3rd time getting the McRoski burger in a month - enough said! The addition of 'off the chart' fries to the menu is an added bonus.
Beautiful Röski burger making my lockdown Saturday evening exciting!
Really good system set up for ordering and picking up your McRoski burgers. Cooked fresh upon arrival and check-in which is great! The wagyu burgers were sensational! Tasted amazing and cooked to perfection!
I managed to get a slot for the famous McRoski and I was not disappointed! I went for the deluxe version and oh my word, it was off the scale delicious. Easily the best burger I've ever tasted anywhere including The Big Apple.
Can't wait to return!
Only score ambience low as it was a take away.
Best burger of my life! Delicious
Great food from the dining at home box. Very generous portions, so plenty of leftovers.
Had the McRoski last week, and the whole experience was lovely!
Booking the burgers was really simple, the staff so nice and friendly when I went to pick them up, my taxi driver asked me what smelled so amazing when he drove me home (!), and the burger itself was delicious!
A great little lockdown treat!
5 star food, beautiful setting , friendly and welcoming staff, will be definatley coming back as soon as we can
Can’t recommend this restaurant highly enough. The take out food and the tasting menu have been superb. You will not be disappointed. Fantastic
We got the McRöski, was amazing. I’d booked 2 sets and was called to make sure I hadn’t double booked. They started to prepare the food when we arrived to ensure it was fresh and the service was great.
In lockdown ROSKi has produced. The McRoski burger was a delight!!
An amazing lockdown treat!! The beef was knockout!
Excellent food and customer service. Wagyu burger was delicious
As always, Roski delivers thoughtful, exciting food with bags of flavour. All brought to you by a front of house team that seem genuinely invested in the product they deliver as well as your experience as a guest.
Had the Valentine’s at home meal for two and it was honestly some of the best food I’ve ever had. Excellent service, easily prepared and the taste was sensational. Miss the service and atmosphere of eating in restaurants and can’t wait to get back there again but with home options of this quality it really helps fill that void.
We purchased the eat at home takeaway box for Valentine’s Day. We had a time slot to pick up our box which was very quick and hassle free. The food came with easy to follow instructions. Each course was amazing, especially the potato cakes with french onion soup butter. We really enjoyed every course and can’t wait until the restaurant opens as we can’t wait to visit for our first time if the finish at home box is anything to go by :)
Had the Roski valentines home box. The food was brilliantly packaged, easy to prepare and most importantly absolutely delicious. Anton, Rose and the team nailed it!
A fantastic romantic feast! The french onion butter was unreal!!
Table we were sat at was in front of door it was freezing .Lobster was over cooked and rubbery the steak arrived cold .Overall we were disappointed compared to our previous visit when the food was much better and the service more attentive
Great experience. Food exquisite. Would highly recommend a visit.
Loved every course and the accompanying wine flight was excellent. Favourite dishes were the cod and the lobster. The tropical dessert was really refreshing.
Service was great, all staff were attentive, polite and knowledgeable regarding the menu.
Ambience was great, just the right level of noise to not hear other peoples conversations, but quiet enough to hear your partner. Nice 80s soundtrack too.
Only let down was the amount of jams to go with the takeaway cheese. 7 cheeses, 4 different jams. Although they were all excellent so only a minor issue.
For the 3 hours we were there, it passed so quickly. Would highly recommend Roski to anyone!
A really creative menu, beautifully presented. A real treat for all the senses
We celebrated our wedding anniversary at Roski, as we did last year. An anniversary card was waiting for us at our table, which was a special touch.
Everything was perfect.
The wine flight was thoughtfully put together.
Serving staff are very polite.
Will see you next year, if not before. 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼
Nice evening, bizarre choice of music as went over the Xmas period. Some American soft rock, mixed with 80’s electro.
My fiancé and I celebrated his birthday there. And we’re so glad we did - such a lovely experience. Staff even gave him a little card. Will be returning for sure.
The food was stunning attention to detail could not be faulted, staff were so friendly & knowledgeable. Highly recommend a visit to this little gem.
Excellent food but COVID restrictions meant that the ambiance and overall experience was not as expected. Felt rushed
Fantastic food and service. Looking forward to another visit!
We booked Roski for my birthday, an annoying date to have a birthday on the eve of xmas eve but we figured a night here while in Liverpool for December (highly recommended by friends) would be a real treat.
It was... disappointing. We were there for the evening taster menu and paired wines.
We began with a glass of Champagne, there was no offer of an amuse bouche - they landed 3 mini courses straight away forgetting the first paired wine which i ‘think’ meant the wines were from then on delayed and the service rushed - they served us 3 wine pairings and courses in 25 mins until we asked them to slow down.
Findus pancake / chicken sandwich / cheese on toast with truffle were all cold uninspiring tidbits. The lobster tail and duck were nice, the lamb roast potato was just like a lamb stew far too heavy with mint sauce. The passion fruit dessert forgettable and the Christmas bauble mousse type fondant was not a great texture and the mint flavour was too Gino Ginelli 80s mint ice cream flavour - tasted like a cheap Iceland dessert.
The wines themselves were fine, the brunello was very nice, others not so much. The sommelier was personable and had a good sense of humour, they as a staff were friendly enough but we were just underwhelmed considering its high status and how much i had looked forward to going.
My partner had one extra dessert wine, and for all of that it was near £400 for the bill.
A side note, the seating in the restaurant is not all equal and our table meant one side had a bench that my boyfriend sat on opposite me in a regular comfortable chair. His was too high for the table and uncomfortable.
The staff generally were very nice but that is a basic requirement of any restaurant, so judging food, taste, cost, and atmosphere I honestly don’t know what the fuss is about. Sorry folks :(
High end dining in Liverpool. Excellent imagination in presentation and it truly is a poetry of taste.
The food was incredible and such a lovely atmosphere; the staff so attentive and lovely too! Best meal we’ve had in years! The complimentary drink we had for our anniversary was a lovely touch
Excellent food, staff and atmosphere would highly recommended
Quite simply the best meal I have ever had. Food stunning, wine stunning. Excellent restaurant.
Superb, everything about it first class amazing creative menu and friendly knowledgeable staff.
The food and service at this restaurant is outstanding. My girlfriend and I booked a table to have our annual Christmas meal date together. We had the tasting menu with the wine flight.
We stayed for 4 hours eating and drinking. From the moment we walked in to the moment we stood up to leave we were treated so well by the staff, they were professional, polite, funny and their attention to detail was excellent.
The food was simply incredible. The cod dish on the tasting menu was insanely good.
We booked for my birthday before we left.
I spent a total of £313 which I knew I would of spent before going but I would be happy to pay again because it was an experience not just a meal. 👍
This is the second time I've been in the last 3 months and fortunately the tasting menu had been updated. Not that there was a problem with the last one, I just fancy change. This current selection is probably the best tasting menu I've ever had. Crispy chicken skin sandwich and the lobster were my best picks and I could comfortably have eaten them until I burst.
Special praise should also go to the staff who are nothing short of brilliant
Whole experience was wonderful. Very impressed by the wine pairing
Excellent food and service!
Staff are extremely helpful and fun.
We had a lovely time
By far the best tasting menu that I have ever had . Outstanding and amazing quality.
Lovely food served in a lovely setting. The taster menu was delicious and very filling. You certainly get your money’s worth! As a beer drinker I am always nervous in nicer restaurants when ordering a beer rather than wine as some waiters have made me feel unrefined! However, this is not the case at Roski; it was far from being snobby or stuffy and the staff couldn’t have been nicer. I will certainly be returning again and have sung the restaurant’s praises to all my friends and colleagues.
