    Poor service even when the place isn’t busy. Staff seem to stroll about and not care you are waiting for drinks after asking multiple times. The food is very nice however the service ruins the whole experience and not something that you should have to deal with in a place like this.

    The food was good however the service was lacking. Going to a fine dine firstly I expect some cloak room to take the cloaks. Also they can around for last order drinks 15 min before closing the bar . So we ordered one round. The one drink took 10 min ( a glass of wine). Placed it in our table and within 5 mins - lights turned on/ music off and the staff came to our table to say they are close implying we should leave. Staff started cleaning and moving things around and we felt so uncomfortable we didn’t even finish our drinks. Spending over 300GBP for 2 people I expected that they would allow time for us to finish our drinks in a comfortable environment.. so won’t be back for a long time.

    A lovely evening for my girlfriends birthday. Staff were more than welcome and friendly. Ordered the taster menu which had decent portion sizes and good representation of the menu. Overall very good for a special occasion. Service was amazing.

    My wife and I had a wonderful lunch experience. The restaurant was peaceful and not crowded, and the service was excellent. The food was delicious I started with tempura and then had prawn noodles. Our waitress was incredibly helpful and friendly.

    Lovely staff, food and venue. The restaurant Dj was great, but quite bass heavy making it hard to converse at the table. Would definitely recommend to others!
