This was a first visit to Shuttles. Bright and clean and welcoming. Staff were helpful and service was very good. Portions were very good on the verge of being to much. Overall great value.

Made a reservation for lunch for 4 people all travelling from different areas to meet up. Got there and it was closed!!

Never got there ! They didn't answer their phone for over an hour ! Couldnt let them know that we were held up and would be late ! Had to give up in the end . Lost our booking and money paid for itison voucher ! Complete waste of time and effort.

A gift from Mother’s Day that I shared with my sister. Excellent veg fajita x2 and mushrooms and prawn cocktail to start. Staff where wonderful and friendly

2nd time here in 2 weeks. Absolutely love the food. Portion sizes are amazing. Great waiting and bar staff too. Would highly recommend and definitely be back. Loved it

Booked a table for 6pm. We showed at 5.45pm and it was very busy. Ordered drinks at the bar and mentioned we had a table booked and were told to ‘just grab a table’. No table had been reserved for us. There were no available tables inside the bar so were forced to sit on the wooden benches outside. Nobody gave us menus or waited on us at all. We finished our drinks and left to have dinner somewhere else.
