Amazing service, amazing food and great service. A little mistake with our order and we was offered a lovely dessert on the house. Definitely coming back after lockdown.

Very good food - cocktails not the best

Everything was great. Really great service and ambience. A good selection of wine. Food was delicious. I was upset as they only had 4 oysters left and we really wanted more. The waiters attention to detail was good too. Highly recommend for any occasion.

Allergy mix up - I ordered a similar meal to my friend however I have a milk allergy and let 2 different waiters know when I ordered. When the food was delivered I called over one of the waiters to confirm I had the correct one and he said yes - the food was delicious so all was good until the other waiter came over asking why we’d swapped meals... luckily the meal I was eating did not contain milk however for someone with an allergy, that is obviously quite a stressful thing to go through and a very dangerous mix up to be made. It is definitely not expected at such a highly rated restaurant! The waiter apologised but that was it, I think the staff need to be more aware of allergy sufferers and also their service when they make a mistake - having to pay full price for a meal that in the end was a stressful experience isn’t my preferred choice for an evening!

Lovely restaurant, smaller than our local San Carlo in Manchester, but just as good except the menu is more restricted (eg. no pizza).

One of the best San Carlo restaurants, we even got to meet the main man himself. All the food we ordered was amazing and the service was impeccable. Would recommend to all my friends dining for lunch or dinner in London.

Very nice staff, food was tasty, good value for money.

Went for a Valentine’s date meal. Very nice restaurant, food was authentically Italian and the service was very good. We sat downstairs which was a really nice vibe and modern .

The only issue was that when we arrived, the lady couldn’t find our reservation even though we had the opentable booking confirmation! Luckily she sat us though, but that is really strange. I hope that someone can reply to this review to look after us next time with that, as I would love to go again but am worried about the booking issues!

Second to none service wise by Italians in an Italian restaurant. Staff knowledgeable about the food and wine, great atmosphere will definitely be going back next time we’re in London!

Good service, BUT brought the food very fast, meal felt a but rushed!

We ordered a starter and it transpired they didn’t have the ingredients for it. The replacement was lovely but it would have been nice if they had told us when we ordered. Also we were charged for two bottles of wine when we had only ordered one. Lovely food , nice venue and the staff were friendly it’s a shame they let themselves down. I hope the wine was a genuine mistake

Nice restaurAnt in a good location food is ok but service is very poor and would not go there again there are much better alternatives such as Cicchetti which is just nearby (funny enough part of the same group )

Appetisers and mains arrived at the same time,quite late even if the place was empty. However,we all have good and bad days. The food was delicious,I always go there for dinner,always enjoying the general ambience and food taste!

Excellent in every way.

It was very welcoming but unfortunately when we were taken to our table we were told to leave our drinks at the bar and they would bring them to the table but we had to ask 3 times for them and they still did not appear. However a manager finally ordered new ones for us.
It was a small thing but it was a silly error.
The food itself and our waiter were very good .

Slightly early birthday dinner with my . Food and drinks were excellent. Staff couldn’t have been more attentive or friendly.

T’waa outstanding!

The place is nice, however we were 4 young girls and we got constantly harassed by a drunk man at the bar who kept coming over to our table speaking nonsense and inappropriately. We asked the waiter to intervene but NOTHING and then the man comes over to us again whilst having dessert and then again whilst us waiting for our coats.

The staff then looked shocked to why we would not pay service charge - so disappointed the staff let this happen!
