Excellent afternoon, had a choice of where to sit. Staff were really friendly, service was great even though they were busy. Food was delicious, can't fault our lunch, everyone was impressed. Lovely place, would highly recommend 👌

I had pre booked a birthday meal for myself and a friend ,we had a lot of hassle getting it organised as we both work shifts and have commitments at home ,when we arrived the venue was closed a member of staff spoke to us and explained there had been a problem with heating and hot water assured us we would have a voucher for a meal and a drink on the house swapped details nothing has been forthcoming ,no email or phone call to advise us the bar was shut the morning or evening before

Birthday night out, waited over an hour for drinks and a further 1.5 hours for food which never arrived. We were refunded for the food and given a free shot for the drink mishap but in the end we just left and went elsewhere. The place has so much potential to be amazing but the staff did not match the vibe unfortunately.

There was no one there to seat us so was a waste of time booking. The barman tried to help but we ended up just sitting anywhere. The food was really good and good value. The person who brought our food to us left the plates so close to the edge of the table, they were in danger of falling off. No conversation from him whatsoever! The choice of wine wasn’t good, only one type of white. I would go back for the food but the customer service from most, not all of the staff is lacking. The barman was the most helpful person there.

First round of drinks, the barman forgot one of them, seeing that there was only 4 drinks to remember pretty poor. After we received our food there was a chicken burger on the order and the whole chicken breast except from the thinnest part was completely raw chicken, we then managed to get someone’s attention which turned out to be an immature server boy thought to remedy the issue by offering ‘free pizza on the house’ in-between walking about as if he was some sort of gift from god. When we told him no to take it off the bill we would be leaving his attitude was ‘sound’. The table next to us, were without a doubt underage: who came in before any bouncer was on the door. The overall look of the place is decent: the staff not so much.

Came here for the opening weekend of Scottish premiership games. Certain drinks are reasonably priced, can get a pint for as cheap as £3 and then upwards of around £5 for a better branded pint. We only had a couple of sides, can’t complain were fresh and tasty. Moved onto vodkas, 3 doubles was £20 which did hurt a bit. Friendly staff, good service, great atmosphere. Used to enjoy the lane but it obviously died off a bit, but shuttle has re-energised the place and makes for a really good day out.

We went for lunch on a Wednesday so half price cocktails a must!! Food was great and came very quickly and there were a few good offers available. Nice range and options for my friend who is vegetarian. Cocktails were fab, half price ones are marked but delish. Beautifully served and well made. Strongly recommend Strawberry Dream....like a dessert and great if you like tequila Rose and amaretto. Service was quite slow given that it was quite quiet however we were in no rush so it didn't bother us. We sat in the bar but there are options of a covered area outside and another bit. Def go back. Great for a chilled weekday drinking session!!!

Service was shocking. Our group of 6 was not happy at all with the service. Staff wondering around and I was ignored at the bar and stood nearly 20 minutes to order food. Starter of chicken wings was raw and we will not be Back . Very disappointed and we work for the council so have told our staff on the building not to go

Had no Gluten free options for someone in our party who can’t have gluten even tho they advertise their chicken wings are gluten free they can’t guarantee it as they are used in the same fryer as everything else. My friend had to have a salad. They then forgot to put our order through so we had been sitting for quite a while before we discovered this. Not a good time at all.

Hands down the best pizza I've had in ages! Highly recommend... we also have the mozzarella sticks (the cheese pull said it all 😂👏🏼) Drinks - my dad seen an offer on the menu which was one main meal and one pint only £13.50 ! He's was chuffed. Myself and partner tried daiquiri and a pina colada - both tasty! Would def go back. FYI if you have a student card you get a discount too

Was disappointed with our meals. Table of 8, 4 things of menu at 4.45pm on a Saturday night. Only two of which we were informed about at point of ordering, as example when food arrived sauces were replaced without notice or choice for us to change order. Example whisky sauce was replaced with mint & mayo sauce, sour cream replaced with mayo on nachos dish, not like for like at all, resulted in dishes not being as nice and nachos too spicy to complete meal as no sour cream. Parmesan chips received with around a teaspoon of cheese on top layer only. If given above info we would have changed order. Many questions sent on this chat prior to arrival asking for drinks menu, with no response even after reminders being sent. We complained about food items which resulted in being told details of staffing issues & a discount & round of shots given to us, which was nice & we were grateful. However all of above would make me think twice about returning anytime soon. Requested vinager and was given it in a sauce pot, not sure how to pour that without drowning food items. Otherwise staff pleasant, vibe nice.

Terrible service Booked a table for food we went in and got to our table, went to the bar to order to be told theirs a backlog with food - we asked how long it would take guy was very rude and replied that he didnt know but back log would be 20 mins and however long else it would take to cook the food, Firstly it was not busy possibly around 3 table so unsure how their could possible be a “backlog” with food secondly the attitude of this man was terrible. Thirdly why were we given the option to book food if it wasnt avaible. overall waste of time i can confirm i wont be back here best going across the road to jam jar

Went on a Thursday BOGOF offer on the pizzas and loaded fries Karaoke was on - atmosphere was jumping They also had half price cocktails on certain ones too Would go back !

We had a table booked for 8pm for 10 people we arrived and they said our table was cancelled which was a lie because why would we cancel if we showed up awful experience staff were rude also🤣
