The restaurant is very nicely decorated and a great atmosphere. The menu is very limited and some items are very dear for what you get.Nice place and excellent service but the menu wouldn't make me go back.
We had a great night only problem was that our booking could not be found ! then we git an email saying it had been cancelled even tho the staff had sorted it out !! So next time I will be booking directly with Roberta's
But after all sorted staff were brilliant in sorting out this problem we had a great night
I had booked first with Angelina's and then cancelled and new booking was made for Roberta's
But !!! dont know what happened as I confirmed our booking on the Thursday ! and got confirmation !!!
Best burgers ever! 🍔🍟 we’ll be back again
Really nice. Will definitely be back!
Amazing food, cocktails and service! Had a great time.
We were for family brunch at the sunday, the service staff are friendly (smile, perfect with children ...) , It's a good place, thank you (sorry for my english ;)
Service was very slow, took them 45 minutes to take order for drinks, not even mentioning food. And the place was not that busy at all. Food was so so, just average with burnt pizza. Not sure if I am coming back.
Had a lovely dinner here on Saturday night, nice ambience. The food was very good, steak was delicious and cooked perfectly. A little pricey at 34 euro though!
Starters of prawns and tortellini were very tasty. Pizza was good.
The only quibble we would have was that we were told that we could not take our leftover bottle of wine with us, we didnt want to finish it but at 37euro, we werent going to leave it! We were told it was policy of new management not to allow patrons to take wine on leaving, we thought it was a strange policy, and took it anyway! so be warned, take your own cork with you! New management, this deserves consideration.
Food was only OK, service wasn't great and was quite slow.
Good food, drinks and atmosphere overall... but extremely slow service both for food and at the bar afterwards. We ordered 2 meals(baked eggs and a fruit bowl) and 2 cocktails. We did not receive our cocktails until after our food and it was very slow overall with no apology for the delay.
I dined on Saturday for brunch with 3 others, the service was poor, we waited over 20 minutes for our drinks, another 15 for our food which 3 out of 4 dishes were cold. The food was lovely if only it had been hot, also the delay on the drinks isn't really acceptable. I work in the industry and the impression I got was perhaps some members of staff had called in sick as it seemed very understaffed, although the two hosts we dealt with were very pleasant and helpful
Everything was wonderful but a bit pricey. 45 Euro for brunch without any alcohol is just too much
Beautiful restaurant with great food, drink, and service. Was able to accommodate some of our guests' requests for changes on food preparation without a problem!
Without shadow of a doubt, the nicest eggs benedict in Dublin (and I have done the rounds!). This was a return visit, unfortunately my home firied potatoes were not hot when they arrived, made me think they had been sitting around for a while which did slightly impact my enjoyment of them (because they alone are delicious with caramelised onions and herbs). Got a gin / basil / lemon / strawberry cocktail also which was incredibly sour and not sure I would re-order. Staff lovely and friendly, venue really really cool and great location... in summary, Roberta's is one of my favourite brunch venues in Dublin. Would HIGHLY recommend.
I had brunch here with 4 friends on Sunday morning, lovely experience, cannot fault anything really, food, services, décor, staff were fabulous, I have one tiny quibble, upon arrival at 12pm my friends were told they had to be off the table at 1 30pm, we had not been made aware of this when booking and purposely chose your venue so we could sit and relax after all travelling to the city centre, no one asked to leave at 1 30 and we left at 2pm, so why bother mentioning it in the first place, there were loads of empty tables too. (just a small issue as I say I loved it and will return)
Nice atmosphere, quick service. Would go back
Unfortunately we were waiting 1 hour for our food.. our waiter was very good and brought us a complimentary dessert but an hours waiting is really not acceptable
I definitely would recommend Roberta's due to the ambience and food, but would probably recommend a brunch as dinner time on the weekend is usually very busy and loud.
I love Roberta's for its interior décor, the atmosphere and the service. My one complaint, as such, would be that the food could be of a little higher standard considering your prices. Apart from that I'm very happy.
Fab staff, fab venue, fab food - will definitely be back! :)
Although the restaurant wasn't very busy there was quite a buzz. It sounded like there was a full house. We got a nice warm welcome and were shown to our table immediately. The antipasti starter for 1 was very generous so I was glad that my husband had decided against a starter & helped me out. His pizza was done exactly to his taste but I felt my choice was z bit dry. One starter, 2 mains, 1 dessert (Tiramisu which was z too almondy for me) a couple of coffees & a beer totalled €63. Not bad. I'll return but will make different choices.
Service and atmosphere was great. Main course fillet steak served up with garden peas and potato gratin. The peas or potato were not enjoyable-didn’t match the steak at all.
Desert was described beautifully-what arrived was not. Sundae was simply a chocolate muffin at the bottom of a glass cold with a lot of ice cream on top-very below average especially considering the price.
Food was more like eddie rockets. You certainly wouldn't go for the food.
The food was average to below average. We had a Parma ham pizza which lacked any flavour at all. The antipasti board was very average and again, lacked a lot of flavour. The cocktail was over priced at €12 for a very very small glass and was thrown together in about 2 mins. Our waitress was extremely polite and friendly - all the waiting staff were excellent! The atmosphere is very nice and the bar was a good area to sit at and enjoy a drink but would not be rushing back for food at all.
We had a brilliant server, just the right amount of attentive and very fun. Food and drinks arrived pretty timely and everything was delicious. I've already recommended it to a colleague for a lunch meeting this week. The noise level was moderately loud but it was a busy Saturday night and the bar was full, it didn't affect me having a conversation. The tables were quite close together so Id recommend a booth if you can nab one! All staff were well trained and polite, we stayed for a drink at the bar afterwards, will definitely revisit!
Amazing service. Not hugh amount of food to choose from but what i got was nice. Staff are very friendly and nice
The bar service is very poor. We waited ages while bartenders walked past us. The food wasn't memorable. Some items were burnt and some items were clearly not grilled when it stated on the menu that they should be. Was just okay.
Really great service.
Drinks and food arrived really fast. Staff were super friendly and came over to check if everything was okay during our meal. I left my umbrella behind the and lady who was serving us kept it and I was able to get it back . Would highly recommend Roberta's for a date or catch up with the girls.
Really nice atmosphere of a Bank Holiday Saturday. All staff very warm and welcoming. Food outstanding - really tasty and fresh.
I have been to Roberta's once before and decided to give it a second try because the first time the food was awful too. The pizza is the worst pizza I have had, my friend agreed. Location and venue are fabulous but the food is really letting you down. I won't be returning.
This was our first stop in Dublin for food and we loved it! Great ambiance and decor. The food was amazing. The tiramisu is a MUST.
Wonderful airy restaurant with very good service and great food. An overall excellent dining experience.
Food was great, but service was very slow, there was just 2 staff on the floor. Desserts are too expensive and doesn’t worth the money.
Good choice for an evening. We took several dishes to share, and everything was OK
Although I really enjoyed my steak the mash on the side was more like a child's portion. And not a lot of options on the menu. We found also that the tables where very close together and felt like I was disturbing the people beside us if we needed to go use the bathroom.
Trendy and good restaurant in the citycentre of Dublin.
Service wasn't good. Food was not amazing for the price, could have had FXB's.
👍🏻 Amazing food tasting experience!
👍🏻 Very good atmosphere!
👎🏻 Drinks (beer and Bailey's) take more than 10 min to be served. And we ordered more than 7 times...
Me and my friends had a amazing time, was brillant we really enjoyed it.
Hi Naiady, Thanks so much for leaving us a five star rating! We are so glad that you had such a nice time with us. We look forward to seeing you again soon. Kind regards Roberta's management
