Very unassuming restaurant which I've never before in all the times I've visited Llandudno. Food was fabulous and the services was even better. Will definitely be returning in future

This was our second visit for a pre theatre meal. The service was excellent, all the staff were attentive and friendly. There was a good choice on the menu, all four of us had a delicious well presented meal. This restaurant is great when visiting the theatre being situated right next door, but would recommend any time.

Fresh, quality food cooked to perfection. The restaurant staff provided outstanding service friendly and efficient. The menu exciting and innovative. Choosing the dishes to have was difficult as there were so many appetising creations on offer. The wine and drinks menu had plenty of choices on offer.
We dined pre-theatre so the Samphire at The Cafe More Hotel was a perfect choice being situated right next door to the theatre. I would certainly recommend this restaurant and will be visiting again in the near future.

Had our first meal here on new year's eve, won't be our last. Definitely the best restaurant in Llandudno, can't recommend highly enough.

Warm and friendly welcome. Service was swift and friendly leaving us with a comfortable amount of time to walk to Venue Cymbru next door. Decor would benefit from a makeover, in particular a new carpet, the current one detracts from the feel of the room and recovering the dining chairs would be a good idea. However the food, the most important matter, was very good and very well presented.

Great meal, only slightly spoilt by a rare steak that was rather over cooked and the worse for the experience ! Asparagus to die for !

Although described as a Bistro and Bar, the Samphire is clearly the bar and restaurant of the hotel. However, that shouldn't put people off - the atmosphere was relaxed, the staff were welcoming and attentive and the food was very good. Another great find and well worth a visit

The food was excellent until the desert. The desert was disappointing because they just cut a slab of dried bread and butter pudding and stuck it on a plate. The first 2 courses were given much more thought.

We dined here on three consecutive evenings prior to the operas being performed by WNO at Venue Cymru this month. This enabled us to sample several options on the varied menu all of which were interestingly presented and very delicious. Service was slick and extremely professional - we were never caused a moments anxiety about getting to the opera in good time. Location is unsurpassed for this purpose being right next door to Venue Cymru. The emphasis here is on seafood, but there are several alternatives as can be seen from the online menu. This is a relatively new venture for the Cae Mor Hotel, and one that has everything it takes to ensure a successful enterprise.

A very attentive staff, good food, a little pricey, but a nice ambience. My only criticism was that the main meal came immediately after the starter and there was no time to draw breath. an enjoyable experience.

I had the pleasure of bringing my mother here for Mother's Day on 11th March 2018.
It was a privilege to eat here for their first day of opening.
The restaurant is situated within the Hotel, with the tables positioned cleverly in order to view the sea from wherever you are sitting.
We were treated like Royalty on arrival, offered a complementary glass of Prosecco and seated near the bar. We were shown to our table by Chris, who was professional, well mannered and made us feel extremely welcome.
The owners Mark and Sheryl Viercant take great pride in their business and it was wonderful to meet them. It was so nice to see them being visible at Front of House, serving the food, interacting with us and other customers.
The food was exceptional, beautifully presented and superb value for money. The portion sizes were large and well presented.
Watch out for the name Paul Clifford because this talented young Chef, will go far because of his superb flare and expertise in his food presentation.
This new restaurant deserves the recognition, as one of the best I've ever eaten it.
I most certainly will be visiting here again with my family and friends and will be recommending this well run establishment to many.
Thank you so much for a most enjoyable time spent with you, especially the beautiful orchids that you presented us with at the end of our meal.

Very Best Wishes
Beverley Pearson
