Senor Ceviche - Charlotte Street
Señor’s menu features everything Peruvian, from moreish street food snacks and fresh ceviches to fiery Peruvian barbecue plates and healthy super salads. Señor’s menu is the perfect balance of healthy and indulgent, the way eating should be. Our creative bar team have designed a fantástico cocktail menu, focusing on Peru's national spirit, Pisco. Whether you're in for the perfect Pisco Sour, a Mamacita or an ice cold Cusqueña, we’ve got your thirst covered.
Excellent choice on the menu.., we selected about 75% of the items and all were prepared and presented well. I liked that the choices were delivered when we wanted them and it added to the night. Definitely would recommend Senor Ceviche and look forward to going again.
Lovely food, staff and atmosphere. Great location too!
Lovely foot and amazing service - loads of small plates and great for sharing
Food and cocktails were delicious and staff very attentive, however the noise level is ridiculous when it's busy, they need to dampen it down, it's hard to hear yourself speak! However if you like buzzy places like that, you'll love it.
Food was incredible - Pisco sours as well! Great service - a definitive must
We went as a party of 4, two had eaten Peruvian before and two had not. Our very friendly and helpful waiter suggested we try the "tasting menu", for both its excellent value and range of flavours. It was a good recommendation
It was a heavy humid London summer Saturday evening so it filled up with 20 something couples and small groups. The layout ensured it became quite loud but at no time did this interfere with the pleasure of the meal.
The fish dishes - not normally an attraction for me - were served in particularly tasty sauces and we managed a Pisco Sour cocktail (exceptional value at the reduced rate) and bottles of Latin American Rose and Red, both good value
A real find in central London - easy to recommend and happy to return
Excellent value lunch deal for £17pp (Mon - Fri). You get a mixture of small plates, including tuna and seabass ceviche, pork belly, gyoza, ribs, chicken and a dessert.
Staff are very friendly and the cocktails delicious.
Great little Peruvian place, with a nice deck on Charlotte st, lovely food and good attentive service. Pisco Sours for £5 were greatly appreciated too!
Very nice food and excellent lunch deal. Service was nice but a bit forgetful and way too keen to take away almost-but-not-quite empty dishes...
Great food, ambiance and great staff (especially Patricia)
I can only recommend this restaurant !
I’ve been to Señor Ceviche’s other location (Kingly Court) many times, and the experience had always been top notch.
This was my first visit to the Charlotte Street branch, and our meal was marred by truly awful service.
We were a party of 5, including one vegetarian.
We tried ordering the lunch menu for 4 of us, and a la carte for the vegetarian.
Our waiter bluntly told us the lunch menu can only be ordered for the whole table, so if one of our party didn’t want it, we would all need to order a la carte.
We pointed out one of our party could not eat the meat on the lunch menu, could they make allowance for one vegetarian:
“You booked a table of 5 together, so either you all order the set lunch, or all a la carte, that’s the rule”
The waiter spent the rest of the meal alternating between ignoring us, and suddenly intruding.
The service and attitude of the waiter spoiled what should otherwise have been a great meal with clients.
The restaurant was practically empty: only one other table had diners: this on a Thursday lunchtime in Charlotte Street should be a warning sign to the owners.
Never this quiet at the Kingly Court location, maybe something to do with the atmosphere?
Ceviche, as advertised : excellent. Other dishes a mixed bag - service friendly but a little slow and inattentive. Would definitely go again though!
Food is so delicious. It is slightly similar as Japanese food. Atomospher is so nice! I like it.
Had the set lunch menu which was great value, plenty of tasty dishes
Service was excellent, Marzia the waitress has been really nice, helping us out a lot deciding. Food was below average, the Kitchen missed the coocking of the steak we ordered. Tuna ceviche was a piece of Salt. The spicing on the meat was overwelming. I would t come back, food was really meh.
Nice food in and a decent atmosphere, a little expensive
Great food, service and ambiance. We went on a Monday and there was a very nice atmosphere. Despite being busy, it wasn’t noisy. It was really good value too as on Mondays, they have a special deal on ceviches. Will be back soon.
Good experience overall but I waited forever for my second drink and the pork ribs were impossible to eat as they were not slow cooked well. Nice neighbourhood gem happening place with smiling and attentive staff.
Lovely little restaurant. The staff were fantastic and the food is delicious. My only criticism is that the portions are quite small so I was still a bit hungry after.
Fantastic Peruvian food at really good price for the area.
Not a huge amount of food but with free flowing cocktails and for only £35pp I was very happy,
Amazing fresh food, really tasty! great value- especially on a monday!
great service and ambience too.
the desert was a disaster, most fluid cream brûlée I’ve even seen.
However the waitress was very attentive and super helpful!
Fantastic service, lovely food, fabulous pisco cocktails
Very good food and the service was quick and staff attentive.
Not exactly bottomless; there was always a long wait between drinks. Food was tasty enough but there are far too many tables packed into a small space so you’re always extremely close to the next table
The Food was very tasty but would prefer more Ceviche options as per previous brunch menu as this was a better selection then heavy meat main dishes. The concern this time round was the service was very bad as our order got cancelled and then we had to reorder the mains and constantly had to chase on getting water. A meal that should have taken 1hr45mins took over 3 hours
Excellent food and service. Great value for money.
Cheerful staff whom made me feel home since first minute by great welcome and shining smile.
Music was just right, all I wanted was a bright lunch and the Latino music helped together with a sunny day. A special thanks to Arianna who made me feel spotless served in a cosy ambience... I loved it.
The food was authentic and good. Staff were helpful and friendly. Only there were too noisy and bit tight table to relax.
very polite attention, good food, lovely environment
The food was delicious and good portion size especially for a bottomless brunch. Great variety of choice to suit all tastes.
Well what can I say...great food and fantastic service. The staff are so friendly and the dessert is to die for! We will definitely be coming back.
Excellent food in a friendly atmosphere
Great food, but slightly overpriced given the portion size.
The service and food were excellent- cannot fault it at all! The pork belly is to die for and melts in your mouth. The plates are a bit small but the service compensated it!
For me the taste was good but a bit too short in quantities
Pure Peruvian taste!! Would love to go back again. Would be great if they increase the food quantity.
We were greeted cheerfully and promptly and shown to our table. The waiter brought some water and left us to settle ourselves, then she returned and talked us through the menu. We chose the lunchtime tasting menu and a bottle of wine. The food came at appropriate intervals and the waiter kept an eye open in case we needed anything, but was not intrusive.
The food was delicious - our first experience of Peruvian food, but we were impressed by the freshness, variety and attractive presentation.
Excellent value for money, and we shall definitely return!
Very good service, excellent food and nice atmosphere! Good quality prices, even when including cocktails! Great!!
