The vegan waffle was delicious 😍 and the decor was really pretty!
Saint Agnes is an average place to visit. Cafe is very pretty and instagrammable but food is below par and unexceptional, I also think the menu is overpriced in comparison to other similar places such as E & L which i would personally recommend over here unfortunately. The cakes looked pretty and I think would be better to be their main focus rather than trying to create a larger menu and average food. I don’t recommend.
Loved the drinks but was disappointed by the desserts. Will come back but will order only drinks or hot food.
Lovely place🥰 It is also pet friendly, which makes it perfect for everyone ❤🐶
Fantastic breakfast and loved the decor. Would definitely recommend over a similar themed cafe nearby.
The restaurant is stunning! So so beautiful. The staff were so friendly and went extra lengths to get the good angles for a group pic! Will definitely recommend and be returning.
Great ambiance and polite and welcoming staff.
Overall amazing experience! Will definitely be back.
Lovely decor, beautiful interior and friendly staff. But very overpriced for what you get - couldn't believe there was a service fee on top of the already extortionate prices. For the price you pay, you expect better quality food. For example, the Nutella cupcakes were over £4 and were very dry and stale (as mentioned in many other reviews) and they didn't look like the menu photo. This is an instagramable cafe but it hasn't nailed providing good quality food which is a shame.
Booked for a large birthday surprise and it certainly didn’t disappoint. Absolutely amazing service from booking support to the day experience.
One of the best chai lattes I’ve ever had, food portions were the perfect size and super filling and friendly faces always on hand to help and support. I will definitely be going back
Went with 6 friends, two who travelled from Cambridge to join us. Host went out of her way to meet our needs. There were a few shortcomings initially but once pointed out , manager and assistant were only too willing to make good.
Will always recommend Saint Aymes... especially proud of the achievement of two young black women carving business in a niche market x
Pretty little place but Too expensive and the service is not very good. The table was not ready upon arrival, I’ve ordered a Happy Birthday cupcake and when served, there was no Happy Birthday label then when asked where was the topper the waitress answered, “ Oh do you want it?” Of course, I wanted it as I ordered it from the menu.
This was a lovely restaurant with a great atmosphere. The staff understood the assignment for customer service and the food set the tone. I recommend getting anything with candy floss. If you don’t, did you really visit Saint Aymes?
The restaurant is beautiful and the staff are lovely. Particularly the East Asian (she looked so, I didn't get her name) lady who attended to us towards the end. The food was good as well. I don't know when but I have to come back again. It was a lovely experience
The place is more for the experience and take nice pictures. Because the menu is quite small and expensive.
Absolutely fantastic! Thank you so much- polite stuff, amazing brunch and its just so pretty!
The food and the aesthetic of the place was great. I think they were a bit short staff in the kitchen on the day so there was a bit of a wait with the food coming out.
Website not up to date and misleading.
We arrived to really rude lady who told us we can't have the shearing brunch as we didn't order it.
Which is upsetting as I've called 3 time and spoke to a lady who couldn't help me. Trying booking via phone then emailed. Finally manged via website but didn't get what I wanted.
Cafe was sticky and filthy. Food took long and was expensive and with out any salt or dressing.
Bad cafe with glitter not impressed.
This place was absolutely lovely! I went with my sister the day before my birthday and it was so nice. The scenery was nice, food was lovely, the rose tea I had was divine and the service was wonderful from start to finish. All my sister and I kept saying was we wish my mum had the day off work because she would've loved it! Definitely coming back again.
Lovely pink decor. The drinks and food were nice but not outstanding. The ambience would have been very nice but I was seated next to a screaming baby, (which isn't anyone's fault), so it was a little noisy. Very instagrammable.
We loved it x we were celebrating my mums birthday who has Alzheimer’s but saint aymes was so helpful it was peaceful sitting outside the whole experience for my mum was amazing she felt comfortable and enjoyed a lovely brunch x Cannot thank you enough for also accommodating for people who have Alzheimer’s x
Thank you !!!!!!!!
Quiet London street vibe.
Very aesthetically pleasing.
Location- very close proximity to Hyde Park & Santander bikes.
Waitress tried to give us indoor seating despite us specifically reserving outdoors in advance.
Iced mocha was lukewarm when it arrived at the table (as though the almond milk was being stored on the counter-top rather than in the fridge).
Limited menu/ not enough vegetarian options.
We visited St aymes after seeing it all over tiktok, We had a reservation booked and got served by a nice lady who directed us to our table and explained how to order. The atmosphere was lovely but our food came at separate times so the first 2 meals came first followed by the second 2 around 15 mins later, which made the food go cold and hard. The drinks were lovely specifically the Spanish lattes however the Pink latte was a let down. I specifically asked for no cream but it came with unfortunately. The bagel unfortunately went hard by the time all our meals came but overall it was a nice atmosphere and good service.
Lovely place staff lovely all pink and candy flossy just need few different bits on menu to accommodate everyone
This is my second time visiting. My first experience was alot more enjoyable then my second. This time round we waited a very long time for our food and drinks. It seemed as if they were short stuffed. The staff did try their best to accommodate us but they just were under way too much pressure so it just wasn't good service. Other people complained too and also about the toilet that wasn't clean and ran out of toilet roll. If you were planning to visit here anytime soon, I would rethink whether now is the best time to go. I feel like they need to sort out their staff and time management skills first for it to be a great experience. Overall great food and drinks. We had loads of fun taking pics by the beautiful flower walls and benches. I wish they turned the music on upstairs too. It was on downstairs and seemed so much more fun and relaxed. It was my birthday so me and my girls just wanted a nice fun ambience. We had to ask them to turn the music on upstairs eventually which really made the atmosphere better.
Pretty from afar but upclose it’s actually quite grubby, old chairs and dirty carpet. Smelly bathrooms. Unclean tables.
Food is pretty poor but high prices because it’s a pretty cafe. Limited food choice.
Cupcakes were bad, like a child had made them.
I don’t recommend eating there’.
Evry thing was perfect
This was an odd place. Beautiful setting and decor but lacking in other areas. The food is odd but we wanted to try it...but expensive for what it is. You order your food and drinks from the table via the QR code so minimal contact with staff...but the contact we did have wasn't great. Not very friendly. Service was slow and the food delivered at different time. Great place for a photo tho!
Booked outdoor dining and was seated inside, in the bottom floor area if dining when most people sat upstairs. Service affected. No atmosphere. Music awful and intrusive. Food overpriced. Overall, not a great experience.
It was my daughters birthday, no one was interested in serving us, we had a reservation but nothing was ready. The service was terrible, which really disappointed me. It was not worth the money I spent. The cake and cupcakes did not meet my expectations, they looked better than they tasted. I will not be recommending this place to anyone.
Food was terrible. Well overpriced and options limited
My friend and I booked a table here after we saw the incredible pictures on Instagram. We were so excited, but sadly it did not live up to our expectations. Although it is very pretty, you would struggle to get good pictures if it was busy. The staff were pleasant enough, but the food and drinks were crazily overpriced for what you got. Was expecting luxurious, decadent food, but was given raw pancakes and a bagel I could have made at home. So good for a one off to take pictures, but don’t waste your money on a meal and drink. Will not be returning.
Beautiful cafe, warm people working there. One of the best!
staff could have been helpful as a very complicated menu. nowhere to dry hands in bathroom
Delicious brunch. Beautifully presented food. Picturesque setting.
Very unique and amazing drinks. Instagramable venue!
Just popped in for a breakfast as it came up as a suggestion on Google maps. It’s a really pretty place and nicely decorated but the food was pretty poor. The chicken burger was dry and the sweet potato fries weren’t well cooked and tasted a bit raw inside. The avocado waffle was nice but a bit silly as it was sprayed with gold glitter, and it was served with strawberries which really didn’t go. I added extra tomatoes but these were just cheap salad tomatoes rather than lush produce as you might have to expected. Coffees weren’t even very warm, but the service was pleasant. Seems like it’s more designed to be instagrammable that it is to be edible. Wouldn’t bother going again to be honest.
Food took an hour and a half to come - didn’t come out at the same time. Pancakes were still raw. Took an hour to tell me that the bacon I ordered wasn’t in stock.
Overall it was an okay visit. For stating it was for a birthday, nothing special was done and was sort it rushed in and sat like here order. Seating wasn’t the best and the food service took a long time. Arrived at 12, drinks by 12:40, food came at 13:05. The place was clean and was what we expected from viewing online but wasn’t the warm, happy, OTT experience you would expect from a venue that is so pretty and has so much character. For what we paid, the food wasn’t overwhelmingly good, standard quality and it just wasn’t the experience we were hoping for. Picture worthy but that’s it.
Would I go again NO. Insta pics make the place look a lot better then it is in the flesh so to speak. The also got my order wrong so I was unable to eat with the rest of the party.
Horrendously bad experience for our 30th anniversary lunch! Staff rude, food inedible, menus confusing as prepaid and still had to choose. Not value for money so overpriced and would not recommend.
