Excellent food and service...especially loved the gnocchi
Serafina Broadway is our favorite Midtown restaurant. We love everything about it. The food is amazing, unique and beautifully presented, and for NYC it is reasonably priced. We also love the ambiance; it is a unique setting. Finally the wait staff is great - friendly, attentive and professional.
Tuna Carpaccio was good- the Caesar salad was good but very small. :) probably a normal size but looked like a bigger side salad.
Excellent service though!
The wine was horrible and while in other restaurants they give you a sample before ordering a bottle, that was not possible at this place.
We spent Thanksgiving dinner here and had an amazing time with the family. Great food, not loud and weren’t rushed. Definitely plan to return!!!
Service was a little inattentive but the food was good. Will return.
Very good food
Amazing pre show venue!! Excellent food amazing decor.
Great food in a fun ambiance. Restaurant is small but food made up for it. Enjoyed the carpaccio, pear salad , primavera pizza and rigatoni bolognese. Ingredients were so fresh and delicious. Would definitely recommend and come back.
Very attentive service that kept us on time for getting to our show. Everyone enjoyed their meals and commented on the how well it was prepared. The lamb chop special was the hit of the table.
The restaurant was a bit quieter and warmer inside than up front by the windows and bar. It is also a bit crowded. For the amount of people and size of the restaurant, it was disappointing to see only one men's and one women's restroom. The food and drinks did warm our tummies. We shared a few different dishes and enjoyed all the nicely balanced flavors.
Everything we ordered was not good. This restaurant used to be much better. Not coming back.
The waiter was very nice and catered to our requests. Food came out alarmingly fast (maybe within five minutes). Was okay but not totally worth it for the price.
The service was not great and our waitress was very slow but overall we had a great time!
Overall good experience!!! Wait staff was friendly and knowledgeable!!! A pleasant experience took my two grandchildren for their birthday!!!
Service was excellent. Food was average and it was loud.
The food is quite good, as is the service; however, like many NYC restaurants it is very noisy. I would not go back, but if you don’t mind the noise, enjoy.
Good food and atmosphere at reasonable prices
Have been a few times. It has been better. 10:30am and the restaurant was empty except for one other person.
The breakfast was good, as was the coffee.
Service as bit intrusive.
Nice attentive service. Food was delicious and plated nicely. Portions ample. Overall a very positive experience. We will definitely return!
The waiter was indifferent at best- when i asked for something, I got the distinct feeling I was bothering him. My pasta came out ice cold, and I had to wait 10 mins to find the waiter or bus boy to request pepper and parmesan cheese. The menu is appealing, but the food was only fair.
Good Sunday brunch. French toast was amazing.
We were put in a corner spot with cold food.
First time. Food and service was excellent. Noise level too high and background music is unnecessary and a bit annoying.
Best gluten free pasta I’ve ever had. Great service- perfect place after theatre.
Delicious food every single time
The service was not good
After show dinner...easy, great menu, always consistent and good. Pizzas are winners!!!
Food was not up to par. The service was rushed. Was noisy and rushed.very disappointing.
The pasta was beyond delicious and the service was great!
Service was disappointing, almost nonexistent. There was a long wait between being seated and when our drink order was taken, and then we watched the drinks sit at the bar until I was able to ask the host for help.
The food was terrible, and the behaviors of waiter’s were vey bad.
The food is always good here, however, service was slow this time around. It took approximately 45 mins before we got our entrees and we had to follow up twice. Our server did not apologize or say anything to acknowledge our patience. I also noticed that some tables were given dessert cookies but we were not offered any. I’ve been here many times and they definitely prioritize larger groups and stick parties of 2 off on one side and forget about them.
By our own request we were seated at what appeared to be the quietest 2x tucked into an alcove by the bar. The hostess subsequently allowed a group of tourists to add a bar stool to where they had been standing. Doing so effectively blocked the passage to the rest room. My back was hit at least 20 times during my dinner. When I raided this issue to the hostess she snapped that we had requested that table so it was our problem. I will never done in a Serafina (aka rude ripoff) again. Horrible.
Great good and great service
Server was excellent, food was great.
I heard bolgnese was supposed to be amazing, and was only above average, although, not bad.
Food = DELICIOUS
Service = Exquisite
Atmosphere = Fantastic
Did I mention the food??? OMG!
All the waiters were not nice. Except for the manager wearing blue shirt all the rest weren’t polite or nice. They were in a hurry and made sure to let us know we were not welcome for breakfast at 10:30. So why accepted the reservation??
