The food looks better than it tastes, the pasta was undercooked and hard. We got through our experience with cocktails. There was a limited menu which I was not made aware if before I came. I will not be dining here ever again total waste of money, should have gone to Nandos
Sorry to say but staff were very rude, waited 20 minutes for a drink that never arrived and actually decided to leave due to rudeness

Waited ages for food. Inexperience waiters. Food arrived cold, twice. Bill was wrong and overpriced we had to ask to amend it.
The food was average- service was very slow and disorganized. Each plate was brought without silverware, and I was brought the wrong flavor of gelato, after it took 20 minutes of asking the waitress for it to be brought out. Music was too loud as well.
Nice terrace and emplacement but poor service and very average food
Service was terrible! We had a one hour time slot for our table (thats just what they give you) and we waited an hour & half for our food! Everyone around us, even those who arrived long after us, were getting their food (the same order as ours!) before us! Cocktails were very overpriced for the size and deffo didnt taste alcoholic at all! An annoying waitress with a clipboard kept looking over to our table trying to move us along because our time slot was up, BEFORE our food had even arrived. You are also given the option of paying 12.5% service charge, which when i declined for obvious reasons, the waitresses attitude changes immediately and they dont say thankyou for coming, apologise or even say bye. Music was good if you’re between the 16-25! Inside looked pretty. The sharing platters on the menu are NOT for sharing! We ordered a sharing platter of nachos for around £15 and had about 3 each ! (There was only 2 of us!) My burger tasted re-heated too as it was very firm and chewy! Maybe try the Gordan Ramsey restaraunt next door if you want outdoor dining in london, will deffo be better than this place!!
Im surprised now reading all the bad reviews for their wait times over the years, that they havent done a single thing to improve !
The setting up outside was really quaint and the food was lovely. The chips from the nacho dish are extremely thick and crunchy and the chicken
Gyoza is definitely worth ordering double times ! Really enjoy this place I must say.
Food was sub standard and the service was slow.
The hostess made sure we understood we only had one hour to “enjoy the experience”. The wine came 25min later and the food 35min later. We were rushed to say the least. And the food was just average. It did the job but there was nothing particularly enjoyable about the experience.

The atmosphere in the terrace with COVID restrictions is ok but if you don’t like having the smoke of other people or the loud conversation of the other tables, I would not recommend it.
The waiter don’t even know your order to do the bill, they then charge us for 30£ that we didn’t order. When asked for refund, the tone was rude to even provide us with a proof of refund

Great venue - Unfortunately, only one member of staff was actually capable. We waited 30 minutes for a bottle of wine and a further 15 for wine glasses.. a similar experience to both tables beside us. Lovely atmosphere and great seating but the service was incredibly poor - except for the manager.
We didn’t eat but it looked good. Service was so slow though. Over 20 mins for each set of drinks and same for the bill. Got 2 cocktails, 2 patron shorts and a bottle prosecco. Bill came to £100. Definitely not worth it in my opinion but music was good
It was overall good ambiance but the menu on offer was their set brunch menu, different to the one on their website. One of my friends is gluten free and they were not able to cater for this. For the quality of food, it was a bit too expensive in my opinion.
We were seated on time and our order taken quickly which was good. The food wasn't a long wait and tasted lovely. However, we ordered wine and the waiter seemed to have forgotten many times so we had to ask numerous other staff. For almost £10 service charge, hospitality really needs to be delivered to a high standard but given restaurants and the industry is recovering from the impact of Covid, I left it.
We were lucky to have a table in the sun. The cocktails were disappointing and the food ok. I was with a good friend though and we had a good time.

Wasn't as great as the first time, their heater wasn't working, the service was poor, food arrived first rather than the drinks so by the time we ate it was cold..
They seemed like they were in a rush and didn't have time to actually choose what we wanted to have. Just kind of disappointing but shisha was still good
My friends had the best time just before the second lockdown. Super friendly waiter, nice food and ambience and very cool tunes towards the end of night.

I had a really great time with my friends celebrating Halloween together. The staff were lovely, the seats outside was cosy and warm. Plus we really appreciated that even though the kitchen was closing within 5 minutes, we were still able to order the matcha cheesecake (so good) and French fries. We were very happy! Definitely will come again :)

Hi, we came here for drinks on Saturday evening and sat in the outside area which was lovely. They had heaters and blankets and it was a very nice atmosphere.
We didn't eat we just came for Shisha and drinks. The service was slow and a little poor considering it wasn't manic busy (I didn't think) We were there for 2 hours and 15 mins and only managed to order 2 rounds of drinks (only 2 of us). The first mojito that came out was pretty disappointing for £13 but the second was much better - still very pricey for a drink though but you have to allow for it being in the center of London and the surroundings were beautiful. I asked for a glass of wine which was very nice but £12 for a small glass is a little steep considering I just asked for a Sav Blanc - I am not sure what the brand of the wine was!
We ordered a second round of drinks and after 30 mins of waiting, we asked another waitress where the drinks were and she got them for us straight away - that was my only quibble.
Staff were appropriately dressed in PPE which was nice to see and the tables were cleaned thoroughly.
Shisha (£20 per person) and 4 drinks + service charge came to over £100 which I wasn't expecting it to be so high but it was for my boyfriends birthday and we did have a nice time.
I have recommended this place to my friend already as I do think it is a nice place to visit. All in all a nice bar, I would come back I can only say that the service was a little less than I'd expect for the prices because of the covid situation - no one really knows whether we're coming or going at the moment and I can only imagine it is even harder for staff in such places at the moment.
A long wait for our drinks to be ordered, plus then an additional 40 minute wait for 2 cocktails. Appalling.

Horrible service, 40 minutes to get two cocktails and a bill. food was cold snd the staff were very rude and ignored customers. The table ahead of us left due to the food and how bad the customer service was.
They didn’t acknowledge I had a booking at 5pm waited outside for over 25 mins and when I finally went in they put me on a table by myself and all my friends has the 5pm table. The service is so bad they take forever to come to the table. I had to get up twice to ask for someone to come and help us. I also asked in booking to have a little note on the table to say ‘ Happy Birthday ‘ and make the table look nice. There wasn’t even a table booked for me from the beggining. Looks good, stylish good food but terrible service overall.
The staff were absolutely lovely!!! So friendly and funny made our experience so much better. The menu is a bit pricey, but you’d expect it for London central. The only negative feedback I’d have is that it’s quite hard to grab someone’s attention to make your next order for example. Apart from that the restaurant has defiantly met my expectations. We are coming back very soon!
