Average, poor service, ready made food.
The food was outstanding. We enjoyed the atmosphere as well.
Nice food and service. The location is very cool, but the light was so dim that I couldn't clearly see my food and the music too loud
It was a bit over priced! But it has a nice ambience
Overall, venue and interiors is lush; the restaurant has a nice layout and is spacious.
The service was noticeably quick and food came within minutes!
Prices are overpriced compared to most average restaurants, but I'd say more reasonable than other 'expensive' restaurants. Regardless, the food and service did not disappoint... I recommend the 24-hour slow-cooked short rib (for two) and lahmacun!
Garsonlar çok ilgisiz ama yemekler güzeldi
The service was very slow. The waiter didn’t know much about the menu wasn’t really helpful
Very expensive not value for money very expensive wine list
Everything about this dining experience was stunning. The food was truly delicious and full of flavour. Presentation was a key goal of theirs as well. Service, the waiters knew the menu very well and ensured there wasn’t any allergies. They made great recommendations on drinks and food which we did not regret listening to.
I am coming back here with my clients for a business lunch in a couple of weeks so very much looking forward to that!
Keep up the great work Rüya team 👍🏼
the location and ambiance is excellent, however the food is poor and expensive
Great food and atmosphere. The service was quick and everyone was very polite. We had an amazing time.
Amazing service and atmosphere.
Fantastic food. Perfect for intimate fine dining or special occasions.
horrible service and food, waiters almost always confused. nothing came on time
Food is amazing.
Service good with nice people, a bit slow given that place was no full.
The restaurant is very nice I would have liked a livelier crowd but enjoyed a lot every single piece of food we had
Really nice atmosphere and a modern twist to classic Turkish dishes.
It was great food really enjoyed. Service spot on too!
Absolutely fantastic service - very impressed it was very personalised. You have to be willing to pay but it’s worth the money. Thank you for giving my fiancé a special birthday
Excellent evening with fantastic service from Karim. The Cheese Pide is delicious. Atmosphere was lively and staff very friendly. Food was all delicious and chose varied.
The waiters appeared to be inexperienced or lacking in training. It seemed one main was missed which meant 3/4 people ate their main cold by the time the last main caught up. Desserts were complimentary, appeared to be different to previous visit so perhaps a new chef; a manager acknowledged the errors & poor timing however service charge was still added despite request to remove. This impacted the evening and we left dissappointed.
Great decor. Mediocre service, slow to give us menus and take a drink order.
Food was good but overpriced.
Absolutely amazing service, friendly and attentive employees.
Main dishes are brilliant, though I expected a little more meze options.
Overall experience is 5* and I highly recommend this place for a quiet evening to talk and enjoy amazing food and cocktails
The hostess was very friendly, the food was excellent but small portions, overpriced , however the waiter was very friendly and polite.
Wonderful evening - perfect food & service - we both had an amazing time 10/10
Simply outstanding. Food was incredible, service was impeccable yet subtle. A true highlight of my London dining experience.
I really can recommend everything on the menu.
High quality and fresh ingredients.
Over priced. Slow and intermittent service. Salad not properly washed (which they deleted from the bill). Ayran at £8 a mug - raki for £112 a bottle. Extra yoghurt portion charged for, despite ‘Yogurtlu kebab’ coming with only a few dribbles on top. No Turkish feel to the experience. Trying to be too fancy without delivering the quality food they aspire to. Wouldn’t go back which is sad as Turkish food need a high quality showcase for the cuisine.
Ruya is a smart, up-market restaurant with delicious food and warm ambience !
Excellent ambience and food at Rüya this week. Great for an intimate dinner or with a group of friends.
Really good place and great food
The best place in london to eat amazing quality turkish food. However, the ladies at the front, the hostesses, one in particular left us with a lack of desire to ever come back due to their lack of kindness and professionalism.
I can`t find words to describe how good the food was. It is extraordinary. Very good example of fine Turkish dining. However, portions are too small and cost is high. 100 pounds pp is high even in London standards.
Small plates , the food is less than what we expect, really don’t waist your time to try
Great restaurant, beautiful food.
We booked a table for 2- restaurant was largely empty and we were placed by a busy table with very little room between tables for staff to pass. The restaurant has the wow factor food and cocktails were nice but not worth the price tag. The service was adequate and when asked to move table we were told ok but you will have to give back in an hour. Unfortunately I would not recommend this place at all - you are better off going to Sketch of Dinner at the mandarin for better food, and service for the same price tag.
Modernized Turkish cusine which we like it. I think it is good way to introduce the Turkish food globally.
Amazing Turkish restaurant, delicious food, fantastic cocktails, lovely atmosphere, my Canadians friends were absolutely delighted. The service is very good too. I loved the decoration and the fact they went the extra mile to accommodate all allergies and dietary restrictions at the table.
Nothing special, A restaurant pretending to serve Turkish food under ugly Arab decor. Prices do not justify neither the food nor the unexperienced waiters. Its primary target clientele should be rich tasteless Arabs and Turks, who are after helal food. You pay Mayfair price for an average food that you would find in an average Turkish restaurant in Dalston. There at least they would now how to serve Turkish coffee (without spilling it all over the serving plate)
Great food and great experience as always
I went to Ruya restaurant with my children to spend a night and have dinner . But unfortunately we did not enjoy it at all . One of the waiters act as he is a friendly but he wasn’t he speaks very quickly and try to sell the whole menu. The food in this restaurant is only for testing not as they said for sharing every person will got only a piece , the portion is very small and it does not worth its price . We ordered a well done meat but it was over cooked and when we complain they replied in London if you asked for a well done meat this is the way you get it which was strange . I won’t recommend this place for any one . It is over rated.
