Sky Bar - Radisson Red
From the ground of the old shipyards that built Glasgow grows a new micro-hood, a celebration of the uncompromising culture of the new city. Like the vibrancy of a red sky; experience an energy only Glasgow can offer, with rooftop views of both the city and the river that built it. Keep your head in the clouds
Had a lovely time! Cocktails were great and staff were very friendly and helpful, thank you!x
Tapas plates were very tasty.
Spotlessly clean and tidy.
I was told they couldn't guarantee seat at window however when asked to be seated at window as there was a table free when turned up was told no as the table was booked.
Service poor and slight attitude with staff member who appeared to huff when asked if it would be ok to sit outside instead. Near half an hour before they took our drinks order after asking two members of staff. Drinks took another 20 minutes or so to arrive.
Moved to the outside area to enjoy the view!
Worth it for the view, but the food is pretty dire.
Very good service great views
Good with social distancing staff are lovely
Constantly reminded of how long we were allowed the table. Service was slow. No atmosphere
Got there and we had 2 tables had been booked 1 was cancelled so they put us in another room .. drinks took a while & then they were wrong ... felt like the staff constantly clock watched for the whole 90min ... wdnt rush back
Great food, nice food and amazing views. Even with the Covid restrictions we had a great night and all the staff were lovely. Would recommend that you book In advance beforehand as it can be booked out very quickly.
We love sky bar . Not sure if there was a big change in staff due to COVID but there were lots of mistakes 🙁
Right from the start all staff made a fantastic effort and really made us feel welcome.Absolutey no fault in the service and experience in our first visit to the Sky Bar.
First time visiting the sky bar and it was a great experience.
The barman was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly
Will definitely be back
Lovley friendly staff, safe and organised in present times. Felt the savoury part of our afternoon tea could have been better (more filling)
Great view and decor.
Very poor service, get the table for an hour and a half, length of time it took to be served only got two drinks, they are very pushy at getting the table back, we still had 30 minutes left but where told three times when we had to leave!! If they put as much effort into serving you then you would get more drinks. The person telling you about leaving on time cant take a drink order either!! Been many times before the new restrictions and always had a good time so only reason I would return.
No music in the bar so lacking atmosphere. I know this may be due to Covid restrictions however they were playing music at breakfast in the morning so unsure why none in the bar
Drinks are on the expensive side but this is perhaps standard for a city centre hotel.
Staff friendly and helpful enough
Such a lovely place and the staff were so lovely, will definitely be back!
Great views, great service. Highly recommend the Mac and cheese
Great views, great service and good ambience. Had a great time!
Had an amazing time here, will definitely be returning, the food and drinks were amazing and staff were lovely.
Nice views and experience. Service a little bit slow - rushed off the table when we still had 10 mins left out of our 90 minute slot. Food and drinks really good though.
Loved every minute. Booked for a special occasion and recieved 5 star treatment
Lovely place, lovely staff and amazing cocktails, beautiful views over hydro and river Clyde , looking forward to going back
Terrible service bar wasn’t busy still wait over 30 mins for drinks once we did mage to order our drink it seemed staff couldn’t be bothered very unprofessional
It is so expensive and the food was not great I will not come again
Staff are ignorant. They ignored us as we were a a young couple, sat with empty glasses for over an hour while various members of staff walked past n looked while continue to serve the two other tables in the bar multiple times. Absolutely shocking.
Great views and really worth booking in advance. Staff excellent and very observant of covid safety. Food OK but probably better value eating elsewhere. Service and drinks bet good. If you're staying in the hotel, not to be missed.
One little issue, we booked a couple of months in advance and twice told that we would have to vacate our table for another party within one hour of arriving. First time we noted our name on a table next to us and was moved there, 2nd time had to ask how long we would get as had booked and not yet been there an hour. Didn’t get asked again after that and left after being there 2 hours. Apart from that it was great and would go back.
Cancelled my table night before which was for my friends 40th birthday. Wasn’t giving a reason and we were left disappointed.
Great views and so close to Hydro. Worth a visit before a gig or afterwards!
I love this place! Beautiful views across the Clyde and the west side of our gorgeous City Glasgow. The staff are great and service was superb. I'll be back and will spend many a special occasion there!
great for drinks not so much for food. limited choice and had to order at the bar.
would go back for drinks without question.
Fantastic view from rooftop bar but music just a bit loud for me which lead to it being rather noisy as everyone spoke louder to be heard! Food was good sized tapa which was tasty. Haggis Bon Bon would have been enhanced with a dip. Overall I had a good experience.
Had a good night however it was nearly spoiled by the cheeky arrogant Australian member of staff.
The view is the best, a nice bar but the food is not good for the money, poor quality, poorly presented .
Amazing stuff, good price and nice view about Glasgow
Make sure you book at weekend, worth it - great to see Glasgw with a bar like this and with outside seating
