Great service and good food.
The food was over priced, your paying for location. We sat for 15-20 minutes before anyone took our drink order, the food took twice as long. We were there for about 3 hours largely due to waiting on service. The waiter that served us argued with me about the tip I gave [I shouldn't have tipped at all] because he didn't feel it was enough. The waiter opened the bill in front of my guests pointed to the total and proceeded to tell me the minimum percentage he preferred. When I explained to him why I didn't tip more he simply replied " if you say so", then proceeded to explain the math to me as if I didn't know how to calculate percentages. We visited this restaurant during Sunday brunch.
Food was good but the furniture in the restaurant needs a serious update. It is worn and old. Would not go back for a special occasion.
Staff was excellent.
Great waiter but short staffed. Breakfast although lovely to sit outside and food being good, took way too long.
The space was dingy and not as nice as I expected. The servers were excellent and attentive.
Waitress was great. Food was mediocre and there were flies inside.
Overall Ok experience.
Desparately needs refresh. Dirty chairs and worn tables.
I used to love this place! I even had my college graduation dinner here and the head chef at the time put together a 3 course menu with wine pairings for us. It was amazing. The best food I’ve had in a while but my most recent visit was saddening. The food doesn’t seem to be the same quality that it was years ago when sauciety opened. I’m not sure if they are under new management or what but this place has beautiful scenery and is attached to the Westin brand yet is not holding its weight any longer.
I had my birthday celebration at Sauciety, food is good but the service was excellent. Our server is very good.
The bathroom is very dirty. Tissues everywhere. It seems like it was not cleaned for weeks. Disgusting.
There was a fly that dove into my friend's glass. Great location, food is OK but cleanliness needs to be addressed
Never ate because couldn’t get waited on.
The staff was outstanding and very professional. I was surprised by the automatic tip for a dinner for one person. The food was okay… the tables where worn, there were kid handprints all over the windows and the glass chandelier hadn’t been cleaned properly in a while.
I sat down outside and there were so many flies landing on me, my table, my computer, etc. that I moved inside. There were fewer flies. A bird was flying around inside. The table inside was scratched up and the leather tan seats had a lot of stains on them. Kind of gross. Our server was nice, though. My colleague and I both had a Caesar with broiled salmon filet which was tasty.
We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and the service was superb also!
If you're looking for a restaurant with a beautiful view and great service, then you should definitely check out Sauciety at The Westin Washington National Harbor!
Lovely view of harbor. Very prompt seating. Service was excellent. We went for brunch. Food was average. Great place to celebrate a special occasion. You will have to park in garage across the street.
Great place to eat with beautiful view of harbor!
I met a friend for a business meeting. It is in a good location overlooking the marina. the menu is a bit limited but expected for a hotel restaurant. The service was very attentive and friendly. I will return to this location.
Very basic ambiance with gnats and flys. High expectations of a water view while dining was not met. This is simply a hotel restaurant with a brunch menu, not a brunch event .
Service from our server was poor and untimely. We waited at our table for 30 mins before placing our food order while needing refills. Server served the tables around us who were seated after us . When food order was placed , warm food arrived very quickly. Spoke with manager about our concerns .Server continued to give poor service. Would not recommend, plenty of better options near by.
The food was just ok, nothing special. And the waiter said he could not split our checks at all, then proceeded to split everything directly in half…meaning splitting the cost of a single drink, etc. it took forever for him to correct it after we told him several times not to do it that way. I will not be coming back here.
Service was fast and food was ok
Our party ate brunch here. We asked for outdoor dining, unfortunately it was hot outside and they didn't have a canopy, kabana, umbrella or anything to protect you from the heat. The food was very good. Although the mimosas weren't that good. Our server was very polite and friendly. However, the biggest problem was the restaurant and its bathrooms were dirty. They need to clean the facility. I would expect a Marriott owned restaurant to be better than this. For this reason, I probably won't go back.
From the food to our server (Marta), the experience was excellent!
Food was great. I enjoy coming back here.
Very kind wait staff. Food was delicious! Had a great time celebrating our 25th Anniversary.
Very friendly staff; great location with fantastic views of the Ferris wheel (we could sit outside overlooking the harbor). Good was excellent. Staff accommodated special requests.
We had to wait for 10 minutes before being greeted by hostess. Once they came, the service was good
I reserved the establishment for a birthday event.. my crab omelette was watery, my friends corned beef hash wasn’t cooked.. I also asked for mimosas and my champagne bottle was brought to the table, i had to open it myself and i had to ask for a bucket for it to sit in and chill.. the birthday cake came out before we were ready for it, no candles and when asked about a candle. Very disappointed in the quality of food and service.
It was a great experience. The view was perfect and my steak 🥩 was cooked exactly like I asked
Brought my mom to celebrate her birthday.
The food was good. The variety was decent for a brunch menu. Everything we ordered was filling and our server was really nice.
I would like to see the furniture updated. The table top seemed worn and had an unclean appearance due to the wear. Also, the seat of the chair that I was supposed to sit in looked horrible. It really should be removed from the table.
The ambiance was nice. We were seated at a window looking out on the water. There was a bridal brunch happening across from our table and it was so nice to see all of the ladies celebrating the bride-to-be.
We were celebrating a friend's birthday and thought brunch were be a good idea. Well that was a mistake, the service was a bit slow, eggs were cold and crab cake sandwich was soggy. The banana french toast was delicious and the scenery is lovely, but the flies were a distraction.
The Ribs and Wings are very good. I would order to go. Ambience and Staff?
We ate breakfast outside and had a great view and great service
The view, staff, and food were all perfect. I would definitely recommend.
The waiter hardly came to check on us and the food wasn’t very good at all. I won’t return.
I was glad that I made reservations because it was very crowded. However, the front desk host made sure everything was running smoothly and everyone was getting service fast. The food was good and the servers were attentive. We sat outside and the view was amazing. I would recommend.
I really enjoyed the Chesapeake Omelette while sitting riverside. Very peaceful.
Fast service and delicious food! We had the salmon, ribeye, and crab cakes.
Our 1st visit to Sauciety and it won’t be the last! We all had the filet mignon and it was EXCELLENT! We had a lovely table near the window. Our server, Philip was very kind and efficient.
The menu was very limited compared to nearby restaurants and the interior of the restaurant was not appealing.
