    Pushed the boat out, and had a fillet steak. Absolutely delicious. Grilled to perfection. Waitresses well informed and friendly, helping to create the relaxed and comfortable ambience that one associates with Sandbanks. Always happy to return there.

    A great experience where the outstanding service meant any deviations to the menu we needed were accommodated. The food was fantastic.

    Sunday Roast beef dinner is one of the best I have had! The food from starter to sweet was excellent. One of the best eateries in Broughty Ferry!!

    Can’t fault anything about our experience. Quality of food and wines were excellent. Staff attentive and friendly but not obtrusive. Highly recommend the Sandbanks.

    Delicious food, with a lovely wine selection. Take cash to tip your waitress though, you can’t leave one on your card.

    The starters were lovely (scallops, and prawn cocktail). Main courses both disappointing, the lamb was not very good, some parts almost inedible. The steak was very fatty and not what you'd expect in a place with such a high reputation. The chips were lukewarm and soggy. Staff were lovely and service was good. Overall let down by the quality of the food.

    Great location. Friendly and hospitable staff. Lovely food and wine with many creative and interesting dishes. Great wine list. Will definitely come back.

    Visited in June and my son insisted on coming back for his burping. Same delicious food and I cosy and relaxed atmosphere. Was not disappointed and will be visiting again when in the area.
