    Overall quite underwhelmed. The venue needs some atmosphere and there is only one loo that could also do with some tlc. Several of the dishes lacked flavour. We were told that the restaurant has a surplus of sourdough at the end of every day but were only given a small amount to accompany our food which seems odd given the purpose of the restaurant. The staff and service were lovely though.

    They paid attention to every detail for each course and the service. Very unique and amazing use of favors and in season products to create a menu that will wow you.

    Silo's menu, venue and team made my very average Friday feel a lot more special. They made sure to bring you on their journey with each dish, discussing their process, ingredients and flavours with openness. At no point pretentious... just delicious. Would 100% recommend.
