Great staff and service The food was not all that we got a boiler bag for 2 and two drinks £113.00 and you only get two lobster tails, I’ve tasted better and I wouldn’t go back. Also they make you pay the bill first so if you don’t like the food you’ve already paid.

It was alright. Staff were attentive, the food came quick but it didn’t pack as much flavour as I was hoping. I had very high expectations for the seafood boil, the lobster and prawns were very meaty, but something about the sauces were lacking in seasoning.

First time going to Shrimp Shack. Arrived at the restaurant and was seated, given a menu, then the person walked off, no advice on the best options, how it works, etc etc, to the point my friend had to go and tell a member of staff this is poor service, and how it should be when you are seated at a table. Someone was indeed sent over and helped us with our order, food came and we realised we didn't have enough gloves, so we asked for an extra pair and were challenged as to how many we were given? Sorry, but they are plastic gloves and if I need more what is the problem ? if it tears are you not going to give another pair?. Also the way the waitress just picked the gloves after doing whatever she was doing??? Remember the gloves are not only to protect our hands from being dirty but also used as utensils, so maybe they should be wrapped, or more wipes are given so we can clean the gloves before we use them to eat Thankfully the food was amazing, so big shout out to the chefs.... good value for money, can't complain about the price. At some point it seemed as though more staff came on shift and all of a sudden they are hanging around the table. Almost as though we had overstayed our welcome, offering to take dishes, that we were using to put the shells/bones in, rather than explaining that the bins on the table that had our cutlery and napkins are for waste. Again, we explained that no one told us, it's our first time. My friend asked the waiter for another glass of water, is it customary to bring the customer back their same dirty glass that has juices from the messy food we were eating, honestly never experienced this. When we were leaving again everyone hustling to clear the table, why not just wait till we have left. Clearly our waiter was not experienced as during our time there I did see another table seated and menu options explained straight away.... so mixed review but this was our experience, we would go back to Shrimp Shack as the food is really

Quite possibly one of the best seafood restaurants my wife and I have been to in the UK. Such a warm friendly team always checking in on whether you need anything or if your happy with everything. The food was so flavoursome and cooked perfectly. So much food that you would have expected a hefty bill but it was so reasonable for the amount that was served and will most definetly be our regular spot with the rest of the family from here on out. 10/10 doesn't even do it justice.

The food wasn’t great, sauce tasting more like plain cream than anything flavorful. Overall, both the taste and the service were disappointing, especially, I came all the way from North London. It also felt a bit rude to be asked to pay for the food before receiving the service. I won’t be visiting this place again
