Roo’s Leap Restaurant already has a great reputation… fresh ingredients cooked to order, and a friendly efficient service with a laid back Aussie attitude.Whether you’re looking for a great night out or you just can’t be bothered cooking, we’re sure we’ll have just what you’re looking for.

So what’s on the Menu? Well although we have an Aussie theme you’ll be pleased to know that Australians don’t typically eat Ostrich or Kangaroo… so neither do you! We have a fantastic international menu including our wonderful prime steak burgers, various warm sandwiches, steaks, salads, pasta dishes and, of course, our special “barbied” meat, chicken and fish dishes. We also have a number of vegetarian options. Our menu has over 50 dishes to choose from!

Please note we are dog friendly in our lounge during lunch hours only.

Very tasty food and big portions. We all had a starter and struggled to eat all of our mains as a result. We went for my daughter’s 15th birthday and there was a card from the restaurant on the table which was a very nice gesture. Highly recommend

Our second trip to roos leap as we had to travel 120 miles to get to the restaurant. It was superb food was amazing and we were absolutely stuffed after it. We couldn't eat the full amount even though we starved ourselves all day!! Staff were friendly very helpful and professional a will definitely be back again 😍

Staff friendly and welcoming, engaging with you as you walk through the door. Food was amazing, full of flavour. One thing we learned is that you can order smaller portions to what's on the menu which our group wish we knew. It is written on the menu, but we didn't notice it. Portion size vs cost is absolutely worth it. Place was clean and tidy including thr toilets. Will definitely visit again.

Finally tried the sunday roast and not disapointed apart from it took me so long to try. My companions first time at Roos and loved it all round experience positive and happy

Been to this restaurant multiple times and is always my first choice if going out for a meal. Always fantastic food and fantastic service!! Would highly recommend for anyone who wants a ‘date night’ or even just a lovely lunch or family supper. Very wide variety of choices on the menu too to suit everyone!!

Had a lovely catch up with an amazing friend but got a big shock when we sat down for lunch as the menu is more than half missing, we used to sit down every week for lunch. There used to be so much choice and now all the favourites are completely missing so to say we are more than disappointed is an understatement. Not sure if we will be dining there again.
