My partner and I had a lovely dinner at Roz Ana. The staff were very friendly and accommodating - we were in a hurry so had pre-ordered and the food was brought to us pretty much straightaway.
The food was delicious and well presented.
We will definitely go back.
The food was fabulous, we couldn't fault it. Great ambience and pleasant service. The mango cocktails were amazing.
Roz Ana is our local upmarket curry house and we either visit or get take away at least once every two weeks. Food is consistently good, better than your average local curry house, but priced to match. In the restaurant the service is generally very good, and friendly, although patchy if the place is busy.
Delicious Food, great service, will definitely come back
Excellent service and excellent food.
I will come back again, for sure
My wife came here for the first time after seeing an ad on FB. It did not disappoint, from the moment we arrived the service was good, the staff were attentive and made sure we had all we needed to enjoy our meal there. The food was well cooked and the portions were just right.
I would and have recommended this place.
As ever a truly wonderful experience - never had a bad night here.
Roz Ana never disappoints. It's more expensive than the average Indian restaurant - but it's not average. Wonderful food, great cocktails, good atmosphere and a kids menu - what more could you ask for?
Really good find. Not your typical indian restaurant, so much better. Food was excellent and everything tasted very fresh. Not cheap but was worth it. Would definitely revisit. The only negative was the waitress, she was nice and although eager to please she didn't listen very well which resulted confusion over our order.
Right location, really good food and perfect atmosphere!
Great food. Friendly staff
Another excellent meal. Food was to a very high standard, as usual.
So good to have an Indian Restaurant that does not serve curry house staples. Very interesting and varied menu with cooking of the highest quality.
My family and I go to RozAna regularly. The food is always superb.
Service we very slow and no attention to detail. Food comes without serving spoons, had to ask for starters & main course. They were not interested to change plates after the condiments were eaten, waiter said we can use the same plates. We were on the first floor, restaurant was full but service was a disaster. Not sure if I will go back.
Visit fairly frequently and this time thought it didn't flow like normal. Despite opentable booking confirmation, restaurant did not have the booking, therefore an issue to their already seemingly fully book schedule, however we were subsequently accommodated. Service is always very friendly but I found it quite slow and laboured. Small things like an uneven wobbly table and an additional request for another portion of poppadoms before Starter etc was forgotten. Food was tasty like always but found the Special Sticky Toffee Pudding really dry. Cocktails very nice. Lovely restaurant but very disjointed on this occasion.
Had a lovely meal for my partner’s 40th. It was our first time here and curry is his favourite. We both loved it. The food was excellent as well as the cocktails. Service was great also. We shall definitely be returning
As always, the food was lovely. Paneer a little dry but the pork belly vindaloo was to die for. The cocktail bar is quirky, cosy and nice for a pre-dinner drink. However, the service was lacking. They had no wine glasses so we had to wait for 5-10 minutes until they sorted that out and no one came to take our order, etc, without being asked. The waitress we eventually got was good but they need to be more aware/attentive, busy or otherwise.
Great food and service. Roz Ana never disappoints
Best Indian cuisine in Kingston, so different from the usual and worth the experience.
Great food and service
Outstanding meal. Got off to a good start with the Coconut soft shell crab which was spectacular! Rest of the meal was very good. Staff very pleasant.
For some reason my OpenTable booking had not appeared on their reservation system.
We've eaten here several times and the food is always excellent. This time I booked a table of 8 on a Saturday night for my birthday and ordered the Raan (whole leg of lamb which needs two days notice) about six weeks beforehand. The whole group was excited to have the dish but when ordering our mains we were informed there had been a miscommunication with the kitchen and it wasn't available! I was quite upset, and (understandably) annoyed. It did spoil my experience somewhat... they offered a complimentary bottle of champagne which no-one really wanted so in the end comped us the round of cocktails we'd ordered on arrival.
After the disappointment had faded, we still had an extremely delicious meal - after which they brought out a little selection of desserts with a candle to blow out and Happy Birthday iced onto the plate, which was lovely!
The restaurant was the busiest I've seen it, and unfortunately the service suffered because of it - slow, inattentive etc. so I will avoid Saturdays in future. We usually go on a Friday and haven't had any problems before.
Happily, overall it was a very nice evening with delicious food.
Good range of fish options. Order was delayed but service was good and we were offered a complimentary drink. Would visit agsin
Great food and a nice take on Indian cuisine. A lot better than a standard Indian restaurant.
Good food and service
Perfect place to introduce a veggie friend - good, creative dishes. Try the aubergine and coconut main - absolutely delicious!
Went there because our hotel was just up the street and we love Indian food. We found the food, service and overall value to be outstanding. For two people who did not know the area we lucked into a true gem. If we are ever back in Kingston on the Thames we will return there for dinner.
Often driven past this restaurant and wondered what it was like..... Well I wasn't disappointed..it was a busy Saturday night ...yet the ambience, service and food was very good.....
A lovely evening celebrating a birthday - delicious cocktails & food. I had asked for the upstairs room because I thought the groups would be up there (as they had been on previous visits) but actually it was full of families which was fine until one of them started screaming... Perhaps downstairs would have been better! It was only for half an hour though. The service was very good.
Roz Ana - Best quality Indian Restaurant in the local area (KT2), but obviously a little more pricey than the average. Food always nicely presented, tasty and the servers efficient. Having been coming here for many years, I was surprised to find out they have an upstairs - which having sat up there I prefer more than the main dining area downstairs as slightly more quiet and the tables are not as so close together as downstairs. Their cocktails are very well done and selection of alcohol worthy. Their menu is always supplemented with specials from a chosen region which varies things a bit. However, having been a long term diner here, I don't find that their main menu updates that often, it would be nice to see some new dishes. Still a worth while meal out in terms of food and ambience.
The third time I have been and I wasn't disappointed. The food is fabulous with the best poppadoms ever. Top notch upmarket Indian cuisine with lovely staff and a cocktail bar for something a bit different. Highly recommended.
We first met at Roz-Ana a couple of years ago and try to revisit as often as we can. The ambience is relaxing and we find that the Indian menu is presented in a different, yet very appealing, culinary style. We have never been disappointed! We will go back again soon!
Unfortunately the restaurant had not received our reservation through Open Table but they found us a table with no problem. However, my wife's main course was not very hot (even though the dish was) so she returned it to the waitress who didn't seem to believe her. It was rectified and delivered back to the table quite quickly and literally 'thrown' onto the table with no communication acknowledging the return of the dish. We ordered 2 bottles of Wine from the list and on checking the bill at the end of the meal realised we had been over charged by £15 for 2 different bottle of wine to the ones we had ordered. On addressing this, the manager advised we were served the wine and on accepting it at the table, we had to pay for it! Clearly we were not going to accept this and the situation became very unpleasant. We will not be returning
The food is absolutely superb - sophisticated yet not fussy and utterly delicious.
Ambience of the restaurant is lovely and bar area is great.
Fantastic food. Probably the best Indian meal I have had in the UK. Poppadoms are to die for. No korma or rogan josh on this menu. Refreshing and great food.
So we reserved a table, even stating it was for a 21st birthday, hoping this would garuntee us a decent table and good service, however we were first put on a table with a very cold breeze opposite the door, then when we asked to move they put us right next to a very smelly out of order toilet! We finally got moved again to a nice quiet table, which was preferable. The service was fairly slow, but the waiters were nice and helped as much as possible. Although we were very frustrated that even with a reservation we had a horrible table situation the food was good and staff were pleasant- I would definitely recommend this restaurant, just maybe not for special occasions.
Nice atmosphere, very good food. Pleasant service. Will return!
