An outstanding meal, enjoyed in quiet, tasteful surroundings. The Eyemouth scallops were fresh, delicious, and perfectly cooked... as always. The locally bred pork belly was 'melt in the mouth' tender, perfectly balanced by the crispy texture of the accompanying pork crackling. The millionaire's bread and butter pudding (I'm sure it's at least a millionaire calories) is well worth trying.... if you have room for it. In a nutshell, Seasons is still our favourite eatery for those special occasions.

Simply the best- our favourite restaurant in the Borders. Beautiful local food, cooked to perfection, served simply and elegantly, so tasty. The chocolate cremeux was the best I’ve ever had. We’ll be back!!

The food was of very high quality and the service was very good and friendly , my only criticism would be that our dessert came with a balsamic drizzle which wasn't mentioned on the menu, we managed to eat around it but wouldn't have ordered it or asked for it to be omitted if we'd have known

This is a very nice restaurant and the service was polite and friendly. However, we both felt that the food could have had more flavour. The scallop dish was swamped with parsley oil which detracted from the flavour of the scallops and didn't add much. The beef brisket wellington, the meat was rather dry and more sauce was needed. The lobster thermidor was good but lacked the punch you expect from a cream, cheese and brandy sauce. We would give it another try if we were in the area as the ambience was good.

This was one of the best restaurants we have used. We both had the crab starter which was scrumptious and main - lobster and fillet steak - an absolute delight. The creme brûlée matched the first two courses in its taste. A memorable evening of good company, excellent food and service. Highly recommended.

Seasons has undergone a refurbishment since our last visit and the new look is very calming and relaxing. As usual the menu although not extensiver offers choices to appeal to discerning diners and our selections were cooked to perfection. Enjoyed a very relaxing and delightful meal to celebrate our 53rd wedding anniversary. Plan to return soon.
