Roo’s Leap Restaurant already has a great reputation… fresh ingredients cooked to order, and a friendly efficient service with a laid back Aussie attitude.Whether you’re looking for a great night out or you just can’t be bothered cooking, we’re sure we’ll have just what you’re looking for.

So what’s on the Menu? Well although we have an Aussie theme you’ll be pleased to know that Australians don’t typically eat Ostrich or Kangaroo… so neither do you! We have a fantastic international menu including our wonderful prime steak burgers, various warm sandwiches, steaks, salads, pasta dishes and, of course, our special “barbied” meat, chicken and fish dishes. We also have a number of vegetarian options. Our menu has over 50 dishes to choose from!

Please note we are dog friendly in our lounge during lunch hours only.

    Absolutely delicious meal. I got the mozzarella stick, they are very filling, then the Roos cheeseburger yummy My niece got the same started and the Spaniard burger both burgers huge My sister got the fish and chips and said she will never buy fish on Glasgow again, the Peterhead haddock was amazing Brilliant night

    Good food overall, but my chicken teriyaki burger was not really hot enough. It had obviously been sitting on a hot plate as it was delivered to our table within 5 minutes. It tasted fine but I had to eat it quickly before it got colder. The chips were lovely extremely hot. Staff very friendly and attentive.

    First time there after planning to go for quite a while and we were not disappointed. A bit more pricey than other places but completely finished everything I got so that really says it all 😀👍

    I thought the food was excellent and the service was good. We didn’t have to wait a long time - it was spot on. However, I’m still not sure why I had to fill out the occasion on the booking form when no-one wished me a happy birthday when I was there - maybe I’m getting grumpy now that I’m getting old! lol

    Very tasty food and big portions. We all had a starter and struggled to eat all of our mains as a result. We went for my daughter’s 15th birthday and there was a card from the restaurant on the table which was a very nice gesture. Highly recommend
