We had a very enjoyable meal there last week but we felt a bit rushed - I think 2 hours is too short for dinner and should be 2.5 - 3 hours.
Estuvimos muy contentos y muy bien atendidos
The wine wasn’t very nice although i ordered Margaux
The sea Bass was ok but not great
Service was good
We went here to celebrate a special occasion and we were not disappointed. The staff were attentive without being too keen. Food turned out to be everything we wanted for a Sunday lunch - fresh, tasty and well-presented. We were given a surprise chocolate birthday treat at the end which was a lovely touch.
Tables for two are very close together making the dining experience feel crowded and slightly uncomfortable.
The service was outstanding and the food excellent.
My booking was for 17. because there wasn’t any table available later online. and I tried to change the date unfortunately by calling and was told all tables were booked. We noticed when we left around 18.45 we realised there were half of restaurant tables was empty and because it was my wife birthday I didn’t make any complaints.
Great food, very cosmopolitan, post work atmosphere. Lacked a little in terms of ambience for me.
This time the service wasn’t that good. I go every time I’m in London. My started didn’t came and they didn’t give enough atencion to my table.
Scotts is great as usual
Excellent evening, Sunday but still busy enough to be buzzy. Potted shrimps just delicious and lobster beautiful as expected. Lovely service great ambience, first time but definitely not the last!
I committed the apparent sin of arriving 15 mins early for my table, wanting to arrive before my guests, to be told there was no space to wait prior to the table bring ready so go back outside the restaurant and wait , it’s Friday you know . Frankly a restaurant of this standing should be able to cater for slightly early guests without ignominiously making then wait outside, appalling. Food and service followed in the same vein, not what it was
Best seafood restaurant in London
Superb food with excellent service and a wonderful range of options on the menu.
Excellent Food and really good service and atmosphere. Great value for money!
Great way to celebrate my wife's birthday - it really is a one of the iconic London dining experiences
Lovely apart from another diner who had his mobile phone in watching football!!!! Very disrespectful... feel staff should have stepped in ...
We paid service charge but had to ask a couple of times for a drink .... otherwise lovely x
I like the atmosphere, ambience, quality, service. Food is value for money especially the seafood platter which costs 40 GBP per pax, oysters is a little bit pricey but i would say it's worth for the quality point of view. Ordered ribeye steak that night, i would say much improvement needed to be made. As the outer crust shows the black burnt colour and smell, juice within the beef is not moisture and lack of seasoning. Overall indeed i had a good dining experience.
Great restaurant and service. Meeting friends and had no pressure to eat and leave. Just really a nice relaxed dining experience and the food was
