Serafina Broadway is the restaurant of choice for theater-goers, young professionals, neighborhood locals and seasoned Italian food enthusiasts.
We got there before theater for a quick lunch. Service is fast and attentive, the menu is very complete, and the food very good! Great time!
We would not recommend this restaurant. The food was ok, but our server was not good.
Food was delicious, service was great and the atmosphere very pretty.
We love Serafina, It is the place to go when you have family in town, or just for fun with Friends. Thy’re food never disappoints, they’re staff is always friendly and very attentive.
Seated right away. Great service. Comfortable and cared to. Staff is amazing. Food is unbelievable.
Servers were very kind, and the food was very goood
we got a private table. server was attentive and friendly! food was great
Food came out in less than 5, felt rushed. My drink from bar came after dinner served. Also other tables seated 15 to 20 minutes after us got bread before we did. The food had to be precooked and just reheated in microwave not cooked fresh. Wouldn't go back or recommend. They weren't busy for a Friday night plus Valentine's day too.
Celebrating My daughter and her internship interviews!
Not crowded (tables on top of each other). Accommodating staff. Food was good. Good before or after theater restaurant.
Very nice food but incredibly loud in the restaurant. Music was loud and other guests were nearly shouting to have a conversation. I would recommend for the food but not for sitting down for a cosy dinner.
We weren't rushed, making it a nice place to go before a Broadway show. The menu was large with lots of options. Had I been on a tighter schedule I would have liked the waitstaff to be more attentive. Overall it was a good experience.
Service was not good, long time to order drink, food, dessert, clear plates, check. Didn’t understand needed serving pieces. Table dirty and didn’t clean before giving us dessert menus. I told manager.
A neighborhood gem. Took a client for lunch, which was perfect. Definitely worth frequenting.
food was okay, not outstanding (ordered filet mignon and it was quite tough & hard to cut) -- the salad it came in was nice though. very crowded.
This is my go to restaurant before a Broadway show. The wait staff and food are excellent.
Excellent food, good service, but a bit pricey. W
Great service at the bar! The hosts were terrific as was the table server and the food. 5 stars!
The vodka pasta was delicious as well as the special, a filet with truffle pasta.
Very good food. Menu has good variety of Italian/pasta items. Good size portions.
Perfect spot for lunch. Delicious salads, great service
Lovely setting upstairs and wonderful server. Food and drinks were delicious!
Didn’t do anything or acknowledge for my daughters birthday
Terrible experience... no one was at the hostess stand to greet us b/c manager was eating lunch. when he finally came over, he was licking his fingers as he got our menus. rude and spaced out staff, terrible food and a dog in the restaurant. Will never go back.
Great experience this visit along with every other time I’ve dined at Serafina. Great food great atmosphere great service!
Good food. Good time
Excellent all round restaurant.
Service was friendly, efficient..we didn’t feel rushed;
Specials were clearly explained
The arugula salad I had for an appetizer was fresh with a delicious fig dressing that wasn’t overpowering and was topped with a large sliver of cheese! In other restaurants I have been given a sprinkling!
The entre of broccoli rabe with sausage over pasta was delicious! I got a sausage and broccoli in every bite!
chicken paillard was tasteless,
red wine was fair
I would not chose this rest for the food.
Its close to theatre
Always a fan. Food is solid. Nice spot. But I dislike now that it’s a chain. Was more fun when there was 1 on 60th. Now that space is La Goulue - and a shame.
I’m a regular here and it truly is my “Cheers”. Whether you’re at a table or at the bar, you’ll have a great time.
Food mediocre and service even more so. Servers acted like we were an inconvenience, extremely slow to come by, took orders, but barely came by to fill waters or ask us if we needed anything. Food overpriced and meh at that. What’s infuriating is they added gratuity for our group at lunch (5 ppl plus a baby in high chair)...when they barely earned a fraction of that in how we were treated. I hate being a person to rate a restaurant so low...but this place left a bad taste overall.
The pasta as usual was great, but we were very disappointed with the pizza. The service was also slow and we waited quite a while for our food as well as the check. If we return we will only be ordering the pasta going forward.
Awesome restaurant.. food was amazing!!
Everything was great here. The only thing of note was the Buffalo Mozzarella left much to be desired. Fairly expensive for more tomato than cheese.
The food was very good but the portions were small. The wait staff was terrific!
Offered food overprized and way too salt. Waiter not paying enough attention.
Food selection was extensive with a lot of food choices. Food came very fast and was well presented and tasty. When is was time to pay the bill was very slow to arrive.
