Thanks to SeaSalt for an amazing experience. My partner and I were blown away by the unbelievable food and the top shelf service. As it was a special occassion , if felt extra special after dining here. Compliments to the kitchen staff and the wait staff for a wonderful evening. We will most definitely be retur ing in future and highly recommending it to our family and friends.
Had a lovely time at the Seasalt, however the Seafood platter didn't have any squid or much salmon. I think the seafood platter could do with a bit more assorted seafood.
I had to order a 2nd piece of fish, as there were two people but only 1 piece of fish, which was disappointing as I had to pay for the extra fish too. So not sure if there was supposed to be 2 pieces of fish? since the seafood platter was for two people. But if there was to be an improvement on the food, the seafood platter could be improved.
Great position great food friendly staff but I phoned to add an extra person to our booking the day before and this was not uodated to my booking. We were made to feel that we had put the staff out by having to change the tables. I did say I had phoned and added an extra person the day prior but that didn’t seem to make a difference. Not hard for them to just say ‘ that’s ok it’s not a problem I’m sorry that it was not noted on your booking ‘
Great staff, happy to answer any and all questions and knowledgable about the menu and different styles of cooking and preparing.
Nice restaurant for a hotel and has reasonable but limited options with good views. Would not recommend as fine dining though.
Overall a great night out. Food was very nice, the matching wines were excellent and from a local winery. The staff were pleasant and very courteous, especially the bar staff 10/10 for service.
Tried the three course lunch. Food was very nice and the service excellent. Great value and valet parking made a lunch out very enjoyable
There was a delicious variety of food. The service was prompt, attentive & friendly.
They wished us a happy anniversary and gave us chocolates which was a very nice touch
We wanted somewhere quiet to dine before our show at the civic theatre. We both really enjoyed our main meals and dessert. A Peaceful atmosphere with a lovely view and within easy walking distance. Wine and beer prices are quite hefty. I paid $12 per glass for my Tempus Two Merlot. This is the same price I can buy the whole bottle for at the liquor store. Apart from this, we would dine here again.
We've eaten here a few times & always enjoy it. The service has always been very friendly & professional, we've always been happy with the menu options & the food has always been beautifully made.
We've been on our 'date nights' as a couple, and also as a family with our children, & either way it's been great.
It's also lovely to still be able to eat somewhere nice AND have a conversation you can hear!
Can't fault it, I know we'll be back.
Sirloin was cooked well, however, was a little dry. The red wine jus, unfortunately, was awful. Two members of our party had it, and both thought it terrible. Vegies basic, but beans fantastic! Meat wasn't warm enough, perhaps had been rested too long. Overall OK, prices too high for quality of food.
