Roganic
Forward-thinking and imaginative, expect only the freshest and most exceptional array of produce from the countries best suppliers, including Simon’s ‘Our Farm' in The Lake District.
Roganic holds four AA Rosettes and was awarded it’s first Michelin star in 2018, retaining it in 2019.
Running alongside Roganic is Aulis London, a development kitchen and eight seat chef’s table which opened in Soho in October 2017.
“We really enjoyed being there first time around and it feels so right to be back. We had so much fun last time Roganic was in London and I’m confident that the second time around will be no different”

Food was amazing but some dishes were slightly too salty e.g. the scallops(couldn’t taste much of the scallops as it was overpowered by the sauce). Apart from that, the flavour bal-nce and combination of sour fermented and salty savoury components of each dish were makes each dish unique and divine. Undoubtedly, one of the best meals I have had in London. We mentioned it was our special occasion and received a gift from the restaurant. I am very happy with the food and service we got.
Very nice presentation and some interesting combinations. In my opinion too much dairies in the different plates. The result is a heavier cuisine than expected.
Exceptional service
We went for the 12 course tasting menu. The first 4 were "snacks" of single bite treats. These were more impressive than the main meals (which were still of a high quality despite being very small). Despite a good meal the worst was yet to come. We had to ask for our bill 3 times and when I handed over my Amex, they said they did not accept it. 2 problems here. Firstly at £120+ a head the restaurant should swallow fees. Secondly, their OpenTable page says they DO accept Amex. The food was still of a high quality so hopefully service issues can be resolved.
Perfect meal and environment
Excellent tasting menu. Had a variety of fish and veggie dishes which were all well executed and very tasty. The wine list was good too as we had a lovely white Chardonnay, Stellenbosch for £45. The service was excellent. Our only issue were the rather cramped not very nice toilets and their location! The restaurant is quite casual too but some people prefer that.
Absolutely amazing tasing menu
Having dined at FERA several times, we were excited to try Roganic. A mid week meal turned serious treat! We had the tasting menu and thoroughly enjoyed it. The reason for 4 stars is the restaurant feel isn’t like FERA (obviously as this was located in 5 star Claridges) but it did feel a little cold and industrial and possibly done on the cheap? The chairs, whilst trendy and visually appealing, where uncomfortable to sit at. The crockery and tableware however, were stunning and really added to the picture perfect element of each dish.
Toilets were very small and the hand wash and moisturiser both weren’t working (a particular bugbear of mine!) I did point it out to front of house, but this wasn’t rectified which I found disappointing. The little details like that, to me, make all the difference to the whole dining experience.
Superb.
Love the surprise touches....which I obviously can’t reveal!
Amazing service and food! Highly recommend
Amazing amazing amazing.
Very charming (if not exciting) setting for a lunch menu in which a short - and seemingly simple - menu is realised to a very high quality.
This is our second visit. I was worried since I have seen a lots of bad reviews, but I am glad that I trust my instinct to give it a chance as we did enjoy it the first time round. And we didn’t disappoint it the second time round at all. The food was amazing except one dish which is not to mine fast bud ( dill yogurt ) the rest of the menu are great. The service is also very good just good amount of attention from staff they are really attentive but not in our face .
This was a fantastic dining experience.
We celebrated a birthday in style.
Every dish/mouthful of the tasting menu (they only do 2 dinner tasting menus, shorter available midweek) was a delight.
There were (I think) 7 starters and 5 mains.
The wine pairing was great, too.
Staff were fabulous, efficient but friendly.
Two little quirks: 1) they give you the menu in a sealed envelope to look at only afterwards and 2) we got some takeaway sticky toffee pudding to take home.
Absolutely right quantities of sublimely delicious food and drink.
Quite expensive, as per their website published prices, but 100% worth it.
Staff are always fantastic. Dining room is not the best design but the superlative food and service surpasses those misgivings about the space.
Very good but very long and only tasting menu
Roganic is a taste of Simon Rogan's food in the style of L'Enclume up in Cartmel (one of the best restaurants I have been to). Roganic is excellent. Great food, friendly service. Good value too for a london restaurant of this quality. Definitely come for the food as your conversation will revolve around the 11 or so courses. The room itself could be a little cosier.
Almost as good as L’enclume! Definitely worth a visit
Innovative and exciting food. Great service and peaceful ambience.
Superb food, showcasing the best ingredients, expertly prepared with simple complementary flavours. Proves that fantastic food doesn’t need to be complicated. All delivered with the highest level of service, by a team who clearly also believe in the restaurants core values.
A Great sommelier provided an equally considered wine pairing that followed the same ethos in responsible sourcing.
I’ve been lucky enough to also eat at Lenclume and Rogan & Co, and Roganic is absolutely on the same level....a very high level.
Really imaginative fine dining with tasty combinations.
If you are a true foodie and/or up for an amazing culinary adventure please take the time to visit Roganic. We will hold our evening here as an amazing memory of our time in London!
An excellent meal in a very cool and down to earth place. The service was exemplary as was the food; it's quite possibly one of the best meals I've ever had. The chap I dined with booked it again for a few weeks' time, that's how good it was.
Amazing food as you’d expect from a Simon rogan restaurant and a chef as talented as oli marlow.. one of our servers was a little cold and uninterested, the others were phenomenal though! Great experience all round
•Excellent quality food
•Interesting and innovative menu, using seasonal ingredients
•Staff attentive and helpful
•Good choice of wines
•Nice ambience and location
•Only negative was charge of £4.50 for tap water. Shouldn’t be necessary to charge for tap water in a restaurant of this quality
Very good value for money to have the business set menu ! Highly recommended
Excellent food. We really enjoy the place and the service. The wine pairing choice could be improved.
Although a nice restaurant and relatively nice menu it did not live up to our expectation from Simon Rogans other restaurants. This is mostly down the experience rather than the food, the waiter was a little cold and did not often explain the dishes served. Also no cheese course was a disappointment.
Sensational flavours, warm and friendly service. An all round great evening.
The food is light and very tasty.
First time to Roganic, a very good experience. Had the 3 course business lunch with wine flight which at £60 is excellent value for money in town (£35 without wine). There is a small amount of theatre brought into the service with the serving of a pre-starter on a piece of bark, which I am not sure it needed but the rest of the service passed more normally. The portions are on the small side but as there are 3 courses + 2 treats, I did not find this an issue. The starter was Salt baked celeriac which was incredible, main was a slow cooked beef dish which was nicely done but a little “average’ and then a dessert with Rhubarb, “custard’ and an earl grey ice cream. The ice cream for me was a little strong and overpowered the rest of the dish, but again faultlessly executed.
Overall a great experience, use of produce excellent and service impeccable. Perhaps I was expecting too much but the food (against this backdrop) was not the star of the show (with the exception of the celeriac) which was a shame. I will definitely go back and perhaps choose the full tasting menu next time.
Extremely good food served in very small portions in a very noisy atmosphere. The staff were very nice but it was almost impossible to follow their explanations of each dish served.
We tried the short tasting menu at Roganic. Every course was so different to the last. Brilliantly presented and really eclectic flavours. Excited to return!
Amazing tasting menu, so many different courses and techniques used in their cooking. Definitely worth a trip.
Wow what an amazing experience. Stunning food, service and ambience. Can't wait for a return visit.
Been meaning to go since it opened but finally made it- lovely evening- has the wine flight with the meal and did not disappoint. Nor did the food. Did the 6 course and in hindsight the 10 would have been do able- you don't leave stuffed but you certainly don't leave hungry - plus a little goodie bag of breakfast treats!
A very fulfilling experience.
One thing I’d “complain” tho’ -
Since I do not eat beef, an alternative main course was offered - truffle pudding. Altho it still taste nice but as a main course it’s not quite up to scratch - the beef main course both looked and tasted (according to my companion) better than my truffle pudding.
Nothing short of perfect from start to finish. Definitely deserved there star. Thank you so much to the whole team.
A flavour sensation with every dish! Absolutely loved our meal at Roganic (we did the 6 course short tasting menu which we considered very fair value at £65). My husband had the regular menu while I had a vegetarian option, which didn’t compromise in the slightest on quality or flavour. As each dish centres around seasonal vegetables, it was perfect for adapting. Two excellent alcohol free drinks also for me and my husband did the wine flight which was very enjoyable. Superb service throughout and loved the thoughtful touch of a breakfast goody bag to go. Highly recommend
Excellent in all respects! Loved everything......!
