We had an amazing time! Our server was attentive and the food never disappoints! Gabe is truly the heart of this restaurant!!!
We only didn’t like move our server did, as he tried desperately to sell, even though our order was pretty high.
Everything else just amazing!
My guests enjoyed the recommendations from our server. My penne a la vodka was the worst version I have ever had, but I enjoyed the ambiance and service.

We went to Serafina in Aventura for a Fathers Day lunch. The waitress was very helpful and attentive. We started with a Bianca pizza with truffle oil and truffles. It was amazingly good. I had Rigatoni with a bolognese sauce and my dining companions had a salad with arugula and a side of shrimp and Cannelloni beans in a light sauce. Both dishes were excellent. Definitely a great place to dine.

They are complying with precautions, beginning with taking our temperatures prior to being seated. The restaurant became full during our dining there, I'm guessing tables had been repositioned or a number of them removed prior to reopening to represent their 50% of their original capacity. Our server was very nice, just took a while for him to take our food order once we ordered a drink and appetizer. All staff were wearing masks and gloves, don't know how often they are actually changing gloves. The meatballs and chicken parmesan were very filling potions and the ravioli in the butter sauce tasted good, but tasted more like I was just consuming a mouthful of oil. Ambiance is very nice, overall experience was good, would try different entrees next time.
Just reopened for dining, approached by the manger where he refused to seat us outside claiming that we did not request it , even though we were willing to wait a bit , but he said waiting about at least one hour , we decided to sit inside watching the outside tables. And in less than ten minutes there was 3 tables available , Approached by 2 waiters each says I will come to you soon. , our drinks order was taken by the third waiter and waited 20 min for a wine , waited another 15 min to Order our dinner which was salad , pasta, steak . We had to call the manger after 30 min to ask where is the salad ?? Basically we are there for more than 1+ 1/2 hr , the steak was cold and smeared with dark sauce that has no flavor , the pasta we asked for the shrimp to be on the side. , what they did they took the shrimp from the pasta dish and put it on a separate small ball , I noticed one of the waiters taking a plate from deferent table Assuming is not used and the customer just left , took the plate and put it on another table without washing ( not sanitary at all). Will not go again nor I will ask for take out. Till they put their head on their shoulder
Coming from an Italian family, I never expected to enjoy italian food in a restaurant this much. Exceeded my expectations.

First timers. Nice experience in general. Good drinks, food was nice a bit overpriced. We had two server. Second was pushy for no reason.
Relax guests go there not to be rushed.

Food is very good I had the bucatini carbonara and I have to say it has been the best I had in years! Unless I’m in italy. Italian restaurants in the states do not know how to make it. Serafina impress me. The wine list is also very good. I think they just have to improve a little in their service. Tables should not been untended for more than 10 min. My table took more than that. I do understand that Weekends are crazy busy but if this is the case the restaurant should bring in more help. Overall is a great restaurant.

The table-side Cacio e Pepe was to die for. Making the meal in front of us in the wheel of aged parmigiano reggiano was a uniquely cool experience that we weren’t expecting. The chef clearly took pride in what he made for us and the results were incredible. Highly recommend!

Santiago our waiter was amazing! The carpaccio with truffle was delicious and so were the Branzino and the parpadelle with beef. The steak was just ok. I would totally go back !!

Birthday lunch with 8 people, service was great, most dishes excellent, but burgers significantly undercooked. This is the second time in one week we were served undercooked dishes. Noise level inside is off the charts.

I would say the food was very well done. Not a disappointment. We both ordered a house specialization table side.
However, the poor part of the experience was that no bread was provided unless you place a large order. This was brought up half way through our lunch.
Part of the experience of a true Italian restaurant is the bread. To not have this served and to make it as option is just not appropriate. Bread is inexpensive and to make it where you have to pay for it is insulting.
For this reason I would not return to the restaurant. I brought this to the attention of the waiter and the manager in a nice respectful manner. The manager stated they had a special meeting about the bread. I can only say to have a special meeting over bread smacks of cheapness and pettiness. I presume the owner is not Italian, if he is Italian he should be embarrassed.
We hade lunch /brunch on Saturday. We were 6 and luckily sat outside, because the restaurant filled and was very noisy. All the meals were excellent, and my brother-in-law did his omelet was one of the best he’d ever eaten. However, the kitchen list my wife’s eggs Benedict order and some of us had finished our meals by the time it arrived; and then the eggs were not cooked like she had wanted. This was my third visit to Serafina, and I would suggest no special orders when they are crowded.

Food was fair and service poor. High expectations as we are big fans of the NYC restaurant, however only name in common. Even charged for bread! Stay clear and go elsewhere

Delicious food with the standout being pizza like you can get in Italy! Also loved the buratta and pastas. Staying for a week and have been back twice.

Service stunk from beginning to end. Excuse was that it was the day after Valentine’s Day
Disappointing as e first time service was a 9 out of 10
Service was slow to bringing food, brought dessert melted etc.
The food and staff were outstanding. The kitchen was very slow, we had to wait an hour for our food to come out. We spoke to the GM and told him everything was excellent except for the kitchen, he is aware of it and said he was working on getting it better. I will try it again, hopefully it is better the second time.
There were 6 of us. We had a reservation and we still had to wait for our table. The table was small for 6 people but they said they were very busy. We ordered wine. We ordered 3 appetizers for the table. A pizza, beet salad and a barrata salad which just came with cherry tomatoes. Normally you get some bread or crackers. When we asked for some bread they said we would have to wait as they only have a forcacio bread therefore we waited until it came. When we finally got it we got 4 small pieces. On the bill we were charged $7.00 for it. We each ordered fish for our main course and a veal dish. One of the fish dishes we had to wait for. They apologized. No compensation. When we got our bill we were charged for the bread for the barrata cheese. I think for such an expensive dinner they should not have charged us for the bread. We told them and they said that is what they do. They also added a 20% tip which was ridiculous.
I am not so sure I will go back.
Our server Eddie was great. Was not a big fan of the cramped tables, food was great. A little noisy though. Will go back.
We had vegetarian and pepperoni pizza with beet salad. The beet salad was good but pizza wasn’t delicious. It tasted so bland unfortunately.

Although we had a reservation we had to stand out front for 20 minutes waiting for a table and we didn't even get to sit in the restaurant they sat us In the front of the restaurant where people were standing and walking by. They took forever to take our order bring us water and bring the food. However, the food was pretty good. My girlfriend's food was a good temperature, hot, but my food on the other hand came out a little bit warm/room temperature. We were really hoping for a great experience especially for our 1st time there for valentimes day.
Amazing food. Went for Valentine’s day and ordered a cacio peoe and a milanese. Both were amazing. The service and food was both outstanding.
