Delicious food and excellent, friendly service.

Outside in an alleyway. Plastic chairs and tables. No heaters. Wait till it’s warmer. Chelsea prices, therefore overpriced for decent pizza and ok wine.

Curteous, professional and efficient staff. Beautifully prepared homemade Italian dishes. The only downfall is that the terrace doesn't have heaters of blankets, resulting in the food going cold quickly as well as conditions being unpleasant when it rains.

Great service and value for money. Will come again!

As a true pizza lover I can confidently say that the pizza at this place is exceptional at the moment (Oct 2020), better than any other Rossopomodoro I have tried. The ambience is ok but the acoustic is horrible making it difficult to have a normal conversation without shouting. Also, there is too much take-out activity and the wait for a pizza can be very long as a result given that eat-in customers are not prioritised.

Fabulous, food is simple but superb, astonishing value. Staff very friendly and efficient. Added bonus a fabulous Motown mix playing in the background & 2 free gratis Lemoncella’s👍

I love this restaurant. There is so much good food on the menu it is hard to choose what to have but it doesn't matter, all of it is great. The staff were brilliant and attentive and we even got money off because of the Eat Out To Help Out initiative (even though technically this had ended). I can't recommend the place highly enough, go there!

Rossopomodoro is the best pizza place in London, gives you a true Italian experience and is hard to beat the vibe and friendliness of the staff in shop. It’s a must visit place if you are ever in London

Lovely food. Probably the best pizza we have had in a restaurant. Mt daughter had bolognaise and the meat was so tender and clearly very good quality. Would definately return.

Really good service from our waitress who was very attentive but food was not great as the chef assumed I wanted my meal cooked a certain way because I was pregnant, not because I asked for it to be that way.
Social distancing measures and care to keep everything sanitary were really good and we could see the staff disinfecting their hands and whatever they touched throughout.

Llegamos con reserva y nos dijeron que teníamos que esperar más de media hora porque no era culpa suya que estuviera todo completo, nos quejamos y así nos dieron una mesa en la sala de arriba que estaba vacía. Muy malas formas por los camareros y la mujer como la responsable, comida nada variada, fría y seca y muy caro.No recomiendo.

My heart sank as I walked in to a crammed downstairs and, soon afterwards, upstairs.

The staff seemed to be floundering as it was a match night at Chelsea FC, but when we did get a waitress she did us proud and we enjoyed the meal.

Although I said I would recommend Rosso to a friend it is based on previous experiences with your group and not based on dinner on Friday. Burrata with Mushroom starter was bland, pizza was average (ham, artichoke ) and service was very slow. We arrived at 7pm and had to run out of there at 850pm as we were going to the cinema, and we literally rushed through our main course which we only got at around 825pm. This despite asking a few times where the food was, and the restaurant being half empty on the ground level. There really wasn't much concern from the staff including the floor manageress that we had waited so long and she only gave an explanation after we had asked our waitron twice. (She said there was a big table upstairs) disappointing evening

Excellent food, gluten free pizza was one of the best gluten free pizzas my wife has tasted. Friendly staff, comfortable and good atmosphere.

after booking for the eve dinner well in advance having two daughters, one of whom celiac and having received the confirmation email the day before, I found the place closed. in the following days I received emails requesting my satisfaction. NO COMENT

As a regular visitor bringing friends for their first time l was disappointed to be ripped off at the end of the meal.
I thought it suspicious when the waitress would not count our payment at the table for the five meals despite my asking her to do so.
To then be told we had no change due when l had asked her to bring the £5 owing back to one of my party-after the included tip had been fully paid, well, l remain unimpressed.

We had a lunchtime booking at 1pm. The restaurant was quite quiet when we arrived but the ambience was good. Food was excellent and service was very good as well.

Different staff from previous visits, duplicated service at the staff, but still had to ask three times for water.
Gnocchi disappointing.
Must remember to stick with the pizzas.

To be honest, it was disappointing. The staff were attentive and pleasant but some of the food was poor - if an Italian restaurant can’t deliver a decent Caprese salad, what can it do? Under ripe, over chilled tomatoes and rubbery mozzarella is just inexcusable. Pizzas were OK.

Terrible food.. overpriced.. horrible service. Took 15 mins for someone to even come take our order.. One of my worst experiences..

Excellent pizza and very good service however the table was a little cramp.

Good food although side dishes which had been ordered had to be chased up and didn't turn up until main courses almost finished. No apology nor explanation given.

If you are vegan and/or gluten free, I highly recommend trying Rossopomodoro in Chelsea; great pizza and great service! Will definitely come back the next time I’m in town. :D
