Bad service! After a long wait, we didn’t get what we ordered cz it was sent to another table by mistake
Perfect and quick service, amazing food! Must to try.
Great restaurant great team the atmosphere is lovely the food is perfect 👌🏼
Great service. Excellent food.
Xmas party. Everything is great ex dot tebrikler background music it is annoying as it is not a nightclub....
Fabulous amazing food and great ambiance. Service excellent
Great concept as Mayfair does not have anything else like this
I booked a table in ruya for my husband’s birthday, and it was the worst birthday ever ! The waiter brought the cake without lighting the candle and started to light it in front of my husband and he started to sing in the lowest voice ever! It was the worst surprise he was not even surprised. Most restaurants sing birthday in a cheerful way, and they usually have at least 3 waiters to sing not one and in a low voice !!
Excellent food and flavours, would come here again but with a few suggestions for improvements to the slow service. Atmosphere of the restaurant is also lovely, and perfect for a date night or a family meal.
Müşteri çoğunluğu arap tı servis sunum samimi değildi
Poor service and all the food came at weird times, for example one main course arrived almost straight after starters and the other 2 20 mins later and the other diner had finished
The food was very unique. The risotto keshkek was amazing, we ended up ordered 2 portions. The calamari in ‘to ponder’ is delicious and a generous amount. The interior was divine, a fusions of modern and traditional. It was expensive and I wouldn’t splurge here too regularly but it was a good place to spend on an occasion!
The cocktails were fabulous, and they are known for them, I recommend the cocktails. The vibe was fun on a Friday night around 7:30/8pm onwards.
Very unresponsive service. One of my guests had to run and asked for a quick cup of coffee. Ended up waiting for more than 15minutes and the coffee came cold. The staff was very unresponsive and simply didn't approach the table even after eye contact and a nod that they would. Different waiters came to check the already paid bill twice. The bill was provided and then I had to wait for another 10-15 minutes for a card machine despite specifically asking to bring it together with the bill. I have tried my best to smooth out the experience but my guests noticed the level of service and made comments that embarrass me for having invited them to the restaurant in the first place. Very surprised to experience such poor borderline rude service in a brand new restaurant. The food was good but I am afraid this is the last time I am visiting this place as I can't afford to be embarrassed in front of the people I invite there.
Great atmosphere, fab service and brilliant food although a little pricey.
Beautiful restaurant and terrific food, but dizzying service that makes you feel like you’re being rushed from your table. Clearly more interested in turning our table over than allowing us to enjoy our experience.
Amazing food, great staff
Amazing food great for business lunch
Food is very good and waiter are nice. But they rush too much in delivering plates. We had a full dinner in less than one hour.
They filled us too quickly.
Anyway we would recommend Ruya for the food.
Expensive, but great food
Very good food very good service
I will recommend to Avery friends
Very expensive restaurant! Great service, but food wasn’t amazing.
all over was good
Good effort in modernising the Turkish cuisine even though some flavour combinations did not marry well. The service was abyssmal as we waited for over an hour for our table with no indication of how much longer we need to wait. When we approached the manager with our dissatisfaction, he showed no interest whatsoever even though we had told him we are trying to celebrate a birthday.
Very good food in a noisy restaurant; we were asked to move to the bar after 2 hours and 15 minutes.
Food was awesome! Great atmosphere!
We loved it!
We had a great dinner...food was delicious and service and atmosphere was so good. Location is perfect.
The service was extremely pushy and disruptive, asking us constantly to order, or to order more, and even calling us "chatty" because we were engaged in a conversation. I don't go to a restaurant to be put under pressure, but to relax!
The whole meal was ruined by the assistant Manager reminding us frequently that we had to vacate the table. Half an hour prior to the end of the booking he told us the item we wanted would take too long. Simply awful.
Charming restaurant, we loved the food, the people and the decoration. WE really enjoyed the place.
Marta was very nice to us. We will go back for sure, and will recommend it to our friends.
Love it ! The food is beyond expectations
Very poor value for money. Overpriced and food is very average. Owners are crooks. Tried to overcharge us for wine and add extra dishes we did not eat.
Best kunafa in London, great food specially borek and lahmcun
Was really nice food with a good service. Also have a nice atmosphere.
Fantastic restaurant however sadly you really need to increase your portion a lil more. I had the Wagu kebab not only how small the pieces of meat was but was on the smallest skewer, for what you charge it should be at least 2 skewers!
The restaurant was good , food very good, table of women alongside shouting to be heard over one another not so good
Fun atmosphere on a Saturday night. Great sax player.
This is my 4th time eating at Ruya in the last month. The food is outstanding! The service is in need of some help. Our first evening there the service was outstanding. Each time since, it has not been. I know they are new, and working on it, so I am patient.
Ruya is a modern Turkish restaurant in the heart of Mayfair.,My first impression was very good when I first entered the restaurant . The decor and the ambiance is very nice. The menu and wine list is very impressive. I know Turkish cuisine very well as I am originally from Turkey .,Most of the food at this restaurant sound Turkish but it has been changed to Middleeastern and Arabic taste. So it’s not real Turkish food. The portions are very small and the prices are too high . The waitress and waitresses outfits doesn’t suit the concept..The waitresses were dressed like Greek goddesses which we found funny and exeggareated . But what annoyed us most at this restaurant was the rudness of the staff., . We were 4 lady customers eating and drinking and spending lots of money. Despite these we were rushed and reminded 4 times that we have to leave the table at 10.30 because our table is booked for another party at 10.30. When we tried to order the desserts they said that we have to leave the table and we can have the dessert at the bar which we refused..The restaurant was half empty by then and there were other free tables. In the end we managed to have our desserts and noticed that nobody else came to the restaurant after 10 o’clock. The rudeness of the staff to force us to leave the table was unacceptable . What a scheme !!!With this concept ,excellent location , decor and menu it could be a dream Turkish restaurant for me in London. But it was ruined ☹️
