats most well known Japanese places with their Robata dishes and their sushi too. Great quality food. So rich and satisfying. I have found I’m sure a great new regular spot for sushi and Robata grill.
Great bottomless brunch, food was delicious and outside seating was heated. Will definitely be returning.
Great food and lovely location and setting, would definitely recommend!
Worst black cod I’ve ever had. There was one waiter who was extremely abrupt. Doubt I would go back anytime soon.
We were seated and served by Alexander and team, fantastic food and in particular the beef tataki and the grilled Iberico pork were outstanding!
They had some heaters and there was a gazebo with sides to prevent the wind which meant it wasn’t too cold to sit outside
Host & Hostess we’re dancing directly in front of the door, which is fine, just annoying when you’re trying to tell someone you’re here for your reservation and they just continue to tell you where the bathroom is. Other than that, everything was pretty good. Food sizes are extremely small, still very delicious, so I would say it’s worth the price.
We had an amazing evening yesterday at Robata. Food, service, everything was perfect. 🤍
Amazing service and even more amazing food. The best food we had eaten in over a year! Will definitely come back
Great lunch. Food was amazing 👏
Only downs is should get longer than 1 hour 30 to eat
First outdoor dining. Sat at the table to be told we had only 1 hour to order and pay. The waiter then came and said we had extra time. Service was rushed. Food was good but all came at once so it got cold quickly. Overall it was an experience but don't book the last seating as they need to pack up the gazebo. Service could be improved and overcooked chilli pepper squid. Sushi and bao buns were great
Made no effort whatsoever for a milestone birthday although it was booked weeks in advance. The outdoor atmosphere rivalled a market place not a high class restaurant and the food is very overpriced for the size of the portions. Spent over £200 and was still hungry. Nobu is much better value
Excellent service. Food in the main was good though £25 for very small steak was steep but very tasty. Will definitely return
The best food I've had in years and wonderful service. Highly recommend - 10/10
I had the early bird menu and everything was perfect. Will definitely go again
