Nice place ! đ€
Loved the shisha and drinks, food portions were a bit small
Wasn't as great as the first time, their heater wasn't working, the service was poor, food arrived first rather than the drinks so by the time we ate it was cold..
They seemed like they were in a rush and didn't have time to actually choose what we wanted to have. Just kind of disappointing but shisha was still good
My friends had the best time just before the second lockdown. Super friendly waiter, nice food and ambience and very cool tunes towards the end of night.
Would definitely recommend!
I had a really great time with my friends celebrating Halloween together. The staff were lovely, the seats outside was cosy and warm. Plus we really appreciated that even though the kitchen was closing within 5 minutes, we were still able to order the matcha cheesecake (so good) and French fries. We were very happy! Definitely will come again :)
Amazing venue. Excellent service. Shisha is one of the best weâve had in London!
Alex is the best manager ever, very attentive, welcoming and kind. He created the best experience for us.
Hi, we came here for drinks on Saturday evening and sat in the outside area which was lovely. They had heaters and blankets and it was a very nice atmosphere.
We didn't eat we just came for Shisha and drinks. The service was slow and a little poor considering it wasn't manic busy (I didn't think) We were there for 2 hours and 15 mins and only managed to order 2 rounds of drinks (only 2 of us). The first mojito that came out was pretty disappointing for ÂŁ13 but the second was much better - still very pricey for a drink though but you have to allow for it being in the center of London and the surroundings were beautiful. I asked for a glass of wine which was very nice but ÂŁ12 for a small glass is a little steep considering I just asked for a Sav Blanc - I am not sure what the brand of the wine was!
We ordered a second round of drinks and after 30 mins of waiting, we asked another waitress where the drinks were and she got them for us straight away - that was my only quibble.
Staff were appropriately dressed in PPE which was nice to see and the tables were cleaned thoroughly.
Shisha (ÂŁ20 per person) and 4 drinks + service charge came to over ÂŁ100 which I wasn't expecting it to be so high but it was for my boyfriends birthday and we did have a nice time.
I have recommended this place to my friend already as I do think it is a nice place to visit. All in all a nice bar, I would come back I can only say that the service was a little less than I'd expect for the prices because of the covid situation - no one really knows whether we're coming or going at the moment and I can only imagine it is even harder for staff in such places at the moment.
A long wait for our drinks to be ordered, plus then an additional 40 minute wait for 2 cocktails. Appalling.
Atmosphere was nice, but it was not that busy service shouldâve been a lot quicker. Wouldnât rush back
Horrible service, 40 minutes to get two cocktails and a bill. food was cold snd the staff were very rude and ignored customers. The table ahead of us left due to the food and how bad the customer service was.
They didnât acknowledge I had a booking at 5pm waited outside for over 25 mins and when I finally went in they put me on a table by myself and all my friends has the 5pm table. The service is so bad they take forever to come to the table. I had to get up twice to ask for someone to come and help us. I also asked in booking to have a little note on the table to say â Happy Birthday â and make the table look nice. There wasnât even a table booked for me from the beggining. Looks good, stylish good food but terrible service overall.
The staff were absolutely lovely!!! So friendly and funny made our experience so much better. The menu is a bit pricey, but youâd expect it for London central. The only negative feedback Iâd have is that itâs quite hard to grab someoneâs attention to make your next order for example. Apart from that the restaurant has defiantly met my expectations. We are coming back very soon!
The waiters that served us were very nice. Drinks were wonderful, I can certainly say I had the best nachos of my life at Rumours, so tasty! My only criticism would be there was not enough of it! The music was poppin, however I do think the drinks are overpriced. But will definitely come back again and experience the weekend bottomless brunch. No doubt this is a prime spot in the summer. The decor of the place is beautiful.
Terrible service, took 40 mins for a mixer drink to come out. By the time it came the place was closing. Food was average. Wouldn't pay ÂŁ20 for a really bland and plain prawn salad
Very good atmosphere and lovely staff! Music was great had a very good evening !
Brilliant way to spend an evening with friends ! The vibe was awesome
Very nice. Super chill place to be with your girls
Unfortunately, our experience wasn't what we had imagined. The food choice was extremely limited considering their range shown on social media. The food was bland and extremely random. Desserts for starters and an incredibly dry and plain burger. Restaurant was beautiful but that's the only positive.
Had a Lovely brunch with friends
didnât like it, rude service. looked nicer on instagram then it did in person.
Everything was good it was a nice place but the price of shisha was expensive
Overpriced and horrible shisha. Slow service and just not a nice experience in general. I would not recommend it to anyone!
great atmosphere, good shisha & cocktails and the staff were so nice and helpful, definitely would recommend to anyone
Strange times to be dining. I had booked inside but it was a nice evening and I was easily switched to outside (under canvas cover). Immediate excellent service and great explanation of COVID-19 regime which was very sensible. Liked their no menu menu and with a quick scan on QR code had it. Menu slightly limited but a decent enough choice and when we were served it it was very nice. Attentive staff throughout and thought their thought through and thorough safety regime would have reassured all but the most concerned. In more normal times I guess this is a young persons place however as an older party we were made very welcome. We had an excellent time.
Great staff , super friendly. Food took a while but the shisha came really quick. Location is very convenient, just off Regent Street near Zara home so expected the price on the higher end. Love the deco as well the place is super cute.
Upon arrival ready with my reservation I asked if it was possible to sit outdoors or move when it becomes available. Was told 'AS you can see for yourself it's impossible' with the worst attitude. Then when seated indoors, asked for ID and then took 20 minutes to give a menu because server was too busy chatting with co-workers. Even table next to me had to walk to them personally to get their attention. Overall demeanor was bad and ambience horrible because of it. When finally asking for our order I told him we're leaving and he just took our menus again without saying anything. Unless you look rich, they will act uninterested here.
Pricy and closing time should be changed to 1am on weekends at least.
Lovely place, charming waiting staff.
The good was nice but the service was poor and very disappointing.
We where late , they where very understanding . We had a good table . The prices where Great . Beautiful scenery . It was a wholesome experience .
Pretty restaurant with lovely decor but average food. The pancakes were very disappointing; tasted stale but the turkey pesto croissant was fantastic. Service was quite good too.
Came her for lunch with a group of friends, saw how great the food and cocktails looked on Instagram. The decor is really cute and bang on trend but our food took ages to arrive, and was rather luke warm. We all ordered cocktails but they didnât look nothing like the Insta pics which was quite disappointing. Overall the service was very good and they made us feel extremely welcome.
Really enjoyed the decorations, the choice of food is great, and original
Really liked it
Great service and setting just off regent street. Staff were all very polite and accommodating. Food was delicious, outdoor shisha and drinks were great however service was more slower outside and price for a shisha I did find a bit expensive. Could do with more vegetarian options on the menu, but the ones available were great.
Good shisha
The restaurant was freezing both doors were open and the staff were more interested in serving people drinking and smoking outside
Takes a long time to get drinks!!
My friend and I ate here this week for the first time. The food was original and delicious: Artichoke chips with guacamole; gnocchi, wine and soft drinks. The service was efficient, the staff friendly and with 'Women's Wednesday' we were delighted with the discount!
We will certainly be returning to Rumours â highly recommend.
Great atmosphere, great food and great service
Amazing venue, good service, and pleasant experience. Food was overpriced though, and the portions were quite small. You would have to spend +20⏠at lunch to be full. Definitely recommend checking out the downstair area whilst there, it was the highlight of our visit!
