Never again service was so slow . Very small restaurant very small they make it look like it’s huge we’re in face very small the to parrot the restaurant is so cold they leave the front door open staff are very friendly but very slow you have to be constantly call them not attentive at all. Food was soooo cold waited an hour for food. Extremely disappointed don’t waste your money

Service was poor. They saw the alcohol bottle on the table and never worked us about corkage and tried to argue with us at the end because they “thought we knew already”

it was alright, didn’t like the customer service wanted to sit in the booth but didn’t give it to us because of us being 2 people but everyone sitting in it was 2 people furthermore 2 people came in n it was given to them,food was alright

I booked a table but still had to wait to sit in the lounge. Don't bother booking if you want shisha, apparently that's walk in only. They don't give tap water, you have to buy bottled. My food order wasn't what I asked for, after speaking to 2 waitresses they didn't charge me for it (also very small portion size). Service was ok. They don't do ice pipe so I didn't really enjoy the shisha. Probably won't be coming back. It's quite pricey and not really worth it in my opinion

We didn’t even end up eating. Rude waitress kept interrupting myself and my friends conversation and was repeatedly pressuring us to order when I’d just sat down. She asked us 4 times in the space of 5 minutes, even though we were early for our booking. I didn’t even have a chance to look at the menu. We paid for our drinks and left. Venue is underwhelming and tiny in comparison to what it looks like on instagram. We went to a restaurant called Azura about a 1 minute walk away and it was amazing. Lovely food and decor. GO TO AZURA INSTEAD, Sapores is terrible.

Went to Sapores with the a couple of friends, we were initially sat near the entrance however it was too cold as they left their door open so we asked to move further inside which they were happy to move us. The restaurant area is a small space, the food was average, serving staff were here helpful and polite however the owner/manager seemed really arrogant and did not acknowledge us.

It’s such a nice place to go to. there was this one worker that kept on checking up on us and that made us feel really really welcomed. the interior is beautiful. the workers there are also nice and caring. the drinks and food were so good. one thing i’d say though is that when i was paying for the bill me and my man went half half, and i paid for the shisha, it cost 30£ but the one worker who kept on checking on us put the price as 30£ or 35£. so keep a look out. either way my experience there was amazing and the music they were playing were so many throwbacks. 10/10 overall.

Jav was so nice , the service in this place is unbelievable can’t even explain if you are thinking of coming here don’t think TWICE. the pricing of everything is sooo reasonable ! The food is also unreal the decorations are beautiful. Just everything if I could give more than a 5 star rating I would absolutely love this place will definitely be coming back x

The waiters were really nice and didn’t mind if we asked a lot of questions since it was our first time. Would recommend but not for people who have difficulty breathing because of the HOOKAH! It was blowing in our face the whole time lol but still had a good time

I visited with some friends and we had a great time - the staff were very friendly and checked on us throughout the evening making sure everything was okay. The food was so good - I ordered the chicken thighs - they were amazing. We will definitely be coming back again and will sure be recommending the place to my friends.

The only downfall is while trying to enjoy my meal There was hookah/Shisha smoke all over my face! I was annoyed throughout my meal! Should change the venue to a bar only and remove the restaurant if that’s how it’s going to be. If you’re trying to chill with friends I recommend but it’s not for dining unless you’re cool with hookah smoke

This was a great experience. The food was beautiful, colourful and tasted amazing. Very original. The atmosphere was amazing, the decor was gorgeous with all the flowers everywhere. The music choice was top notch. A good place for a women’s hangout.

I loved Sapores! I had seen a reel on instagram from someone that had ate there and thought it looked amazing so wanted to try it, and was not disappointed. The staff were lovely and the food was delicious!!

I took my friend here for a belated birthday meal. We were seated and asked for drinks right away which was great. But after the drinks it got very busy and it was hard to get staff to order mains and dessert. They seemed understaffed. In fact the dessert took over 30 mins to come out after we ordered and even then the order was wrong. The food itself was ok. Maybe a good place for Instagram pics/video

The food was amazing!! I tried the sea pasta and it was yummy and was a really good portion too! My bf had the vegan burger and he loved it! Thank you for an amazing experience. Will definitely come back.

one of the worst restaurants i’ve ever eaten at for a birthday, service extremely slow, waiters not particularly nice and food overall bland and luke warm as if microwaved so had a bite and left it. mocktails also served warm. made my friend feel ill and chicken was pink in middle. had to pay to be polite but wouldn’t of if i had the choice. will not be returning.

we were walked in and we sat down for at least ten minutes until i asked a member of staff for the menu who was actually having their dinner, there were staff behind the bar but nobody seemed to acknowledge that we were there. we managed to order our food we ordered a starter and the main and they both came out together.... the food was ok as we was quite hungry by this point. overall experience wasn't the best i will not be going back here the service was just awful it is run by amateurs who do not care about the customers dining experience.

The look of this place was great and very ‘instagramable’. The waitress was very friendly and super accommodating. The food however, was extremely disappointing and did not live up to the restaurant’s look. We had the chicken and waffles as well as the American breakfast and a mocktails. All the items tasted like they were shop bought and when questioned they were not really sure if they were? The mocktails were just fizzy drinks. It’s not somewhere I would recommend and they have definitely put ‘style over substance’ which is a shame.

Me and my friend went there for the first time, and when we stepped in we thought the decorations were very pretty and cool. The staff were very nice, we were quite indecisive on what to get since everything sounded so good so the lovely lady had to come back a few times for our order🤣 the chef came out to thank us too, and he was sooo sweet (‘: The food was amazing👍
