Sagardi boast an impressive open Basque grill showcasing grill masters char-grilling the famous “txuleton” beef steak from northern Spain, fresh wild fish from trusted sea ports and seasonal vegetables from their own gardens.
The restaurant’s red meats are carefully selected from the mature, fattened setters & cows whilst at their peak in flavour (min 6 yrs old). This incredible tasting meat comes to life with its uniquely clean and distinctive flavours with the land, milk and grass all shining through.

Really great food. Had pretty good service with the manager explaining the steaks and where they came from and how they cooked them. Was a little annoyed when we order our tomato and bread(£3.50) and our waiter asked if we wanted a little ham with it, which we said yes to, and the ham turned out to be £24!! A rather large upsell and probably should have let us know how much it was. Other than that, delicious food and wine.

My first meal out after lockdown and it was fantastic. Had the Monkfish which was delicious. Great service under difficult circumstances and they nailed it. Very friendly, helpful and safe service. The wine was perfect too. Highly recommended!

our waiter were struggling with very basic english phrases, which was extremely frustrating since this person had to call in a friend to give us a vermouth recommendation. I've had to order in spanish to get anything done correctly. For how extremely expensive it is, the food/value prop is not there. it has the service of a pinxto bar but the prices are a full on steak house. there are so many better things in london to experience, avoid this one if you can.
The food was great. The pintxos as we first arrived were really nice. The wine collection was big but not overwhelming and the staff were helpful in our decision of what to drink. Stayed all night and felt welcome. Will definitely come back.
I went there with my girlfriend and two friends a few days ago.Overall it was a great experience .Great atmosphere and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.We ordered one of the salads with the raisins and walnut,the octopus and one of the steak recommended by the staff.Food was excellent,however I would like my steak more rare and cut a bit more thinner.Other than this everything else was spot on.
Absolutely fabulous valentines dinner with my wife. Staff were very welcoming and explained everything clearly. The atmosphere with the open cooking grill and meat locker was beautiful and the meal itself was fabulous. Look forward to going back there and Also visiting there sister restaurants around the world!
We went here for Valentines evening and it did not disappoint. The premium beef was tasty, you can pick the size and 750g was plenty for two.
For starters we can pan con tomato and morcilla. The bread was really crispy and hard, would not get that again, but the morcilla was wonderfully light yet flavoursome.
The red wine was one of the best red wines i have ever had. We will def be returning
The service was perfect and attentive without being intrusive. The wine that was recommended was an excellent choice for the steak which was cooked perfectly.
My partner is very particular about her steak but she was very impressed with the seasoning and flavour. Tables for 2 are a little close together and their prime steak is not cheap but worth paying the extra for.
One of the worst places I have ever been to! We waited a long time to be served, waited a long time for the food and when it finally arrived, the waiter forgot the Monkfish at the wait station for 10 minutes

Very good until it was time to pay the bill. Sat for 20 mins. waiting for it and then another 20 to bring the card machine. This happens in every single restaurant we go to around the world and is immensely irritating
The service was excellent and very attentive. The food was good however it is vastly overpriced. I don't mind paying extra for special food, but this isn't that.
I also asked for the starters and mains to come out together since we were sharing and this is a tapas style restaurant afterall, but was told it couldn't because we needed a different knife for the steak, which is ridiculous (just bring me 2 knives), yet the steak was cut into pieces anyway.
I wouldn't say don't go here, the food is good, but I wouldn't hype about it a friend.
Went for a date night with a steak fan- myself being pescetarian was hoping for a seafood feast. I’d recommend a visit for their signature dish- which is a steak, however the mussles dish came cold and potato wedges undercooked. Service very polite , however slightly too keen as to my taste- we’ve been approached so many times by the staff to ensure everything is fine it was impossible to run an personal conversation. Overall disappointing experience wouldnt go back unfortunately

I’ve eaten here a few times now and each time the food and service has been great. The one watch out would be that they have a downstairs area for larger parties which I was steered towards after booking a table for 5. The downstairs area does lack a little bit of atmosphere compared to the ground floor and you can’t see the chefs at work as you would upstairs. If you’re a large party it would be fine as you’ll create your own fun. However a party of 5 sitting next to a large party may not enjoy it so much.

Booked table for 5. 3 non meat eaters. They had run out of all fish and seafood except baked crab and a turbot. Would have liked sea bass or prawns etc
Our experience at Sagardi was overall a very positive one. The ambiance is very trendy yet cozy with delightful staff. We had a few appetizers and shared a steak, which was well cooked and tender. I would recommend the restaurant if you are craving basque food for high prices but if you know the Spanish comparison well, it's just okay - high price for regular quality.
