                                                                                                                    I ate the chicken with vegetables my friend ate gumbo but the best thing was your house salad it was amazing and the waitress we had made it a successful dinner

                                                                                                                    It took forever to get greeted and seated. When we got our food we laughed. It was very little on our plate and bowl and it was very pricey for the quantity. The good was nasty and we didn't finish it. After our waitress discussed her adhd problems and providing too much information about her personal life we got our ticket. Couldn't wait to leave.

                                                                                                                    Best kept secret in southwest Louisiana. We love crab cakes, fried oyster salad and wedge salad, but all of their food is very good. they sat us in the bar because they were short on wait staff. we prefer seating by the windows overlooking the track, especially when the horses are running. it's a little out of the way, but well worth the trip. Recommend it highly.

Our waiter, whom we have had serve us numerous times before,is Jared. He is always professional, attentive to our needs and knowledgeable of the menu and choices for the evening. He has always been the best waiter at Rosewater!!

                                                                                                                    Stayed at the hotel for a short vacation to watch the horses run. We ate and had a few drinks at the Rosewater. The service was excellent. The food was way beyond my expectations. The filet was so good and so were the sides. My wife and I will definitely be back.

                                                                                                                    Big change, used to eat upstairs, watch the races from the balcony with a betting station in the restaurant. Now just shovel food in to leave and sit on the hard benches outside, total disappointment and won't be back unless upstairs opens again. Tenderloin tips were tough too.
