Worst dining service I have ever experienced. Waiter ignored us except to take order after flagging him down. Took 37 minutes to get wine that we had ordered and 45 minutes to get first appetizer. We were told we would get bread- that came after an hour after we asked for it twice. Food was awful. The risotto was probably made with uncle Ben’s rice instead of aborrio rice. Overall food was under seasoned. Dirty cutlery. The table next to us had dirty dishes that remained unbussed for our whole dining experience. This place clearly has no love left in it by the people who run it.

Everything was wonderful. This is my second time coming here and it was just as amazing as the first time. The food is spectacular and the drinks were great. It’s a small quaint restaurant with a big personality. I love everything about it here and I highly recommend it. They have the best cacio e pepe. Amazing 10/10

First time at the restaurant and had heard really positive feedback. We had a reservation and were seated right away, but it took 15 minutes to be approached by a server and another 5 for bread/pesto. Wine was ordered and then another 10 minutes before the server took our order. Food was excellent. After flagging down the server we were finally able to pay and depart another 15 minutes later. Would recommend the restaurant, but plan to be there for awhile…

We had a party of 5 to go to the Pageant of the Masters and had issues making a reservation so we settled on this restaurant. Boy were we blown away at the quality of the food, the quality and choices on the menu, and the obvious genuine care they took. The restaurant is very small, by the time we left it was packed. But thanks so much to the restaurant staff and chef for making our first night out with our elderly mom's so enjoyable. There was nothing left, the food was so delicious!

We normally love this restaurant but this time, even though the restaurant was not even 50% full, the service was very disappointing.

We were just a party of 4 and it took forever to get our food, plus then, the worst possible problem was that we couldn't get our check at the end of the meal. We had to track down our waiter and ask for it more than once.

There's nothing more frustrating than finishing your meal and waiting 30 min for the check.

We had a reservation and arrived on time. We were seated promptly and waited 30 minutes before someone greeted us or took our drink order. It was another 37 minutes before our food arrived. We had to ask for refills on water, which were acknowledged but never came. We had a leisurely meal and enjoyed the food despite the poor service.

Although the service was a little slow - thanks Covid - we could see that the servers and bus staff were extremely busy and were working very hard. It was a Friday night at 7:30 and we're on vacation so we weren't in a hurry anyway. The drinks came quickly but we had to wait a bit for some bread and the caprese salad we ordered as an appetizer leading to Mom getting accidently tipsy - NBD we have a designated 18 year old driver with us now. The food was delicious and worth the wait - filet mignon cooked perfectly but not as ordered (medium well - most chefs can't/won't do that to filet mignon), healthy salmon pasta - amazing and spicy and lemony and amazing, chicken parm - very good and plenty of it and fettuccine alfredo with chicken - delicious. We finished it off with a chocolate lava cake - gone in about 10 seconds..overall very good and we'll be back! Our server, Ben, was very nice and efficient.

We have been here before and enjoyed our experience. The most recent time however was painful. We were seated 30 min. after our reservation. We didn’t order until after another 30 min. Asked for bread and never got it. Finally flagged down a different server for bread, refills and napkins. Food was okay, but it didn’t outweigh the inattentive and rude waitstaff. We won’t be dining here again.

The tomato and burrata salad was very flavorful, but the tomato slices were only about 1/16 of an inch thick. I think they could have been a bit more generous given the price. We had the bolognese and lamb ragu over papradell as entrees, both were great.

We were seated promptly, greeted by our server, order taken and the food was delicious! This is a wonderful restaurant for atmosphere enjoying the beach surroundings. The prices are reasonable and the over all a great experience.

It took 30 minutes to get our drinks and the waiter/bar tender came to take our order and he wanted us to order our salads and entrees at the same time.We said we’ll order our entrees after we have our salad he told us we only had the table for one hour and 15 minutes because they had too many reservations.
If there are time limits to a table, diners should be informed at the time the reservations are made.

I found Salerno to be over priced for what it was. We had 2 pasta dishes eggplant parm, alfredo, an appetizer of Calamari and a $50 bottle of wine and before tax the bill was $135. Which just seemed excessive, we did share one of the pasta dishes so maybe there was a sharing fee but overall not enough value for the cost. We chatted with the waitress on a few questions and found the service to be adequate but not exceptional. The hostess and buss boy were very helpful maybe we just caught her on an off day.

This is a very charming, intimate restaurant. I am not sure if this is standard for the chef or if it was because the group I was with is planning a Welcome Dinner there in October, but we were greeted with a glass of Prosecco, plus an order of Zucca(Organic Butternut Squash Ravioli) and Olive Fritte. Both the Zucca and Olives were delicious. We decided to order the Calamari Fritte...not our favorite. It may have been because the other tow appetizers were so delicious, but we would not order the calamari again. My spouse and I split a Caesar salad and the Short Rib Fresh Pasta. The Caesar was perfect, it was not drowned in dressing. The short ribs were so tender and flavourful. We were both very happy with our selections. The service was wonderful too...very attentive and knowledgeable.

Everything we ordered was so good. We shared the full Caesar salad which was way to big for us. The side would have been enough. We had the filet carpaccio. Wonderful and we shared the osso buco ravioli which was amazing. We were well attended to, Louis was our server and he was so nice.

The food was tasty and drinks were tasty, the service was excellent.

However, if you're hard of hearing and wear hearing aids, its way too noisy. Even for someone that doesn't wear hearing aids it was difficult to have a conversation.

I'll be back, but not during the weekend.

Even though we made a reservation for 6.00 pm they were way over booked. There were 4 couples waiting outside. We were promised a table in 10 minutes. I went to use the bathroom only return to find our table was given to another couple who arrived after us. Eventually got seated at 6.30 pm. Waitress was great, service great and food okay.
