Scotland meets Sardinia Supperclub is run by the lovely chef Luisa from her flat close the city center.
This is a new private dining concept that will see an intimate guests at Luisa ’s table to join her for a 8 course tasting menu. Chef will cook a stunning array of dishes based on the best of the season’s ingredients using Scottish British produce combinate with Sardinia ingredients.
The guests will have the chance to learn about the places and cultures that inspired Luisa in conceiving and developing her recipes.
Luisa come from Sardegna a special isle of Italy, which has always been and continues to be her main source of inspiration.
She has been working in hospitality for 17 years; she has great managerial experience in fine dining.

Thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Very unique. The food was nice. Some dishes were great, others I was less keen on. However, hospitality and ambience was great :)

I would recommend as a unique experience.
