Sky Bar - Radisson Red
From the ground of the old shipyards that built Glasgow grows a new micro-hood, a celebration of the uncompromising culture of the new city. Like the vibrancy of a red sky; experience an energy only Glasgow can offer, with rooftop views of both the city and the river that built it. Keep your head in the clouds

Great range of cocktails, but some were sold out.
Fantastic views both inside and outside the Skybar.
Cocktails were well made with the best ingredients, not too pricey - around £10 each.
Staff were very helpful and accomodating, just not enough of them on site - service was painfully slow, at least 30 min wait for drinks once ordered.
I felt so sorry for the staff. You could see how stressed they were. We waited almost an hour to be asked for our order and we were advised to order two drinks each at same time as they were so busy. Staff were doing their best and were friendly. Drinks were good value and very tasty when then eventually arrived. It wouldn’t put me off going again as it was a lovely venue inside and out.
The drinks and food were both great, but it took about 15 minutes to be served at our table for drinks. Then food and more drinks took about 40 minutes to come. The staff were polite and helpful, but the operation seemed a bit unorganised. The views are incredible from the inside and outside bars though!
It’s always terrible service. Booked it for my mother in law who doesn’t live in Glasgow as it’s the only rooftop bar. The drinks took over 20 minutes to arrive and we had to go to the bar to check if they were ready. The staff are young and aren’t really arsed. The drinks for the price (cocktails) are poorly made. It’s nice to sit outside for the view but it was an odd vibe, far too many tables cramped into a tiny space.
Sky Bar was great but maybe a little faster on service
Amazing place but very slow service. During the 1hr30mins time slot allocated we only managed to get two drinks. I would recommend the Sky Bar if the service improved.
Arrived at 6.10pm. Ordered drinks at 6.20pm which then did not arrive until 6.40pm. Very disappointing service. Drinks were pints of lager so not cocktails that take time.
Great view but very slow service. Waiting staff need to be called over.
The hotel and bar are beautiful and clean. The service we received was mixed - the first person that served us was fantastic and so friendly! The second person, not so much. Both times however the service was incredibly slow. From being seated to actually receiving our first round of drinks (2 mocktails) took around 45 minutes. The second round of drinks, we actually had to cancel as our time at the table had ran out. We had ordered them half an hour before we were due to leave, and they had not even been made yet! We didn’t order food so cannot comment on that.
Very poor service. First trip out with family since lockdown so made a special occasion, some had travelled 3 hours to be there. Booked drinks for 6.30 to have a couple of drinks before dinner which was booked at 7.30. Had to wait for ages in a queue to be seated despite having a booking, then had to wait over half an hour for drinks. Drinks arrived at 7.25 meaning half of them were wasted as couldn’t drink them in 5 minutes. Extremely disappointed with overall experience.
Gorgeous view, amazing weather and fab drinks. Service was amazing too x
Outside terrace area, although small was a lovely suntrap with good atmosphere. Staff very friendly and helpful. An error with our order was corrected immediately. Delighted overall with service.
Absolutely class night at the sky bar, went for some birthday drinks on Sunday after a busy day out int he city, perfect way to top it off.
Didn't have food but a gorgeous setting and great service
Very expensive, service takes a long time even when only ordering a can of juice. The view is great and staff were really friendly.
Greta location and atmosphere, cocktails were lovely but service was extremely slow to the point I never received the last drink I ordered and left.
Nice setting for food or drinks. System was good and socially distanced. Staff seemed friendly however, service was very slow. Each booking is restricted to 90 minutes and we waited over 30 minutes to get our first drink. Quite pricey too. Service times need to improve.
It was a really nice night. Staff were lovely and the drinks were great, definitely moderately priced.
Service poor when we arrived weren’t advised if it was table service or order with app, after our 1st order arrived we were advised we could open a tab afterwards they came to table for payment of 1st drinks when drinks were finished 2 members of our table had to as for more drinks to be ordered, there appeared to be enough staff maybe more training is needed as to being aware when tables are requiring service.
Had cocktails at the Red Sky bar for my birthday. Excellent service.
We had a great stay celebrating my Birthday x
Great views and great cocktails
The staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was so lively (maybe because of the football).
Overall amazing experience
Really slow service, 30 minute wait per drink order. We were sat at the very end of the service area and the focus was very clearly on the outside dining area where the larger parties were. Drink sat on the bar for 10 minutes before it was delivered to the table. Food was nice, view was amazing but given the slow service with food we only managed 2 drinks each in just over 1.5 hours
Service extremely slow waited 30 mins each time for someone to notice us so we could order drinks. Once drinks were ordered it was almost another 30 mins to receive the drink.
The service was terrible, 20 mins before you even get looked at. Cocktails were over priced. View was lovely that’s about it
I didn't eat here but the drinks were fab, great cocktails and good value for money. Staff were incredibly attentive. Would recommend and can't wait to be back. Amazing views
Good Covid measures
had an amazing meal and staff were so lovely, a great way to end our first trip to scotland!
We had great weather and a lovely time made even better by Jed he was charming and helped us have a great evening!
Lovely surroundings and view but way, way overpriced for everything on the food menu.
Great experience. Lovely view and drinks. Staff Chris and Nicola were so helpful at rearranging things so we could remain at our table for our family celebration. Thanks!
Had to move table 3 times as expected to eat lunch at a table size of a pin head. Service really slow. Ordered smoked salmon baguette got toasted bread had to send back by which time my fries were finished as I was starving. Ordered a Coke to go with my food arrived after I’d finished. Overpriced with poor service will not be back unless it’s an afternoon tea deal will not be paying £70 again for sandwich and couple of drinks with poor service really disappointed.
Fun environment with amazing staff and service. Drinks were really good
Such an amazing hidden gem!! Brilliant atmosphere , great buzz about the place , comfy seats and amazing views
Friendly, helpful staff. Would recommend and go back.
Had a great time, brollys to keep us out the rain, amazing view
Tapas were all great and value for money - had most of the vegetarian options on menu - flatbreads, hummus, sweet potato bites and goats cheese pies - they were all delicious, olives were incredible value for portion size and only minor issue is that they were served with a regular fork which made them difficult to eat.
Opted for cocktails to start and they weren't stand out but service was great and views are incredible so it's a must visit for views alone. Good variety of beers/ciders and spirits available and if you can predict when the weather will be good enough to sit outside then that's when to book for.
The experience was honestly pretty mixed bag. There are two really good servers who made the night they got us a table outside and great service whilst out there. when I got there I sat waiting for my partner and nobody even asked if I wanted a drink whilst waiting. I also called ahead weeks in advance to check allergy’s and was told they had extensive choices. When we got there nobody knew what did or didn’t contain gluten and they also said that although the chips where gluten free the fryer wasn’t....so not then. It was pretty chaotic and is really held together by two good servers. The saving grace is the location.
Got our seats quickly. Not very busy but we waited about 20-25 minutes just to get our drinks order. Food was Luke warm which is a shame as I’m a huge fan of the hotel.
