   Dear Prince, Thank you so much for your 5-star review! We are delighted to see that you enjoyed your recent dining experience at Rotunda, including the food and music. However, my apologies that you didn't appreciate that we allow pets. As we are a pet-friendly hotel, we do allow pets in Rotunda, but only on the outer level of the restaurant, not the inner part where the piano is.    I always enjoy breakfast at the Rotunda. I have noticed though that the service can be a bit slow these days and the waiters don’t seem to coordinate with each other. After someone took my order, another waiter came also to take my order. Not a big deal but a bit surprising for a 5 star hotel.

   New Year’s eve party was absolutely fabulous ! well organised , exceptional food and entertainment . I cannot recommend this event any more highly than to say it was first class and actually good value for money .
