Was an amazing experience and the manager Richard was extremely helpful. Great experience and a wonderful atmosphere. Looking forward to returning again hopefully not in the so distant future!

Great food. Drinks took a long time to be served and were slightly overpriced.

The price and quantity of the food is not justifiable because of the postcode.

Very bad service - no one to greet us when walking in we had to wait 10 mins for a staff member to come for us to be seated. When needing assistance you had to wait ages for a member of staff. When making a request the staff were like yes okay and then not carrying out the request we asked. They brought us the wrong bill and when I queried the bill they were like it is yours and had to call a different member of staff

Nice service and good food, but overpriced for what it is. Great date spot though
I came to this restaurant for my 5 year wedding anniversary and the service was absolutely amazing, the food came out nice and hot and very quickly. The waiters were very helpful and me and my husband had a great time. Not to mention that my pulled lamb risotto was delicious! I would definitely be back just for that amazing risotto. :)

Very overpriced for the quality and portion size. Extreme delays in the service, even though it wasn’t that busy and overall a massive disappointment.

This is My 5th time to Ruya.
This used to be one of my favourites but how its gone downhill Post the first lockdown. OMG SHOCKING.
For anyone who has not been Ruya it is located in the heart of Mayfair Off park lane. Amazing looking high end venue with a sort of fusion turkish food being served.
This visit had no warm or welcoming feel from the staff they generally seemed uninterested to be working there.
The whole experience was ruined by 2 Major factors
1) A Chef Continuously shouting so loudly and belittling and bullying his junior chefs that we as customers could do nothing else but listen to his outbursts
2) I have No idea what has happened to the extractor system however we left the restaurant with our clothes stinking as if we had just left a curry house in brink lane . Everything needed to be dry cleaned

I have had better Turkish food elsewhere in London.
I have been several times before however on the most current visit on Saturday even though the restaurant was quite busy the service was not up to standard. I noticed this was not the case just for our table but also the table next to us who ordered tea and it took 30+ minutes to be delivered. Our food which also took 40 mins to arrived was a very small portion for the price charged.
Food was excellent and service kind and attentive.
Place was sort of empty but it was a working day lunch.
Expensive, but than again is Mayfair London, so it was expected.
I’m a bit disappointed where i mentioned when booking that its my mothers day and i expected them to sing. However they did not even read my comments

We chose yogurt kebab. This was not a good choice as main course.
Kunefe was at medium quality. Bigger one was marketed as 4-6 people but it is actually suitable max for 3.
Italian wine was good
Food is average, you can get better Turkish food in more authentic cuisines in London. Very overpriced and atmosphere is just not exciting or good. Overall disappointing.
Ambience is very good but prices compare to food portion is awful..you pay minimum £30 for main course but you still feel hungry.Because it is extremely small portion they give you..Unacceptable..
Outstanding service. Exquisite food. My new favourite restaurant in Mayfair. I look forward to dining here again.

This has always been one of my favourite restaurants but i will not go back in a hurry
on my birthday we were running 20 mins late and they called once to see where we were
once we got there they agreed to seat us with just one course - served our food in 20 minutes all at once didn't serve our drinks - and had no one available to help us
on top of the fact that it was my birthday with my family
i would have rather they had turned us away but happy to take our money and give us bad service

Far too expensive!!!! And recipes are lacking authenticity. Not sure what happened here guys. Manti was awful. Revani was absolutely rubbish! Aubergines in Imam bayildi were not cooked well...not good!! And £15 per lahmacun?!!! Come on now!!!! What kind of pricing strategy is this???
I celebrated my 35th birthday at Ruya with 7 friends and I was given a private room without me asking. The food was lovely, the service was fast and the ambience was fantastic. I would recommend this to anyone!
