What a treat! We will always remember our daughter's 21st at Roski. The tasting menu with the accompanying wines was outstanding. The staff were knowledgeable and just normal! It is culinary art but not twee or stupid. best place in town!

We attended Roski for my partners birthday, it was extremely overpriced for what we were given. In addition to this, a 12% service charge was added in to the bill. Due to the lighting, there was zero atmosphere- we as though we were rushed through the courses as the restaurant closes at 11- even though there are reservations up until 9:30- they don’t cater for this at all. Overall, completely underwhelmed. At the time of the booking, there was a ‘special requests’ box, whereby I wrote ‘birthday’, yet this was not acknowledged even slightly.

Not on the same level as other restaurants in this price bracket in the North West. Over-priced for the quality on offer.

Our tasting menu was inventive, varied and delicious. Well worth the extra cost over the al a carte option. The single chip with parmesan and wagyu gravy was sublime and the Which Came First?(chicken dish) was superb amongst other delights. An excellent Estate Malbec completed a wonderful meal, served impeccably in a very unpretentious atmosphere. Heartily recommended.

This was one of the great meals that I have had in my life. It could have been the time and the place, but there is no arguing over the flavor and technique that went into crafting this tasting menu. I could not recommend this place enough for food and service.

The only negative is the space, which is bland and poorly lit. It does not feel like a space that is worthy of the food.

Incredible what they’re doing. Marios, our main server is also a one of its kind sommelier. Rosa took care of us. She should not be embarrassed that the name of the restaurant has her name! Meeting “Ski” and enjoying his food it was a great experience for my son and I.

Absolutely loved Roski and it's so great to have so many high quality restaurants popping up in Liverpool! Everything about our meal was great - food delicious and innovative and service was very natural but impeccable.

It's obviously not the cheapest but I think the great quality makes it great value for money, especially for a special occasion. The bovril butter and sourdough was a lovely added extra!

Will definitely recommend to foodie friends.

Thank you!

Had the taster menu this time and it was an experience. Many restaurants pay lip service to the idea of making the most of fresh regional produce but Roski truly embrace it with surprising and creative dishes.

If you're after a more traditional lunch I had the a la carte on a previous visit, it kept the creativity and balanced it with classical good cooking.

How to describe this experience - and it was an experience not a meal.

We, four people, had the Saturday night tasting menu which, of course, meant that we were never going to get a full plate.

However, some of the plates were ridiculously small. A tiny piece of langoustine in soy sauce that couldn't be described as a mouthful. But it was delicious - albeit not the best of the night. The red cabbage lasagne, crab, steak & 'carrot cake' were stand out dishes.

Conclusion, tiny portions (some minuscule - see above) but all terrific and left you wanting more (which I guess is part of the deal of a tasting menu).

The food presentation and service were excellent - highly knowledgeable and friendly waiting staff made the night go really well.

Conclusion, as already stated the taster menu is an experience not a meal (we filled up on the ample chocolates provided at the end) but it is one none of us regret. We had a great time, some of it laughing at the ridiculously small portions.

Best restaurant in Liverpool. It’s a little bit expensive but if you’re treating yourself now and then, I’d definitely recommend here to do that.

Staff are very friendly, great at explaining the dishes and the accompanying wines. Food is of the highest quality. Nice relaxed atmosphere to enjoy a fantastic meal.

This was my first time visiting the restaurant and I could not recommend Roski highly enough, everything was fantastic. The staff were friendly, attentive and accommodating. We had the taster menu and the short wine flight and all the dishes and drinks were incredible, the red cabbage bolognese was a particular highlight. The soundtrack to the evening was wonderful too. It was just a 10/10 experience and a brilliant night.

Amazing. Breathtaking. Possibly the best meal I’ve ever had and I’ve been out a lot! I took my son, a sceptic who doesn’t like fancy places with high prices and tiny portions, someone who hasn’t enough exposure to what is possible. Not now. He has been raving about the food at Röski. The flavours and the textures and the taste and the flavours again. Take it from him. A place worthy of every penny and every plaudit. And in my home city! Wonderful, simply wonderful. Anton - you are a God among chefs.

The food was amazing. We had the Tasting Menu and the Wine flight.
Every course was superb and a different wine with each one, all of which served to us by the excellent young sommelier...how he keeps all that information in his head about each wine is extremely impressive.
Looking forward to returning soon.

Nice way to spend an evening - the Taster Menu was nothing short of excellent - food, absolutely delightful to try so many different flavours and textures. Some of the dishes were not to my taste but trying them was a must. Ambience was lovely, relaxed with great music in the background. The service was superb, would like to now try their lunch time menu.

Superb restaurant. We went for the taster menu and enjoyed everything immensely. Extremely tasty and a few tricks thrown in too such as the red cabbage bolognaise. Chose the wine flight and I wasn’t disappointed, some stunning whites and plenty to keep you going. Food arrived in a very timely manner and the service was extremely friendly.
Taster menu and wine flight will never be the cheapest option, but excellent value when compared to similar offerings.
Would recommend without hesitation.

The service and waitress were excellent. The restarant was very well laid out and comfortable, unusually so for liverpool, with comfortable seats and beautiful decor. The pace of the service was excellent as well. Half of the food was amazing, particularly the cod amuse bouche and the carrot dessert. My starter was mainly excellent except for some odd temperatures and again my main was almost excellent. My sister, who was my guest also enjoyed the ambience in particular although the music selection was ill fitting (too loud and too up tempo).

A wonderful tasting menu meal which still deserves 5 stars even though we were a little disappointed with the chip buttie and the shared £10 extra “Roski’s Gone Carrots”. Perhaps we were too full, but felt we had to try this. Hmmm! All the other courses were a taste sensation. We shared a wine flight between two as we’re light weights and each wine complimented the courses perfectly. A special shout out to our young sommelier (cant believe we forgot his name) who was amazing; friendly, helpful, knowledgable, but never pretentious. You deserve to go far. A fantastic memorable evening. Thank you Roski.
