It was a Nice experience and amazing service !! Good options for vegetarians
The “sticky ribs” where nothing like described. A lot of fat on them, I couldn’t eat half. My sangria was 90% juice. Very disappointed of this location!
Food was awesome, there was no rush so we were served pretty quickly. Highly recommend to friends and we will come here more often now.
Excellent sports experience especially if you’re a Leafs fan!
Shoeless Joes is fairly average. The options for a gluten free diet are very limited and there doesn’t appear to be a good understanding of special diet needs or risks (I.e. cross contamination, concerns for celiac diet). The staff at this location on this date were not overly attentive. With so many other options in the area, this is not a priority to return to.
Good food. Came to watch the UFC fight but the sound was quite muffled
The server was what our issue was. She did indicate that it was only her second week of serving, however another server should have been a backup. When she served drinks she would pass them along instead of serving to the individual person. She argued with one of our guests as to which wine was available, even though it was listed on your drink menu. She took our original orders but when it came to the bills she had to confirm with us all what we ate and drank.
The food was good, when we finally received it. She told us it would be 15 minutes when it had already been 45 minutes.
We have been to this Shoeless Joe's as a group before and did not have these issues. Hopefully, when we are back again, this server will be more experienced. The server on our bill says Chanelle. I do believe she would do better if more training was available to her.
Thank you, Pam
I don't think i will go to that Shoeless Joe's again. Food was not that good and way too expensive. Only a couple of other tables were occupied yet it took a very long time to be served.
Been here many times before Jays game. Convenient, service can be a little slow but staff are friendly. Food typical bar food but nice and adequate helpings.
Not the food I expected... the atmosphere was ok, quiet. But the quality of cooked food was so-so. Very friendly and helpful staff.
The food was OK, service was very slow. One of our four orders came after others were nearly finished eating. They delivered an incorrect drink to the table and told us just to keep it but then charged it on the bill. Will try to find a better restaurant next time.
We chose this restaurant since we wanted to be in the Harbour Front area, but I think we would have been better off at the Amsterdam Brewery for lakeside/outdoor seating. Shoeless Joe's food was your average chain family food. Nothing special - not terrible, but not exciting.
Great place to see the Raptors win!
Nice, place and good food but very quiet for a sports bar. Not really any atmosphere
When we went in we were meet by staff and seated promptly. Had to wait to get our drink order but no biggy. Once we received our food both orders were completely wrong. We ordered the shareable nachos and an order of 10 wings (hot). We received a single order of nachos and sweet chilli wings. They made up a second single serving of nachos and re ordered the hot wings. Nachos we poor and after a long wait got the wings. I am assuming the poor service was due to low staffing. Only 2 poelple were seen on the floor. Thumbs down!
Perfect for a quick bite before visiting the CN tower at night. Pleasantly surprised by the food.
We were really pleased with the service. Nice to know that there is a spot like this close to the Rogers Centre. We will be back!! Thank you
Went here after a busy day on Toronto Island, great food, great service & a cold pitcher ... perfect 👍👍
Good for dinner before a Blue Jays game
I ordered the wings special for $9.99. I paid by credit, by the bill charged me $18.... Lucky, I spotted it before I left and asked the server. They said, my meal supposed including the drink. I told her, she never asked me about the drink, only told me the day’s special is $9.99. Then she tried to ask me for a drink to make it up for the bill. I have to leave for my appt. I said “no”. Then she has to discussed with the manger and refund the extra charger by cash. Even thought I had paid extra for the 15% tips.
We will NEVER go back to this location again. When we arrived, before we could even say hello, the hostesses rudely told us that they had no tables. We had a confirmed reservation through Open Table, but the restaurant had no desire to honour it. After insisting that they do, we did get a table and the food and service were wonderful.
We ate here for a large group dinner for a bachelor party. We had a big table outside and no issues with anything. Great beer selection!
It wasn't super busy but our server kept forgetting items in our order, didn't check up on us for a long time, missed customization requests on the burgers and other items. Not a pleasant experience, will not be visiting this location again.
Nicely met our needs for the night - relaxed, comfortable with good food and a very friendly waiter.
Great lunch experience for my group! 😊 Close to the Rogers Centre was perfect for the Jays game.
I booked a booth table with a tv to watch a live boxing event. My reservation was for 830 but I came earlier and my seats were ready and waiting. The server was amazing and kept checking on us to see if we wanted to order more food and drinks. I am glad I found this place because there usually is something that goes wrong when I attend live events at a pub or restaurant. Shoeless joes gave me the perfect night. This will definitely be my go-to place from now on.
The service was excellent......unfortunately the food left a lot to be desired.....one chicken dish we ordered came without chicken. It was quiet so no excuse.
Made reservations for 12 but when we got there the large table with the reservation sign was given to a group in front of us even though we were there early. Instead we had to squish into section not meant for 12. Also one of my friends ordered a salad with beef but when it came it also had a piece of salmon on it. When she told the waiter she did not order the salmon to our shock he promptly just grabbed the piece of salmon with his hand and took it off her plate (gross)
The food was delicious. The server was very attentive. Great value!
At first the waitress was quick to bring us water and menus. After she took our dinner order I tried to get her attention to order wine. It took several attempts, she finally took my wine order. We received our entrées along with our salad which was a pre-entrée salad. We still have not received our wine at this point.. we also did not have cutlery so we had to wait before we could start eating. At that point another waitress came and rectified all our issues. The wine was the wrong suE glass. So we waited again. We finally received our wineglasses halfway through the meal. We never saw our original waitress again. At the end she did bring us a bill.
The food was average however the service was lousy.
Good restaurant. In the evening hours it gets very loud with all the people talking, music and other noises.
we thought this would be your typical bar food, but it was much better. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. We had a large salad and an order of sliders (four) and split it. We both had plenty to eat and both were very good.
Service was exceptional. Food was alright, but I think it was mostly my choice from the menu that I was not pleased with. The fries that were served on my plate were very salty but they were replaced promptly, and were delicious.
The hostess was most pleasant, courteous, beautiful, and full of knowledge.
The waitress was kind and efficient
