Server took 10-15 minutes after we were seated to stop by and offer chips/drinks. Took another 10 minutes to get the drinks. Then took a long time before she came and took our food order. Each time she stopped she was in a hurry to get to another table and we couldn't even get a second drink without waving her down. Very disappointed with her service, especially since it was a birthday celebration for my brother-in-law.

We love the food here and have returned many times. Because it is tex mex not for everyone but we like their sauces especially on enchilada dishes.

Great Place for Mexican food.Price was about average for what you get. Food was excellent atmosphere pleasant service it’s very courteous and prompt.

This is one of my FAVORITE restaurants in Rochester, but this is the second time in a row that they did not have three different meals I was considering. As a vegan, I absolutely live the stuffed avocados and fried cauliflower tacos, so it was very disappointing that both were not available consecutive times. It makes the menu very limiting :( I still love the restaurant and my server was very great, but my meal was super boring...

They were out of a few items. They should have been prepared since it was valentines day weekend but they weren't. Our server was the bartender and had too many tables to handle both jobs.

Service was very slow, and food was lukewarm at best. Times are tough right now. I would think extra effort would be going into their service and food to show appreciation for their customers keeping them afloat. Disappointed this time. Enjoyed my previous visits much more than this one.

It was the first time going out because of the pandemic, Paula was our server and she was fantastic! We will definitely be returning.

Great food and margaritas! Our server was super friendly and efficient!

Salenas is typically a restaurant my friends rave about, but this is probably the 5th time I've been there and I'm still not impressed. The host and server were not very friendly during this visit, the food was pretty bland and boring as per usual, and the margaritas tasted like lime sugar water. If there was Tequila in there I would have actually been surprised. I LOVE Mexican cuisine and frequent a lot of different Mexican restaurants often, and this is by far my least favorite in the area.

Had a girls taco Tuesday night service was superb and food was even better! We have been to some places that have taken a huge hit with covid and the service is not that good we were so pleased to be accommodated so well by the lovely ladies at Selena’s!

They have set up the outdoor patio with big overhead heaters and it is very warm in cold weather. It was 40 degrees last night and we had to take our coats off.

Always great service and wonderful food served hot with just the right amount of spices. So glad they made it through the roughest time this past spring.

The tofu tacos and chicken enchiladas mole style were outstanding! The peach margaritas were a bit sweet and should have been stronger for the price.

Very nice looking place. However the food wasn't good. The sauces and salsas are bland, plates go through broilers too long. Tamatillo sauce (green) is tasteless. The red enchilada sauce was good. Shredded chicken was tasty. Excellent ice tea. Beans and rice were dry.

Salenas is the best!

We love Salena's and have dined there often. Good meal, lovely staff.

The asado pork stew was overcooked but cold when I got it. The rice and beans weren’t seasoned at all and were cold too.

This may sound strange but get the chicken wings!!! They are incredible! probably top 5 that I have had in Rochester.

Awesome experience, as always! We had the empanadas, stuffed avocados and the Holy Mole. They were all delicious, and we even had leftovers!

Great food! The enchiladas were delicious, especially the pork with tomatillo sauce. The queso is also delicious, seriously, get it!!!

I ordered the Mexican Flag Enchiladas and was shocked with the 1/8" layer of cheese that covered all three enchiladas and there was more cheese within the enchioladas. I could not really taste unique flavors within each. I was expecting 3 Enchiladas with 3 different toppings. i had to first peel the cheese off and with that came most of the toppings to the Enchiladas. While I like the atmosphere and the service was good, I could not recommend the food. This was the 2nd time I have had a disappointing meal. I was expecting authenticity and did not get that kind of mexican food.
