The location is nice, service was ok, I ordered a steak medium and get it almost well done, they ask me if I want to change, but then I had to wait 20 minutes, normally they don’t have to ask, they have to bring a new one. But the dessert was very good.
The extra 7% + another extra 10% + the typical extra expensive and unjustified still water.
People that we work in the sector know where is the benefit, but this kind of details (as filling the glass every 3 minutes) makes at the end that the experience is not round.
Everything just excellent, maybe the position of the table was not so exiting.
Even though there were still quite a few tables available (“reserved” for guests that never came) we were placed at a table next to the door directly below the ac. Several requests to change the table or at least turn of the ac were just ignored

The staff were very helpful and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived to the time we left. My food was delicious and very well presented.
A beautiful experience. The vegan menu was good to see, maybe they could try vegan cheese for a pizza or a pasta with tomato base.
Excellent food and service, lots of pretty girls
The experience was very bad, food was very poor quality, service was just horrible, we had to ask for everything a few times, our order got mixed up, we had ordered 3 bottles of wine but yet had to ask few times for someone to put it into our glasses, as no one seemed interested (even though restaurant was empty...) Roberto's was good some time ago, but now I would never go back and would not recommend it to anyone

Service terrible i just left the restaurant because i booked a smoking table and they wanted to let me seat on non smoking area and it was too many tables empty in smoking area even when i told them i will leave they didn’t apologize i will never go again this restaurant
The restaurant charges a compulsory service charge, which I was told goes to the restaurant not to the staff. When I said I wanted the service charge taken off the bill so I could tip the staff separately, they refused to do that.
Isn't using a compulsory service charge that quietly goes to the restaurant owners a kind of fraud and deception?

Fantastic restaurant overall. Great ambiance
I made a reservation by starting 20.00, before ordering meal we learned that they reserved foe 2 hours only, on my reservation confirmation there were no time limitation. Also during our meal they started to merge other tables with ours. After 2 hours they came and ask us to move to bar. An expensive restaurant with above (but not too much) average italian taste but table merging and time limitation was so bad. I will never go again to same restaurant.
